  6. No. The inventory of each variant will be managed separately. The only way to avoid going over the remaining stock is to apply a portion of your stock to each variant. However, this isn't perfect because you cannot predict which size people will order, resulting in some variants showing as sold out when you still have some stock remaining. Did this help?   7. No. If you are using the built-in Squarespace reviews feature, you cannot request a review manually, or request a review earlier than 14 days. This does keep the system secure by ensuring that reviews are only collected from verified customers, but it can be an irritating limitation, especially if the customer doesn't receive the email - you'll never receive their 5-star review. There are a number of other review platforms available that can be integrated with Squarespace but there's a Squarespace Extension that is easy to integrate called Judge.me. With this, you can: import reviews from other platforms set up the timing of review requests send up to 3 emails to remind your customers to leave a review collect reviews manually via a form on your website Let me know how you get on. If the discount is consistent, you could offer a discount code to verified professionals or, if you don't need to track inventory, duplicate the products on a second (hidden) store page and then tweak the prices on this page.   11. This sounds suspicious and could be a phishing email. If you are concerned, do not click any of the links or attachments in the email but instead, forward the entire email to phishing@paypal.com. Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment. PayPal will look into it and email you a response to let you know if it is fraudulent. Did this help?   14. Thanks for the additional information. This is usually solved by creating a single store page, instead of multiple store pages. The single store page can then show a mix of products from any brand. Also, if you want to show a single brand, you can filter the contents of the store to show a single category to the user.
  15. Squarespace Commerce is great but hasn't been designed for event photographers because, as you mentioned, you'd be burdened with uploading each image. Have you looked at a service like Pixieset where a gallery becomes a store? Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. You can add up to 10,000 products to a single store page and categorise them according to brands if required. Can you explain the issue you are experiencing? What isn't working when you try to add a product from a different supplier? Links to the page(s) and screenshots of your site will help us to understand the context.
  17. In my opinion, this is a huge issue for anyone using Squarespace 7.1. Whenever an image block is added to a Classic (not Fluid Engine) section, a Blog Post, an Event or the Product Additional Info section, Squarespace add the demo text "Make it stand out" and "Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference." and there's nothing you can do about it! As mentioned above, this has been happening since early 2021. I've written about it in this post. I asked about this issue again in 2023 and was told: "While we understand it may be inconvenient, I do need to confirm that Engineering doesn’t currently have plans to fix or improve the sitemap issue you reported [in June 2021]." There's a further SEO issue when you use pre-built page layouts. With these, a default SEO title is assigned (silently). Instead of defaulting to the page title, it sets the SEO title to the page layout name - such as "General 1", "Appointments 1", "General 2", "Blog 2" and so on. Did this help?   19. This will be specific to the event page on your site as you'll want to include the unique collection reference of the specific events page being used for this purpose, otherwise these changes would affect other events on the page.

  24. You can achieve this by applying the same CSS styling to the Fluid Engine block that you want to remain in place. It would be a good idea to duplicate the title in the 'description' block so that the title and description are in the same block and will remain together on desktop. For example, if you add the title to the other block, and add this CSS it will be as illustrated below. .fe-block-c34fe7d013e84b560ea6 { top: 96px; position: -webkit-sticky; position: sticky; } You can then hide the separate title on desktop, so that it only appears at the top of the page on mobile.
