  1. Hello, The link you provided* leads us to a page that flashes (I use Firefox) between two screens: one that shows ''Gathering resources'' and the other one is the actual Contact Us page. Therefore there is zero customer care. VI *The first step is to go to the Squarespace Contact Us page using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
  2. The link you provided takes me to a page that flashes on my screen. Yes, it flashes 😞 so I cannot contact Customer Care directly and they no longer reply to emails. So there is basically no ''customer care''. Time to switch to another website provider after 6 years on Squarespace.
  3. Hello, Your system does not recognize my business tax number as valid. In Settings > Billing > Payment Information, bottom of the page, I entered my business name and GST number (for Canada); it has 15 digits (alpha and numerical) but I get an error message: ''GST/HST registration number provided is invalid''. I can assure you that I entered the correct information. Please fix this issue asap as you are about to charge me for my annual renewal. Thanks.
  4. I have found the solution. If a link to a social media account is still showing on your Notifications after you had disconnected that social media account: Go to Commerce -> Customer Notifications -> Global Email Styles Select Edit Email Click on the footer of your Notification Email sample to bring up the window for Footer modifications on the right side of your screen. Select Social Links Move the slider for Show twice: from highlighted to not highlighted or vice-versa. In my case, it made the Twitter link disappeared. It acted like a ‘’refresh’’. Save and Back.
  5. Twitter is not listed in my Setting-Connected Accounts either. I had removed it. I think the problem stands with the SquareSpace template for the Email Notification. Yesterday I did a test email for Confirmation Order and that's when I noticed the Twitter logo next to my business info.
  6. Unfortunately, when I click on the link you provided, it takes me to a screen that flashes with the message ''gathering ressources...'' I had removed Twitter link in Setting-Social Links. Where else should I remove them?
  7. Hello, I noticed that the logo for Twitter appears in the business info block (name, address...) at the bottom on the email notifications to my clients. However my website does not have a link to a Twitter account and I certainly do not want the Twitter logo on my notifications. How to fix this issue? Thanks.
