  1. I want to know how to hide an event date (because I don't know exact day yet) or perhaps replace it with only a month - for example change from 1st of September to only September? Here is a link to a website I'm building https://heron-gar-tw2b.squarespace.com/new-events Cheers
  2. Site URL: http://www.snakegoddess.com Hi all, On my website http://www.snakegoddess.com on the single blog post page the date say Mar 20. I want it to say Mar 20, 2020 How can I change this?
  3. Site URL: https://www.ealt.ca/blog Hi, I am trying to figure out how to hide the date on our blog pages that are more or less static with little new content additions (ie. https://www.ealt.ca/kids/), and show the date on our main dynamic blog page (https://www.ealt.ca/blog) posts. I understand that you can hide/show via the Design function, but that that will be site-wide. I am wondering if there is a way to hide/show date via code injections on individual pages. I feel like it should be an easy fix but I have very little web experience and have scoured the internet to no avail. Thank you! Nikki
  4. I'm working on a blog for a client and they'd like to have the blog post date displayed in a certain format on the blog page and blog post page. Unless I'm blind, I don't see any format/display options for dates. On the blog page itself, dates are showing up like this: 03/04/20, and on the actual blog post, the date shows up like this: Mar 4. I'd love to see ability to control date formatting (numbers, month names, hide year, show year, change the delimiters, etc). At the very least, be consistent across pages!
  5. Hi. I need a date picker for my store, when I edit the checkout -> Additional Fields -> Edit custom form I have the possibility to add custom form input for my checkout page. But the default date input is not a date picker. Do I have the possibility to add a custom form to my checkout using HTML/CSS ? I heard it can't be done with the checkout form for security reasons. Is this possible to add this kind of input for every product at once instead of editing it one by one ? Thank you for your help.
  6. I'm surprised that changing country in the region settings for a site keeps the default US date and time format. Are there any plans to add custom date formats or to adhere to the international ISO 8601 standard for date and time? Not being able to use YYYY-MM-DD for dates or 24 hour time format without AM/PM is currently a no-go for transferring or creating Swedish sites to Squarespace. Is there a hidden solution to this anywhere that I have missed?
  7. Site URL: https://lonsdalestudio.com/ Hi does anyone know if Square space natively supports international dates yet? Ie dd/mm/yyyy. Last time I checked they didn't and I have a work around but it's very clumsy. Thanks!
  8. Site URL: http://www.burnthoneybakery.com.au I own a bakery and would like to set up online ordering for bread and pastries with pickup date and time required to place the order. However, we're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and not all breads and pastries are available every day so I'd like to add parameters to the order form to prevent customers from ordering items on days they're not available, from selecting a pickup time outside our trading hours, and preventing them from ordering within 48 hours of the pickup time. Is this possible with squarespace ecommerce? I'd also like to do the same for a bread subscription option.
  9. Site URL: https://frog-deer-fjt6.squarespace.com/tmc-dancers-profie Hi all, does anyone know the custom CSS to hide the blog date for blog posts and event pages below? https://frog-deer-fjt6.squarespace.com/tmc-dancers-profie Blog post example page: https://frog-deer-fjt6.squarespace.com/bios/sonam-patel Template Ethan.
  10. I am currently using the Harris template, from the York family, and would like to display today's date and for it to update automatically. I understand this requires a code to be added somewhere near the top of my website, but so far I have been unsuccessful. I would also preferably like the date to show in Spanish. Thanks for your help!
  11. We are trying to and need to have the year after the date in a blog post. We are using the Skye Template. For example, the date just shows "Oct 2" how do we get it to display "Oct 2, 2019"?
  12. After editing pages, it would be great to have a date/time stamp of the last edit. Could be placed in the ”Page settings” window, or in the black tabs (page name/edit/settings) which appear when hovering over the page.
  13. Hi, I'm trying to remove the dates from my blog. Currently, they do not show on the post page (I've toggled the switch to not display the date) but on the actual blog page, the date is shown next to the title. Is there a way to turn this off? Thanks!
  14. Hi everyone! How can I remove or hide a blog post date on just one page using the Momentum template? If you go to the link below you will see the post date under the photo that I would like to remove. https://devbio.stanford.edu/david-hogness-memoriam-guestbook/2020/1/7/guestbook Thanks in advance!

  16. Hallo community 🙂 Can you help me to customise my website ? I want to hide the date of the blog posts and make the cover blog pictures smaller. How can I do it ? My website is: www.OgiKaram.com Thanks!
  17. I want to change the date that is in the title of each blog post. I've changed the published date in the settings, but it does not update the Dec 17 date below. thanks!
  18. The default format for dates in forms is MM/DD/YYYY I see there are already several solutions to change to DD/MM/YY However, I have a client who is a holiday rental with managers in Asia, clients in Europe and Australia etc so they are getting very confused with DD/MM and MM/DD. Can anyone help with a way to change to a format that spells out the month in words so the form collects the date as, for example: 1 January 2020 (instead of 1/1/2020) 1 June 2020 (instead of 1/6/2020) And also, not just does this on the form but also uses the same format when emailing the form results? Many thanks in advance... Simon
  19. Hi all, I'm working in the following website page: https://hqwebsitestudy.squarespace.com/news Password: 12345678 The .date-wrapper originally shows Day and Month (29 Oct). My goal is to showcase Month and Year (Oct 2019) in this specific page. I've already add the following custom css line: .collection-5d6672978931a00001370dcb .day {display: none;} How can I get it to show the year as well? Thanks in advance, Eliahu
  20. Ladies and Gents, does anyone know how to / is able to add a feature of changing the date when customer's subscription is charged? my customers buy on our site for the first time and automatically subscribe, that's the only option. however, before we start preparing the next delivery, we check with the customer if they need it this month. they can postpone without charge. id they do, i obviously don't want to charge them. but squarespace doesn't offer that option. i have to cancel the whole subscription of that customer. so rubbish customer experience. does anyone have a ready solution? or is able to write one? or maybe there is a different way (e.g. manage subscriptions through stripe? it's our payment processor, they have the service called billing, but i have no idea if it's possible to make it happen and how to set up squarespace and stripe in that case to do it) thanks! Damian
  21. I need to find out the date a page on my website was created. I've asked SquareSpace but they have said not. I don't believe it's not part of the metadata. Ideally, if you can find the dates a page was modified too, that would be great. Any ideas?
  22. Hi, I'm hoping this is something a few simple CSS fixes will help, but that's beyond me to think of, I'm afraid. I'd love to be able to hide both the blog title and date from ONE specific blog only. Also, because I'm creating too many pages, I've tried to start shifting some content to new blogs, but this means they now have a much narrower content width, which isn't ideal for this particular blog. Is there any way I can change the content inset for ONE specific blog only? Example page: https://shefani-archive.info/concert-dates/2019/9/14/bs-concerts-2003 Any help would be much appreciated!
  23. I am using a cover page for my company but want it to link to a content page with no navigation bar. Unfortunately, the site also has other content, so I can't just hide the nav bar using the site styles, because I only want it hidden on that one page. If anyone has any suggestions for css code that would be great. I am a new squarespace user and any advice would be appreciated. I am using the Brine Template Thanks!
  24. I'm having trouble backdating blog posts that's supposed to go back decades ago, 1980s onwards. I'd really rather not click the little calendar arrow in the blog editor, I'm hoping there's another way to enter the date through typing instead of the calendar thing.
