  3. Site URL: https://www.adriannexo.com/journal/tag/Travel I've been trying to figure out a way to add a title or intro onto the blog "tag pages" meaning when a viewer clicks on a tag such as "Drinks", the top of the page will say something like "Drinks". I thought it used to automatically have an intro that said "Posts in ___". Is there a way to add that back in? This is one of the tag pages I have. Not sure if CSS or a markdown block is the answer here but I'm hoping someone can help! -- https://www.adriannexo.com/journal/tag/Travel

  6. Hi there, is there a way to get the tags of a blog entry included in the RSS feed of the blog along with the feed entries? Categories are in the feed, but cannot be used here as I need to separate structures for information: Tags and Categories. Markus PS: I'm on Squarespace 7.1
  7. I have an Album with multiple songs on it. Rather than type the same Tags onto the setup for each song, is there a way to Tag them all at once? All with the same Tags? York 7.0
  8. Site URL: https://www.hogushi-taro.com/links-staging Hi there! I have an issue getting images spotaneously deleted after adding on my webpage. Specifically, I added a custom code block to images so that clicking on images takes to external links and fire GA tracking code to track user behaviour. Is there a way to get around having images deleted from the database and ending up with a blank image? Or have I done something wrong? The code works at least a week or so. - Troubled page, screenshot attached: https://www.hogushi-taro.com/links-staging - Custom HTML code: pasted at the end of this post - Images in the custom code block: For some unknown reason, the images in the code block have all disappeared from the uploaded image database. Don't know specifically when. - FYI, steps taken: added the images to the web page using the "Add Image" functionality published live inspected element to find the image URL pasted image URL to img scr= code removed images from the web page but not from the uploaded image database Thanks very much for your help in advance! <a href="https://twitter.com/hogushitaro" onClick="ga('send', 'event', { eventCategory: 'external_link', eventAction: 'button_click', eventLabel: 'twitter'});"> <img src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5f5b8900fe68710ffdbdb06c/1613208107565-7RWA3NORS8MAZEETYPIB/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kNV3GUOWWzxDrTFa8WEZuSVZw-zPPgdn4jUwVcJE1ZvWQUxwkmyExglNqGp0IvTJZUJFbgE-7XRK3dMEBRBhUpymN-Sz2I5NQ3odZuoF_eptl3QOaHjngFYYJktm0ZBIdUQ9Obberm6_IJethfnjQ8k/link_hogushitaro_twitter.jpg" alt="Twitter @hogushitaro" /a> <br> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCttbYweMSRp3vqT94_aYiRQ" onClick="ga('send', 'event', { eventCategory: 'external_link', eventAction: 'button_click', eventLabel: 'youtube'});"> <img src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5f5b8900fe68710ffdbdb06c/1613208129599-F3QJYRLVVKASHS8UAJ5X/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kNV3GUOWWzxDrTFa8WEZuSVZw-zPPgdn4jUwVcJE1ZvWQUxwkmyExglNqGp0IvTJZUJFbgE-7XRK3dMEBRBhUpymN-Sz2I5NQ3odZuoF_eptl3QOaHjngFYYJktm0ZBIdUQ9Obberm6_IJethfnjQ8k/link_hogushitaro_yt.jpg" alt="YouTube Hogushi_Taro ほぐしたろ" /a> <br> <a href="https://room.rakuten.co.jp/hogushi_taro/collections" onClick="ga('send', 'event', { eventCategory: 'external_link', eventAction: 'button_click', eventLabel: 'rroom'});"> <img src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5f5b8900fe68710ffdbdb06c/1611913747527-8FRV47AUEVG7BGZ2BKGF/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kNV3GUOWWzxDrTFa8WEZuSVZw-zPPgdn4jUwVcJE1ZvWQUxwkmyExglNqGp0IvTJZUJFbgE-7XRK3dMEBRBhUpymN-Sz2I5NQ3odZuoF_eptl3QOaHjngFYYJktm0ZBIdUQ9Obberm6_IJethfnjQ8k/%E6%A5%BD%E5%A4%A9%E3%83%AB%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0+%E3%81%BB%E3%81%90%E3%81%97%E3%81%9F%E3%82%8D+Hogushi_Taro" alt="楽天ルーム ほぐしたろ Hogushi_Taro" /a> <br> <a href="https://instagram.com/hogushi_taro" onClick="ga('send', 'event', { eventCategory: 'external_link', eventAction: 'button_click', eventLabel: 'instagram'});"> <img src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5f5b8900fe68710ffdbdb06c/1613208155774-DKXX6B7QMANK0QEOAMV8/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kNV3GUOWWzxDrTFa8WEZuSVZw-zPPgdn4jUwVcJE1ZvWQUxwkmyExglNqGp0IvTJZUJFbgE-7XRK3dMEBRBhUpymN-Sz2I5NQ3odZuoF_eptl3QOaHjngFYYJktm0ZBIdUQ9Obberm6_IJethfnjQ8k/link_hogushitaro_ig.jpg" alt="Instagram Hogushi_Taro ほぐしたろ インスタ" /a>
  9. Site URL: https://www.cottoncashmerecathair.com/ I have discovered via search console that Google is indexing my archive pages, categories, and tags over individual blog posts, which means my site is not showing up in search results when it should be. How can I tell Google not to index those pages and instead index the blog posts? I read in other posts here that you can inject code, but how do I inject code for pages that aren't in my navigation? I also know about canonical links but they confuse me; is that something I do in search console? How does one go about setting those? Any insight/tips would be much appreciated!

  11. Hi everyone, I´m new to squarespace and currently creating our recipe website. I would like to display a blog post from one category in multiple categories. E.g. we have the recipe category "Sweet recipes" with Recipe A in there. I would like to display and add this Recipe A not only in the "Sweet recipes"-category, but also in the category "Recipe A-Z", but it should have the same URLs in both categories. So when clicking in the category "Recipe A-Z" on Recipe A, it should link me to the recipe post which was created in the category "Sweet recipes". Is a set-up like this possible? If yes, how exactly does this work? Thank you so much. 🙂
  12. Site URL: https://sethealthfinder.squarespace.com/providers/tag/Pediatric+Care Password for site: care Working on a site for a really good cause, to try to help people find local free health resources. I am trying to find some kind of code insertion that would allow an automatically generated breadcrumb trail to show on the tags listing / categories listing pages within the blog in 7.1. Right now if you click a certain tag it takes you to a list page of all posts with that tag — but there's nothing orienting the viewer that for instance they're looking at a list of pediatric care providers. If I try to add a section above the listings section and edit it — it makes the same edit for every tags page — so then it would say "Pediatric" on the top of pages that were actually other tags. So there's no way that I can find to manually do it. It seems really similar to how the breadcrumb trail exists within product pages, so I'm hoping it's similar. Please, can anyone help? Thank you!
  13. Site URL: https://dewildesalhab.com/blog?category=COUNTRIES I want to disable this tag data on my website and can't figure out how (I'm using the rally theme). Would really appreciate any help! thank you
  14. Hi everyone, I am using "Nolan" template. I have a major issue trying to add a "collection" in the form of a "blog", as I would like to add a "summary" to my home page, linked to that blog. However, when I create posts in the blog, and hit the button "edit", to add tags, excerpts, etc, it goes straight into the page and doesn't allow me to add any tag or excerpts. (I saw many tutorials showing how to add excerpts, but they all have a pop-up window with more options/functions, which I don't have) As a result, my "summary" doesn't display the text I want, nor gives me the ability to display any tags. I am stuck and can't find any help online on this. Anyone is able to assist? Thanks a lot, very much looking forward to sorting this out. O.
  15. Site URL: https://porcupine-saffron-tdex.squarespace.com/config/settings/extensions Hello there - started uploading product into our Shop yesterday and noticed after a short while the appearance of this bloc note when viewing the mobile version. It also appears for a 1/2 second when uploading the desktop version. Would anyone know why this comes up and how to get rid of it:
  16. Hi all. I spend quite a lot of time tagging my products on my website. I haven't looked massively into the SEO features yet. But I just wondered do the tags help with SEO in any way, or are they purely for your website in terms of people being able to find products, and you being able to link related products and such? Thanks in advance
  17. Site URL: https://www.biling1.com/ I want to use the MEDIA COVERAGE on my website Make a tag like the following on the page, can it be realized? my website is :https://www.biling1.com/ @tuanphan @paul2009 mu
  18. Hello, I have a new content producer and I'd like to give them a list of all the tags and categories we've used on the site (for both blog posts and products). I can't seem to find this anywhere. Is it possible? Thanks, Jenn
  19. Site URL: https://www.foodnwhine.com/journal/beet-ricotta-lasagna-with-brown-butter-amp-poppy-seeds In the past, I've been able to add multiple tags and/or categories when using a summary block (on a blog page) to share similar blog posts. I noticed a recent "update" to both 7.0 and 7.1 and after that update, I can now only enter one tag or category in a summary block. Is there a way around this?
  20. Site URL: https://www.phlaff.org/festival/2021/film-guide Hi everyone, I have many tags that I would like to give my viewers the option to sort through, but when they open the archive drop down, the entire list pushes down all the page elements. I would rather the list open the same way a main navigation submenu 'hovers' over the other page elements. Anyone know a solution? Thank you for your help.
  21. Site URL: https://www.leoandroxyyarnco.com/ Hi there, I have a client who has created multiple collections of products, but across those products, they share a similar category. I would like to create a button that will allow people to click and get anything listed under that category, across all collections. Is there a way to do this? In our case the category is called "80/20"
  22. Hi guys. I'm looking for a way to insert LinkedIn Insight Tag to my Squarespace site. I've contacted Squarespace support, but they weren't able to provide me with an exact answer. "Paste the Insight Tag code below in your website’s global footer, right above the closing HTML <body> tag. Adding the tag to the footer will let you track conversions or retarget on any page across your whole site." Can someone help me out?
  23. Site URL: https://www.rushofitall.com/ I used this code (from @Andrius, in another question) to hide tag display at the bottom of blog posts: .blog-meta-item--tags { display: none; } This works, but I wonder how I might take it a step further and only hide certain tags. Even better if this could work with a wildcard, so only tags with a certain prefix would be hidden (like the "#private" tags available in Ghost). What I'm really looking for is a way to make a set of administrative tags that never show, while also still being able to use topical tags the way they're intended. Here's a current use case for this. I have summary block on my homepage (www.rushofitall.com) to display "Featured" posts from one of my blogs, but those featured posts include some that have a thumbnail photo and others that don't, and the two don't look right intermingled. So I've tagged the featured posts that have thumbnails (with "thumb"), filtered the summary to show only those with that tag, and hidden the tags with the above code. This works, but it means I can't use tags in the usual way. (And it seems there are probably other use cases for something like this.) So is there a way to put something like an if-then into that code above? Something like "IF Tag = #* THEN display:none" (could be # or some other prefix plus a wildcard so you could make many of them if you wanted). Or some other way to accomplish this? Thanks, Jeff
  24. Site URL: https://wranovsky.com/products/traditional-crystal-chandeliers/ocean-crystal-chandelier Hi, we have products on our website without prices but what this does is that in the search engines the products are displayed with additional information (as in the attachments) which translates to the product being "free" and "in stock". The product is neither in stock nor for free, so did anyone find a way to disable this from displaying in the search engines? Thanks a lot!
  25. Site URL: https://www.wanderlustnursery.com/shop/products Hey folks! I'm hoping this is an easy one for the hive mind here. I'd like to include a link on my main product page to a filtered list that only shows products that are not sold out. I'm not trying to hide the label, but actually filter the product blocks entirely. I can't seem to find a way to do this out of the box... Here's the site: https://www.wanderlustnursery.com/shop/products
