  1. Site URL: https://www.thehappyplaceschool.com/ I want to move the price of my item lower to the add to cart button so that the customer can see the price change based on the variant they select- is that possible with CSS?
  2. Site URL: https://takeepfit.com Im trying to create a separate confirmation for my service. At the moment both my product and service is receiving the same confirmation email but I want to have 2 separate emails so that when a service is purchased they're able to receive the location and time for the event in the confirmation email. I've spoken to Squarespace via their live chat and they've told me its possible with code injections but I have no idea on how that works, so I was wondering if anyone could help me please!
  3. Site URL: http://www.thehappyplaceschool.com/ I want to change the word quantity for one of my products to the word month- is that possible with custom css?
  4. So I'm just about to take my site live when I realize that all of my inventory was mistakenly added as "services" instead of physical products. How can I change this without having to delete all of my inventory and starting over? It doesn't give the option when I try to edit....
  5. Does anyone know of a simple-ish way to allow signed-in users to post service jobs themselves, like hosting a service marketplace of sorts? And then "approve" the job as complete, which pays the job-completer but me (site-owner) takes a cut. I am assuming this would require custom development but there are some close built-in plugins on SquareSpace that almost get there, like the "Donate" feature, which allows customization of fields upon submission and a custom $ amount to give, but submissions are only viewable by me the site owner submitted.
  6. I'm having a lot of trouble with the product section of my product page. I'm only selling one service and I can't reduce the column from two columns to one column. In addition, I was testing out categories and added LinkedIn as a category; however I can't remove this category completely so it doesn't show up. Screenshot below: Thanks for everyone's help in advance.
  7. Hello, can anyone help with this please? I'm hoping to add some text immediately before the price on a product page so that it reads: Price per person: £115.00 The page is https://www.grapeandgraintours.co.uk/our-tours/surrey-hills-tour Can anyone suggest if there may be a solution for this? Many thanks! Joel
  8. I am looking for advice for the best workflow for selling and scheduling service products on Squarespace while using Acuity. I would like to be able to sell and schedule directing from the store (because I feel it is the most intuitive) but it seems in order for that to work, I would need to send an email with a link to schedule (which we run into ensuring they don't exceed appointments paid for). The other option would be to embed the scheduler within a page about the service and let them pay and book from the embedded portion. Please shed some light on this and point out any other possible options or pitfalls. We just expanded to services on the site, so this is fairly new. Thanks in advance.
  9. My client's site offers services that require her clients to book times. I want to make it so that after her clients purchase the service (through squarespace checkout), they're directed to a calendar page to book the time/date of the service they just purchased. Currently she has her clients pay her via PayPal site after they book, so it hasn't been an issue, but we want to move the payment process to her site (through squarespace), and I just don't know how I can get her clients to pay for the service then be directed to the booking page. I tried doing a code injection, using the embed code for the calendar in the Order Confirmation page, and it added it to the footer, but there's no way to add it to the actual page or to edit the content of the Order Confirmation page to say "hey, look at the footer to book." I'm absolutely certain that people have had this problem before, but there seems to be no easy solution on Squarespace's help site. I've thought of adding information to the checkout page that just has the direct link to her calendar, stating that once they pay they'll need to follow the link to schedule their service, but this seems like it might be too confusing for the average client. Please if anyone has any idea how I can direct users to a booking page after they've purchased their service, I'd be very very grateful!!
  10. Site URL: https://www.beatdrop.ca/beat-drop-single-course Hi, How would I be able to create our service product form so that when someone chooses a certain class, that the corresponding date(s) will appear under our "Start Date" section? All of our class dates show up in our Start Date dropdown and it gets quite confusing. I've attached screenshots. i.e. If I choose DJ101 and I only want to see the dates we've set up for this class and not all dates for every class we have on the form.
  11. Hello everyone I am coding this new site and have a question on how to create a flow of choices and ultimately shop that choice. The idea is that the customer from the landing page can choose between option 1, 2 and 3. When selected, the page will scroll down and enable option a, b and c. The customer will then have to choose a, b or c and when they do that, a description of the product pops up. Last they can confirm and go straight to the shopping cart. In my mind it is quite simple, as my page will only have products in total and where the customer only buys one of the based on the flow of choices. Looking forward for some help!
  12. Hello, I'm planning to sell a service on Squarespace and I want to have a page in the website with the purpose of being a price calculator with a payment button. An example follows: Could anyone kindly explain how I can achieve that? Thanks a lot, Thomas
  13. I'm selling services through my site; https://geodata.works I'm struggling w/ the best way to list those services that don't really have an image to display, specifically for the Products Page. I had created a stand-in image for each product but it was looking pretty bad in the Products Page. When I deleted the main product image it was still using the thumbnail (in the >Product>Options screen) and blowing the image up to a horribly pixelated size. My less-than-ideal work around has been to create a separate 'Store' page where I have more control and added items as Product blocks. I don't think you can not have a Product Page when selling through Squarespace so the best I could do was keep it as a Not Linked page. People can still stumble upon it though; https://www.geodata.works/gdw-products How are others handling showing service based products? Any suggestions how best to handle items w/ no images on the Products Page? - Mike
