  1. Site URL: https://arugula-eagle-pdp2.squarespace.com/ Hey everyone, i'm new to squarespace. I saw that it is possible to edit the source code of our page when we have the premium advanced feature. What I want to do is to add support of mondial relay ( a relay point service), so for that I would need to add with javascript some code based on the mondial relay api. How could I acces to this checkout page, I pulled from git my website but I do not understand how this works and where my pages are stored so that I can modify them. Thanks for your help !
  2. At the moment I am building my website to only selling digital products and services. I'm currently not interested in taking and wanting to remove a buyer's full address, although I was like the option to get their Country of Origin and Postcode. I'm using the Brine template. Thank you!
  3. I want customers to put their items in the basket and be able to send their order to me without using checkout ( we are preparing an invoice mannualy). Is it possible?
  4. Is there a way to change a name of an item in checkout? Let me explain the situation. I am using Squarespace in Portuguese from Portugal but some words on the checkout are written in Brazilian Portuguese, which have a totally different meaning, in this case. 'Frete' should be 'Entrega' instead (it's Portuguese for Shipping". And the words 'revisar e comprar' should be 'confirmar e pagar'. Do you know anyway that I could correct this? I have already contacted Squarespace support but they couldn't help me. Thank you!
  5. Site URL: https://www.meghanwallacejames.com/home Hello, I'm trying to solve a problem I have a couple items in the store that the customers need to redirected to a webpage for instructions. Where would I put that information and not on all of my items. ? Thank you, Carlos
  6. Site URL: https://www.saintmichel.nl/webshop Hey, I see that this question is asked before but I didn't see any solution yet. How do I customise the checkout form inserts to Dutch? I know that the solution won't be easy but can somebody explain how I can change it in developer mode or anything? I am not shy to go into developer mode although I am not an expert. I do really want my checkout form to be in Dutch - it's not legally to sell anything otherwise and I would have to leave Squarespace. Thanks
  7. Site URL: http://www.restorationcider.com We are now delivering locally during Covid-19, can I add a field to allow customers to leave a tip for the delivery driver? I would want it to go through with the rest of the check out.
  8. Site URL: http://www.dakineskava.com Hi there! I'm looking for the custom coding to change the size and font of the Checkout Button on my site. I've found several solutions on the forum but none of them are working for some reason. Maybe because I'm using the Skye template? Also, I was wondering if there is any customization of fonts that can be done on the actual checkout page, or whether that is standard for all Squarespace sites. Thanks! dakineskava.com/checkout
  9. Site URL: http://www.getherpowerbackbundle.com/ I have followed the steps for integrating https://tapfiliate.com/ with my site Headerhowever it does not appear to be tracking the clicks once a purchase has been made. In the testing mode from Tapfiliate the code is detective, however when I head to the checkout page, the Test Summary disappears. Any suggestions?
  10. I'd like to add a custom field on the checkout page that would be always present - it'd probably be just a checkbox that can be used to add gift wrap to the order. What is the best way to achieve this. I'd had a quick look at adding custom code and css - but I think I'd need to access the commerce API to add it to the order price etc I've only just started using squarespace so any suggestions would be helpful
  11. Hi, can anyone help me with this? I looked all over and couldn't find plugins or codes that would solve this problem. I just want to set a minimum subtotal of $10 in the cart for checkout, so you can checkout if you have a subtotal of less than $10. Thank you!
  12. Site URL: https://www.caramunchies.com Hi! I'm running into an issue with customizing the checkout process for a client. She wants to offer three tiers of shipping: a) regular carrier calculated shipping for less than 5 items b) 5$ shipping for 5 items c) 50$ or more get free shipping Options A & C are easy enough to put in place but im not sure how you would address option B? Thanks so much for your help.
  13. Site URL: https://www.theanthology.net/ Hi there! My site can accept payment method with credit and debit card via the Paypal optional function (see photos). However, the default Paypal button on the checkout page only shows 'Paypal' and it is actually confusing for shoppers because they would assume having a Paypal account is the only way to make payment. I found this link on Paypal which might have provided the coding of 'Smart Buttons' and I wonder if anyone can teach me how to replace the current button, basically to code inject or use custom CSS but for the Checkout Page. I know code injection or use custom CSS can be done on content pages however I don't know if there's a way to modify Checkout page. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/ https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206541037 Thank you for your help!
  14. Hello, this is my site https://www.wundertree.co/. I have three different flat shipping rates. I operate in Berlin, Germany. Is it possible to automate the shipping charge based off of the address the customer enters in checkout? Thank you 🙂
  15. Is it possible to use custom code to enable offline payment (ie. allow checkout without payment through Paypal or Stripe)? Essentially the order would be put through without payment being taken.
  16. Site URL: http://whizkidsbasketball.com/register Hey Squarespace community. I run a website for a summer basketball camp. We take registrations from parents and need their kid's info etc. for the camp. I have utilized the checkout form as an easy way to collect the data we need. This year we have offered parents the option to make a partial down payment for their kids to attend, and the balance is due the first day of the camp. I would like to be able to accept the remainder of their balance through our site, however I don't want or need them to fill out my checkout form. Is there a way I can turn it off for this one "product" but require it for others? I don't want to create the form for each product if I don't have to.
  17. I'm using Stripe to process payments through my SQS site and for some reason, Stripe isn't receiving email addresses in the charge data. My research to this point suggests that email is a standard data point with charges. Is there a setting in SQS that I'm missing or have wrongly configured that would be blocking the transmission of the email address after checkout? This is a big problem because I'm using Zapier to connect Stripe to my marketing automation system that fulfills orders via email. Thanks in advance for the help!
  18. Hi, I wan to send user's details into teachable once they purchase any product form square space using zapier, can you please assist me how i can achieve this? There is any other way using square space APIs?
  19. Hi. I need a date picker for my store, when I edit the checkout -> Additional Fields -> Edit custom form I have the possibility to add custom form input for my checkout page. But the default date input is not a date picker. Do I have the possibility to add a custom form to my checkout using HTML/CSS ? I heard it can't be done with the checkout form for security reasons. Is this possible to add this kind of input for every product at once instead of editing it one by one ? Thank you for your help.

    Checkout in the UK

Hey, Does anyone know why there isn't an option for putting in a UK address on my shipping section in my checkout? I've changed the country to UK on my settings but I've just tested it out and it's still only got United States as as option. Help please!
  21. Site URL: https://www.russellbrxwn.com/merch I was trying to change the font on both of these but have hit a dead end. I'm trying to change the font where it displays 1 item and the dollar amount to the same as the rest of my site and I'm trying to change the default text as well on the checkout screen. Any help? Thanks
  22. I'm working on an app for a client that has a Squarespace commerce site. They want to integrate their shop in the app. I can use Shopify's Inventory API to list their products in the app, but I can't figure out how to add products to a cart and send the user to checkout. Is there an API for the checkout or a way to achieve what I want?
  23. I'm using API to create orderns and sending the checkout by email to custumer, but the documentation is not clear, because i can receive a finalized order, but how i can send a checkout order? with API?
  24. I am using the Ishimoto template: Although the product page displays an “ADD TO CART” button, I need to add an additional button directly below this one that says “CHECKOUT”, and I need it to be identical (if possible) to the add to cart button. I do realize that once a customer adds an item to the cart, the Squarespace template will then automatically display a “cart” button floating at the top of the page. However, I still need to add my own checkout button so that I can send customers to a page with more instructions before they go to the cart. ANY help appreciated, I think I’m on the right track because I already have the following code, but I know the positioning code here is not going to align it directly under the ADD TO CART button like I need it to (because I need for my CHECKOUT button to automatically align itself with the add to cart button no matter what the browser window size is, etc): <style> .checkoutbutton { background-color: #292929; text-indent: 0; display: inline-block; color: #fff; font-color: #fff; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; height: 50px; line-height: 50px; width: 250px; text-decoration: none; text-align: center; } .checkoutbutton:hover { background-color: #292929; font-color: #fff; } .checkoutbutton:active { position: relative; top: 1px; color: #fff; } </style> <p align="right"><a href="/pagelink" class="checkoutbutton">CHECKOUT >></a></p>
  25. I need a customer to see the full price, only have to pay 50% of said full price (not just tack a 50% discount on, sometimes I run promos at varying discounts and they need to still be able to see the promo price and still only pay 50% down at checkout). Upon checkout / payment confirmation, I need my customers redirected to acuity or another 3rd party calendar app so they can book a session. Ideally, based on the criteria they select at checkout, I'd like for my site to estimate the amount of time needed and then block out that number of hours or days on the calendar when they book their time. I know, a tall order, but it would really streamline client experience. Any way to go about this?
