  1. Hi there. I’m new to Squarespace. I have an e-commerce website selling prints and I want to create 2 different stores within the same website. One for regular customers, the other for wholesale. So would need 2 different stores with 2 different checkout policies. Regular customer check out: no minimum spend wholesale: with minimum spend When I go to checkout option in commerce, I can see an option for minimum order but it would apply it to the whole site, rather than each separate store page. Any recommendations or ideas how I can achieve this? Thank you in advance.
  2. Site URL: https://www.realestateanalyzers.com/buy-now Hi Everyone! I am creating a pricing table and am trying to get the link that adds a product to the cart and directs them to checkout. I have Express Checkout enabled and am able to get it to work by adding a button below the pricing table but is there a unique URL that I can add to the button within the table? See image below for screenshot of site. Site password: spreadsheet1 Thanks in advance!

  4. Testing PayPal checkout on my new site, I can't get the Venmo button to appear. Based on the PayPal documentation, I've done all this on my Venmo account: - Enabled mobile buying in my browser - Turned off PayPal one-touch - Cleared browser cache and cookies I'm still only seeing the PayPal button. Has anyone else run into this, or have more ideas? Many thanks.
  5. I'm using custom CSS to hide my header and footer in order to use Squarespace for landing pages. The biggest part of a landing page is to make it as seamless as possible to get someone to buy whatever you're selling on that page. Everything went to plan except when there's no way to access the cart without the header. Does anyone know how to enable 'express checkout' only on a single product?
  6. Site URL: https://www.naamnom.com/checkout Hi, On the checkout page, the default filler text for the Discount Code is "Discount Code" ... I want to be able to write "Care-Pon Code" . Please Advise! Thank you, Oshri
  7. Site URL: https://www.realestateanalyzers.com/buy-now I am working on building a pricing table through a 3rd party. I have express checkout enabled so that when I add a product block button and someone clicks the button it automatically adds that item to the cart and takes them to checkout. The 3rd party allows me to add a button with a url that I would like to replace the product block button since it looks nicer and is embedded into the pricing table. I am trying to figure out what url I need to enter within the 3rd parties website that will allow me to do this. Hope this makes sense. Thanks! Dan
  8. Hello, I have products set up in my store which have forms attached. Ordinarily, when you set up a form there's the tab to change the email that it's linked too and to link google drive to create a document which holds the data. I can't see a way to do this for the product forms. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
  9. @paul2009 thanks again for your help. I was wondering- do you know if I can customize the text for "Discount Code" in the checkout? I want to call it a "Care-Pon" ...
  10. Hello Everyone! I was wondering if any of you who have e-commerce websites have tried inserting code to the checkout page to upsell ( not a fan of this term ) or cross sell? I have a product line that I'm really trying to get off the ground and I want people to try a few of the items together to see the benefit. Any thoughts on this? I would be ever so grateful as I don't want to have to switch to something like Landing Pages. Please let me know if I'm not clear in this question. Many Thanks!
  11. Site URL: http://www.instaworthyconcepts.com Good day. I'm trying to figure out a way to remove the requirement of entering a shipping address when someone purchases a digital product. A few of my customers have reached out to me confused as to why they need to provide their shipping address for products that are digital downloads, and I agree with them - it isn't necessary and it hurts my conversion to add additional steps to the checkout process. Is there a way to remove shipping address on the checkout screen for digital sales? I'm very surprised it isn't an option, or at least isn't easy to locate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  12. Site URL: https://mistoa.squarespace.com/ Hi! I'm trying to change Checkout button's color on Cart page, but haven't been able to do it. https://mistoa.squarespace.com/cart Any ideas? Thanks!
  13. Site URL: https://bat-dahlia-6hpc.squarespace.com/config/design is it possible to have the header text size at checkout smaller for mobile? At the moment the (SHIPPING) (PAYMENT) and other section header are too big. 12px would be a perfect size?
  14. Site URL: https://www.jadoredbyjody.com/ Hello, I am looking for assistance with my website check out page. When entering an amount larger than the stock availability it shows this message (file attatched). Is there a way to hide the exact numerical value?
  15. Has there been any news about an implementation of a Minimum Item Quantity Purchase for individual products? I saw that a minimum order subtotal was implemented, but that doesn't help my situation. Right now I'm using a work-around for each item page, but the customers can change the quantity in checkout to below the minimum. From what I read, I'm not the only person who's been wanting a feature similar to the attached image. Has there been any progress or work done in that area? It's the number one thing that I'm missing from Squarespace that other platforms offer.
  16. Does anyone know what code i would need to change the Checkout Page header from "Shopping Cart" to "Shopping Bag"? Perhaps I somehow need to target cartTitle or CartHeader? many thanks
  17. I am using the Ishimoto template: Although the product page displays an “ADD TO CART” button, I need to add an additional button directly below this one that says “CHECKOUT”, and I need it to be identical (if possible) to the add to cart button. I do realize that once a customer adds an item to the cart, the Squarespace template will then automatically display a “cart” button floating at the top of the page. However, I still need to add my own checkout button so that I can send customers to a page with more instructions before they go to the cart. ANY help appreciated, I think I’m on the right track because I already have the following code, but I know the positioning code here is not going to align it directly under the ADD TO CART button like I need it to (because I need for my CHECKOUT button to automatically align itself with the add to cart button no matter what the browser window size is, etc): <style> .checkoutbutton { background-color: #292929; text-indent: 0; display: inline-block; color: #fff; font-color: #fff; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; height: 50px; line-height: 50px; width: 250px; text-decoration: none; text-align: center; } .checkoutbutton:hover { background-color: #292929; font-color: #fff; } .checkoutbutton:active { position: relative; top: 1px; color: #fff; } </style> <p align="right"><a href="/pagelink" class="checkoutbutton">CHECKOUT >></a></p>
  18. Site URL: https://arugula-eagle-pdp2.squarespace.com/ Hey everyone, i'm new to squarespace. I saw that it is possible to edit the source code of our page when we have the premium advanced feature. What I want to do is to add support of mondial relay ( a relay point service), so for that I would need to add with javascript some code based on the mondial relay api. How could I acces to this checkout page, I pulled from git my website but I do not understand how this works and where my pages are stored so that I can modify them. Thanks for your help !
  19. Hello, I've created my website using 2 languages. The primary navigation is in english and the secondary is in french. I used coding so that the headers of the primary navigation won't show the secondary navigation headers and vice-versa. My website is almost ready but I'm having a problem with the checkout page. It actually shows all the headers (french and english) instead of one or the other. I've read that we cannot change the text of the checkout page due do security reasons... What about the header? Is there an option to not show the header in the checkout page? Is there a line of code to add in the others pages so that it modify the results in the checkout page? Here is the code that I used: <style>nav.Header-nav--primary { display: none; } .Mobile-overlay-nav--primary { display: none; } </style> <style>nav.Header-nav--secondary { display: none; } .Mobile-overlay-nav--secondary { display: none; } </style>
  20. Site URL: https://secure.squarespace.com/checkout/donate?donatePageId=5da8e03b0ccc3012c43df2bb&ss_cid=f1922b61-6cee-43b5-93a9-e8fb771b1885&ss_cvisit=1593729766217&ss_cvr=1ee7f419-b7b8-4743-b66d-0fbd6c4e2b5d%7C1593556373351%7C1593556373351%7C1593729766185%7C2 Is there any way to customize the headers under the donation page checkout process? I don't want the form to say "Your Contribution" or "Review and Donate" at the end (see site link). I am only able to use the donation page vs eCommerce to check clients out since they are paying their invoices and I need the amounts to be fluid for them to enter. Any help would be great, thanks!
  21. Site URL: https://capao.squarespace.com/checkout Hi Everyone, I'm trying to style the logo for the checkout page. On the main website (https://capao.squarespace.com/) I have the logo to the edge of the page and at a certain size. For the checkout page I can't figure out how to target and edit it? The problems I'm looking to solve are: 1. Have the checkout page logo match the style of the home page. 2. Make the logo un-clickable. I have A&B pages sharing the same cart and checkout page and I don't want the B page viewers to have access to the A pages. 3. If neither of those 2 options are viable I'd like to hide the logo completely. I've tested the following below but all these have been unsuccessful. .Logo-link-BPzKv { pointer-events: none; cursor: default; } #sqs-standard-checkout img.Logo-image-2huvT { display: none !important; } body #checkout .Logo-image-2huvT { display:none !important; } .Logo-image-2huvT { max-width: 500px; max-height: 500px; } If anyone knows how to target items on this page that would be really helpful!
  22. Hello all, I am currently setting up my new site and I have run into a roadblock. I am a travel agent for Egypt Tours and my business model requires that I secure a non-refundable deposit of $400 per person, before the customers final purchase (the full or remaining purchase is charged at a later date). However, on the Squarespace format I have not found the option to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions, whether that be through Squarespace, PayPal, Stripe, or any other means. Thank you for the help.
  23. How can i add a cash on delivery option in the checkout method?
  24. Site URL: http://www.thebagboyz.com I need to make the scheduling block embed within the checkout page, OR embed it onto the form at checkout, OR redirect to scheduler after checkout, OR force the site to first go through scheduling page before checkout. Anything before payment would probably make the user experience a great one... It just has to prompt the customer in a seamless way. Whichever is easier on the backend but still allows me to tweak the Scheduling every once in a while... I am helping a client build essentially a (shipt/instacart to a very small microarea) and we have to be able to deliver (with rules) and add tip-- both for which the Acuity Scheduler accomodates. Right now my custom form has scheduling times for a customer to choose from that doesn't work well, but it doesn't have the constraints that I need like the Scheduler does.
  25. Site URL: https://www.thedustyknuckle.com/ Hi there, We have a popular bakery website: https://www.thedustyknuckle.com/ We sell Cafe & Bakery products for either Delivery, or Click and Collect. I have created a hack way to do this by using Shipping Options and updating them on a daily basis: But what we really need is 2 have 2 different delivery options, which have a different checkout process; 1 Click and Collect, 2 Delivery. Because for example, Click and Collect customers shouldn't need to add their shipping address. And we don't really want to show 'Click and Collect' options for people who want Home Delivery. Can we have different checkout processes for different products? Image attached Can we offer Click and Collect or Delivery slots in a more user friendly way e.g. drop downs? I'm really struggling and considering using an online payments service, but would prefer to keep everything in Squarespace. Thanks for anyone who can offer some advice, even if it's confirmation that this stuff cannot be done in Squarespace and needs to be done outside of it.
