  1. Have you changed the Site Title?
  2. To customize Donation emails, edit the Donation Receipt email under Selling > Selling Tools > Customer Notifications > General Orders. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  3. If you've built page sections using the Fluid Engine (FE) editor and you'd prefer to use the Classic editor, you must build them from scratch. You can "upgrade" Classic sections to FE but not the other way around.
  4. If you prefer to use the classic "LayoutEngine" editor where there isn't a separate mobile layout, you can add new "Classic" page sections instead of "Fluid Engine" sections. When adding a new page section, scroll down past all the new section options to choose the classic ones by clicking Looking for sections built with our Classic Editor? Note that you cannot convert Fluid Engine sections back to Classic sections. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  5. So would I! However, Squarespace doesn’t use this forum to track demand for new features or to accept feature requests. To ensure your request is seen by the right people at Squarespace, you are encouraged to raise a ticket through Squarespace Customer Support 🙂.
  6. Thanks for sharing the code. I noted that the HTML you've quoted is incomplete. This may be a copy and paste error but you'll want to check this. It will be possible to add a table like this to the Product Description using some custom JavaScript. The JavaScript solution will depend on how many tables of data you need to display. For example, does it need to apply the same basic table (and data) to all products, are there different tables for different products.
  7. Service Products and Digital Products share the same tax setting: You can choose to charge tax on both or neither. You cannot charge tax on one and not the other. This is managed by the Squarespace platform and isn't possible to workaround this. To make a feature request and ensure it is seen by the right people at Squarespace, you are encouraged to raise a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  8. Please provide more details of the size table (including a link to the code) and a working link to a product on your website.
  9. Sites can be duplicated from the Account Dashboard. You must have Owner or Administrator permissions on the site, and it must have fewer than 100 pages and it must not have been created using an older version of "Blueprint". You'll find details in the help guide Duplicating a site. Where did you read that they couldn't? Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  10. You can start the trial using your account and then, when it is ready for handover, you can invite your client as a contributor. When your client has been added as a contributor, they can pay the subscription directly. Alternatively, if they have already started the site, they can invite you as a contributor.
  11. If they only provide a guide for Shopify, I wonder if their solution is compatible with Squarespace. Can you provide a link to their guide to allow us to learn more? Also, a link to your site will also be helpful.
  12. Hi @thato. You've already done the right thing by raising a Circle feature request 🙂.
  13. Please contact Squarespace Customer Support using a support ticket.
  14. I looked at your live records and they were correct. Your SSL was issued 3 hours ago 🙂 Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  15. This isn't possible. Squarespace is a 'website builder' and, whilst this means that you can produce a professional-looking website very easily without technical knowledge, it also means that you do not have access to the technical 'backend' areas that would allow you to integrate payment code like this. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. This is both normal and unavoidable. You will need to add a 301 redirect rule so that old product URLs continue to work: /store/[product-item] -> /store/p/[product-item] 301 When you use the 7.0 to 7.1 update tool it automatically adds this 301 redirect rule. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  17. There isn't a way to create events on a Squarespace Events page because there isn't an API for the Events collection. Squarespace only has Commerce APIs. If you want to pull custom event data from a Google sheet you will need to write some custom JavaScript that extracts the data and places it data directly onto a standard page, rather than storing the data in a Squarespace Events collection. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  18. The page does contain the robots meta tag but it is not valid because there are some errors in Page Header Code Injection: If you resolve the issue with the custom code, this should resolve the issue 🙂. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. You can use Product variants to add different attributes like size or weight. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  20. On Squarespace Commerce, adding a product, completing a registration form and making payment are separate steps and cannot be completed on the same page. They'll need to click Add to Cart, complete and submit the Custom Product Form and then, when they've registered each attendee, go to the cart and then the checkout to make payment. However, there are third party forms that can be embedded into a Squarespace page or used standalone. For example, Jotform offers a Stripe Registration Form (affiliate link) that takes the registration details and the payment on a single form, through Stripe. Of course these payments won't be tracked within Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  21. To allow us to take a look, please ensure you've added the CSS and then share the URL of your page.
  22. @Pg1 Squarespace have locked down the checkout page to protect the payments process and, in doing so, have prevented third party developers from adding code to this page. We can display prices in alternative currencies on product pages but this Squarespace restriction prevents anyone from showing alternative currencies on the checkout page. Obviously this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps 🙂. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  23. DNS records are always managed through the company that hosts the domain name. As your domain name is hosted by a third party (not Squarespace), you'll need to log on to their platform to make the DNS changes. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
