  1. If they're logged in, it will take them to the member content. They'll only see the access denied screen (containing a login prompt) if they aren't logged in.
  2. The screenshot you've provided is not a Squarespace site. As I've explained above, it is not possible to add insurance to the Squarespace checkout.
  3. Please see my answers in this earlier thread and see if this helps: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  4. Contributor permissions decide whether a contributor can receive sales notifications. By default, Administrator and Store Owner accounts should receive the email notifications. It is up to each contributor to decide if they want to receive them. See my earlier answer for more details: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  5. Yes, for the benefit of anyone reading this thread, this issue should now be resolved.
  6. @RevivalHouseAntiques Your site is using a very old - now discontinued - template called "Boutique" and requires different CSS. Please try this: .show-product-price #productList .product.sold-out .product-price { display: none; } This isn't related to your question, but I recommend you enable SSL to make your site 'secure'. I suspect this wasn't enabled because your site was built before Squarespace offered SSL 🙂. This guide explains how to enable it. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  7. This is not currently possible. I've been advocating for a feature that allows you to approve members since 2021 but this has not been implemented yet. It's top of my list of Member Area limitations. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  8. I agree, Brad’s guide (that you linked in your question) should provide a working solution, using ‘seniors’ instead of ‘en’ and so on. I wouldn’t recommend using ‘nth’ selectors for a production site as it will be difficult to maintain.
  9. It cannot be changed with code/plugins because it is managed in the “backend” of the platform where developers cannot make changes.
  10. That's correct, you can only specify the "Outcode" element of the postcode. This consists of one or two letters, followed by one digit, two digits, or one digit and one letter, indicating the postcode "area" and postcode "district". You cannot be more specific by adding the "Incode" for the postcode sector and delivery point, and it isn’t possible to change this behaviour with code. Did this help? 11. This doesn't indicate a new issue. Everyone will be receiving these alerts as Google have just starting sending them out. Interaction to Next Paint (INP) is a pending ranking factor that will be introduced in March 2024. It's nothing you need to worry about now but feel free to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Support.
  12. Hi Amy. I’m not sure I understand your question. The website appears for me at https://www.amyteachingyoga.co.uk What isn’t working for you?
  13. This isn’t a bug. In May, Squarespace replaced the form block with a new React based form and this means you cannot set the value in this way. React won’t be aware of the change (it is only a change to the DOM).
  14. I see this issue on Product List Pages (PLPs) on Squarespace 7.1 sites and I have reported it to Squarespace as a bug. Hopefully this will be fixed soon as there isn't a workaround. Version 7.0 sites appear to be fine. Update: This was resolved the same day. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  15. What is the domain? I couldn’t see it mentioned in your post.
  16. Please provide us with a link (a “URL”). If you are unsure how to provide this, the guide How to Post a Forum Question should help to explain 🙂
  17. If Apple Pay isn't respecting the fulfilment rules that you've said then I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care directly as we're unable to look into a technical issue like this. Please post back their advice (or details of a bug) for the benefit of other users. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  18. There isn't an API for this. Currently, you can only do this manually on a subscriber by subscriber basis, by searching for the user's details and then checking their active subscriptions.
  19. I've updated the solution 😀 Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  20. Have you cleared your browser cache, including local storage and cookies? This should resolve it. If it doesn’t, please contact Squarespace Customer Care.
  21. You cannot add a feature like this to the checkout stage on Squarespace as this page cannot be customised or altered. This limitation is due to the platform's design and structure, which aims to maintain a consistent and secure checkout experience for all users. Squarespace prioritise security, reliability, and ease of use, and this restricts the customisation that is possible in critical areas like the checkout. If you need to add insurance to the checkout, Squarespace does not provide the flexibility you require and you'll need to explore other e-commerce platforms that allow a higher degree of customisation, but are consequently more complex to configure. It may be possible to use code to do something at the cart stage, but only if the insurance is a fixed sum. If you need to add a percentage, this isn't possible, for the reasons mentioned above. If you can provide more details about your requirements and your site, there may be workarounds to add a fixed insurance sum prior to the checkout.
  22. That’s correct. Squarespace doesn’t support automatic carrier-calculated rates outside the US yet.
