  1. Nevermind. I got it to work. Thank you all for the help!
  2. So far everything is working like you said. Thank you. Yes, I want rounded corners of the dropdown menu. Also the dropdown menu seems wider than I would want. I don't know if that is also CSS or it's in the Styles section. I've attached a screenshot. I hate asking for coding help since I don't know it, so thank you so much!
  3. Hi, yes, I skimmed through the forum. But I feel pretty lost. It would be great if you could help me and I can compensate you too. Hopefully it is not too much work. Please message me if you want to proceed. Thanks!
  4. Hi, is there another way to change the dropdown menu color, font, corners, and opacity besides using Custom CSS? If it has to be through Custom CSS, I probably need to hire someone to do it for me since all I can do is use AI to come up with something (that doesn't work). Thank you!
  5. Hi, When we get a sale, I get a notification to my account email on yahoo. But I would like notifications sent to other employees in the company. How do I do that? Thank you in advance!
  6. Hello everyone, Just noticed that our product pages in our store is still using SquareSpace's Built-in domain and not our custom domain. I'm having a hard time pin pointing where it should be changed. Basically when a customer clicks on the Buy button here, https://www.gtwoodproducts.com/accessories , it takes them to the product page in question. All products in our Accessories page have this problem once the Buy button is clicked. The other issue is when we go back to the home page from a product page, the Built-in domain remains. It's weird. Is it something we are doing wrong? Thank you in advanced!
  7. How do I find and change which email gets the sales notifications? (in other words, once we get a sale, we should get a notification via email).
  8. Hello all, I was testing out my contact forms, but I'm not receiving any of the test messages on my email (yes, I put my email address in the storage section). Does the website have to go live in order for the contact forms to work? Thank you!
  9. Our new website has not gone live yet. But based on past experience, we are doing free shipping across the board. UPS and USPS tools all overcharge and it is a nightmare trying to get it right, which we never have. We have a UPS account that is separate from the website that overcharges us too, despite being a loyal account holder for over 15 years. And they do not help with any apps or integrated tools, saying we have to talk to the developers. One thing we have not done yet, and we may try in the future, is to integrate Pirate Ship onto our websites. They do have a Squarespace option but you would need the Advanced Commerce plan. Pirate Ship is free to use (but you must open an account) and has pretty low rates. https://ship.pirateship.com/settings/integration Let us know how it works out if you choose to use it.
  10. We have various sized products. Some are small, some are long or tall. So far, I'm using the Projects template for two categories and I was hoping to use 4:3 ratio for images on one page, then a more vertical one on the other. But for some reason, I have to use one for both categories. Is there a way to customize each section? Or am I doing it wrong or is there a better way to set up the pages? Thanks!
