  1. Hi! I want to add some products onto multiple pages but pull from the same/one inventory, is that possible? if so, how? Thanks in advance!
  2. Hello, I'm currently building out an e-commerce website for our fashion boutique and we're finalizing some technicalities. We currently use Shopify as our inventory database (because Stripe sucks) and we display our product via Squarespace. I've linked each product with an individual Shopify buy button, adding the code to the product's "Additional Information" section. Everything is smooth and the checkout process has no problems, but the biggest problem is the spacing between the description of the product & the positioning of the buy button. You can clearly see it in the screenshots. Is there a way I can pad the code to move it up or add the code in a way to have the Shopify buy button directly under the product description? Adding spacers and other blocks do not help. Thank you!
  3. Site URL: https://www.soulwines.ch Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway of adding line breaks to product titles? Here is my site www.soulwines.ch Thanks for your help Sean
  4. Site URL: http://deargraduatebook.com Hi, all...I co-wrote and published a book in March called "Dear Graduate." It was designed as a gift for graduates of any age. Instead of asking, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" it asks, "What will you do when you group up?" We've received great feedback on the book, finding it strikes a nerve with a lot of people...in a good way. We're also distributing to a handful indie booksellers around the US. I do marketing for a living and we acquired 6,800 visitors to the site. We converted many, but without knowing why people didn't buy the book, I'm trying to figure that out. Certainly some of it is that the book isn't for them (or doesn't move them), the price point, having to pay shipping, not being from a known publisher, etc. Was curious if the Squarespace community might take a look and let me know if there is anything that you find is a turn-off or that wouldn't make you want to buy the book. We posted the full book online, as it really needs a way to be seen and read before buying. I know that helped sell books as well as likely inhibit others from purchasing it. Appreciate any and all thoughts...and congratulations to all the graduates out there! Charlie
  5. Whether you’re prepping for Black Friday and Cyber Monday or getting ready for Boxing Day sales, the holiday season has arrived. There are so many ways to prepare your website and business for the holidays: give your website a holiday themed makeover, have special sales, update your product offerings, etc. How are you preparing your website for the holiday season? What is your go-to strategy? Share in the comments below!
  6. Site URL: https://www.superscientists.org I'm interested in adding some web based augmented reality to my web page. It would be quite simple, just playing videos, not any 3D models, but I would like to use my existing squarespace site to do this. I've found a company that can write the AR.js that is needed. Do I just add this to code in my page? Any advice on using AR and squarespace would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  7. Hello, I am trying to automatically redirect to a different page after purchasing a specific product. All of the code I can find redirects to a different page for all products in a shop. We're trying to figure out if this can be applied to a single product only? Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://www.anothercomb.com/comb/p/cesibon-20 Hi there Is there a way to move the add to cart button next to the quantity input field via CSS or Code Injection? I have added a screenshot. Ideally the add to art + quantity field should be the same width as the product variant. Also, I have looked at several forums already and haven't been able to find a working solution for this. Thanks in advance!
  9. Does anyone know how to integrate Lightspeed HQ POS with Squarespace? I can't seem to find anything. If anyone has any third party recommendations or some code that would work, please let me know. Thank you.
  10. Site URL: https://www.luxandleaf.com/ Hello everyone! I have a question regarding selling CBD products in Squarespace. So I created a website for a client who sells skincare beauty products that contain CBD oil (https://www.luxandleaf.com/). However, I wasn't able to connect Stripe or Paypal because they do not allow transactions that are for CBD. I'm looking into third-party payment processors like Foxy.io (https://www.foxy.io/squarespace) Does anyone have experience with them? and how it works? or any other suggestions?!
  11. Any plans to Squarespace integrate with Vend, recently purchased by Lightspeed?
  12. Site URL: https://www.mattiaantonelliofficial.com/store/adobe-lightroom-dolomiti-preset-pack Hello, can you please help me with this request? I would like that a customer will be redirected to the shopping chart from the same button used to add an item to the cart. Once a customer clicks "add to cart" it would be great the button switches to "view chart". Anyone know how to do it? Many thanks for your time. Mattia
  13. Hi everyone, We are using Squarespace for eCommerce orders and Hubspot Pro for our CRM. Big issues: when someone places an order through Squarespace, the Squarespace checkout form is not a Hubspot form (and cannot be replaced with a Hubspot form) so deals aren't created in Hubspot. Furthermore, when using an integration (Zapier, Automate, Integrate etc.), the original source for where that customer came from isn't tracked. Does anyone have a solution or know how to correctly sync the Squarespace checkout form with Hubspot?
  14. Site URL: http://www.the-still-refinery.squarespace.com/?password=refinery On the SHOP page, is there a way to change the label on the subscription products for a yearly subscription? I can set it to subscribe for 12 months, but I want the label to appear as "yearly" not "12 months"
  15. We’ve just set up an e-commerce store in Squarespace and are now finding out that all of the leading brand ambassador platforms do not integrate with Squarespace. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems that Squarespace needs to get with the program if they’re going to compete in the e-commerce space. Help?!
  16. Site URL: https://cameroncanning.com What print on demand sites do you use? Apart from the extensions on Squarespace like Printful and Printique are there any decent sites for products such as posters and canvases that you are able to integrate to your Squarespace site? Cheers Cameron
  17. Site URL: https://www.byelsapapa.com Hi there, I have realised that on an ecommerce page (or blog) there is not the option to create a banner (like the other pages). I would like to create the same look on my SHOP page as other pages of my website (banner look) at the top of each pages. How to create a banner on an ecommerce/shop page? Is there a CSS code? Or am I missing something? Thank you.
  18. Site URL: https://www.hillerysproatt.com/ Hello, I'd like to be able to customize the the "Add Options" drop down menus throughout my shop. I have two separate shop pages (blankets and prints), and I'd like to have all the "Add Options" drop down menus look consistent throughout the site. I'd like to change to text in the drop down menu to match the rest of my site. I'd like the drop down menu to have square corners instead of rounded corners. I'd like the drop down menu to have a white interior (instead of grey) with a thin black outline. Please see an image of my current Add Options drop down menu attached. I'm hoping you can provide some simple custom css to make these edits. Thanks so much for your help!
  19. Looking for some advice on how to set up a fundraising option for my for-profit client. I'm building a Squarespace site for a produce wholesale client and they'd like to provide an online hub for sports team and non-profits to sell boxes of produce for their fundraising campaign (i.e. a percentage of sales would go directly to the team or organization)—like how schools fundraise with cookie dough sales, flower bulb sales, wreath sales etc. They'd like a pretty dynamic participant login where teams could track their sales and sell products online. Is this possible within a Squarespace Shop? Has anyone implemented something like this for a client before? Thanks in advance!
  20. Site URL: https://collie-oriole-x7fl.squarespace.com/ I'd like to style the product title as they're currently too big. I've tried the solutions below that I found online with no success. I'm not sure what the issue is. Help would be much appreciated :) .ProductList .ProductList-title { font-size: 30px; } Failed <style> .product-title { font-size: 4rem !important; } </style> Failed /* Product Block Titles */ .product-block .productDetails .product-title { font-size: 1.8em; } /* Product Block Prices */ .product-block .productDetails .product-price { font-size: 1.5em; } Failed
  21. Site URL: http://gasolineandus.com Hi. We launched mid-2020 and are looking to make some updates to our site this year. I just saw this Feedback forum and would really love to get some. Most of our visitors come from mobile so mobile and desktop feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  22. Site URL: http://www.surveyofmath.com Looking for help writing a custom code for a client's ebook. I have already talked to customer support and they could not provide a solution. I have a client I designed a website for supplying teachers/schools with an e-book (text book) for students. The client needs a way for the schools to be able to pay/purchase multiples of the book. I understand that because it is a digital PDF, the system doesn't see a need for allowing multiple quantities to be purchased since once you download the file onto a computer it can be shared, which is fine, but because they are providing it for multiple students, I need a way for them to "pay" per book each semester as they would do if purchasing a hard copy. In short ( although actually long), I just need to write a custom code that allows multiples copies of the book to be paid for as it is when purchasing a physical copy of something in the cart. Hope this makes sense, thank you for any and all help!
  23. Site URL: http://www.anchoredshrimp.com Will per item shipping rates ever be an option on Squarespace? My shop currently has two shipping options for seafood items. ($25 Flat Rate Ground and $45 Flat Rate Air.) I can't use the carrier calculating shipping because the real cost of shipping 20lbs perishable packages is indeed costly. (I do add shipping cost to the overall price of my items.) This way of setting up my store makes it so I can never have sell small items or merchandise. I would LOVE the option if a customer wanted to buy just a T shirt for $15 it would simply just have a free shipping automatically selected. If a customer wanted to have a t shirt and a seafood item the $25 and $45 options will be available to select. Shopify is one platform I see starting to tackle this issue this year however it still seems like a complicated process with them. They do item shipping by "profiles." Squarespace is one of the biggest ecommerce platforms out there.. how is this still not an option yet? I have seen multiple questions about this. Does Squarespace just ignore suggestions?
  24. Hi -- I'm just getting started with SquareSpace (really, I haven't started yet...) BUT, I'll be setting up a very small e-commerce site. I'll be selling only 2 physical products (hard and soft cover book) and I'm going to use a local business to do the distribution (lower cost, like keeping it small-town). All they need from me, for each order, is a csv file, with a few pieces of information, attached to an email. Has anyone done something like this? I know there are numerous SquareSpace integrations with various distribution services, but I don't think those will do me any good. Not sure what the best approach will be. Custom code? Squarespace API? (perhaps those are synonymous -- I've not checked out the API yet...) Any input welcome! Thanks, Carol
  25. Hi All! I recently ran into a major issue with Squarespace architecture/requirements while making a new site. Looks like I can only use PayPal or Stripe for ecom and Square for POS. This seems like absolutely bananacakes poor design to me. We are a nonprofit offering recurring donations for donors. We CANNOT sign people up for recurring donations on two different payment processors going into the future. That is really bad practice. Let alone the fact that I will have to do lots of overly complicated things with zapier to make sure our database is getting all the information. We feel strongly about offering donations through our store as well as through online forms. Please help! Is there some way we can use only ONE payment processor for POS and ecom on squarespace??? Best Nick
