  1. Site URL: https://www.sparkesink.org Hey Everyone, I Have Been Trying To Get My Commerce Site To Give The Option To Continue Shopping. I Have Also Lost My Cart Button Somewhere, Every time I Add A Product It Goes Straight To The Checkout Page, It Doesn't Even Take Me to A Cart Page Or Give Any Options To Add More Products To The Cart. I Would Appreciate The Help/Research Or Resources Anyone Can Send My Way.
  2. Hello, nice day everyone. We currently manage our store with Mercado Shops (quite limited): rinesyllantastuxtepec.com We are looking for a new platform and we have read content like this, where Squarespace is recommended as one of the best options on the market. The question is if we can make a search engine like this, with filters to search our products (wheels and tires) by size and vehicle. A thousand thanks and a huge greeting to all indeed.Thank you very much and a huge greeting to all, really. A thousand thanks and a huge greeting to all indeed
  3. Hi, all! I'm a relatively new member to Squarespace Circle but cannot rave enough about this supportive community! I have a client (a small coffeeshop/roastery with one physical location) who loves Squarespace and would like me to build a website (with online store) using the Squarespace platform. However, they use Square as their POS in store, and they would like to use Square to process all of their payments (both online and in-store). I understand that, as of now, Squarespace only accepts online payments using Stripe and/or PayPal, and they do not want to pay additional for any third-party integrations (like Ecwid or Trunk). To accommodate these requests, the only solution I can think of is to (1) build the "core" of their website on Squarespace, (2) set up their online store through Square's "Online Store," and then (3) have the "Shop" button on the navigation menu on their Squarespace website redirect to their online store in Square. Obviously, this is not the most ideal situation, but do you any of you have suggestions on a better solution/workaround (or, better yet, any idea if/when Squarespace will integrate with Square and accept Square payments for online transactions)? Please forgive me if I've misused any terminology--I've been building websites for years but am a bit of a novice in the ecommerce world. Thank you in advance for any insight you can shed on this situation! Jordyn
  4. At the moment I am building my website to only selling digital products and services. I'm currently not interested in taking and wanting to remove a buyer's full address, although I was like the option to get their Country of Origin and Postcode. I'm using the Brine template. Thank you!
  5. Site URL: https://www.gelatinhealth.net.au/ We are an Australian company who sell products that are GST free and require GST to be applied. (GST = 10%). This is an essential part of our accounting process. I have enquired with Squarespace customer support, who replied with "sorry but that feature isn't available". Additionally we use OneSaas to reflect all orders into Xero. I dont know if that changes anything. If anyone was wondering, the products that need GST applied are, Gelatin Plus Gummy Goodness Collagen Shake and the cost of shipping All other products are GST free. Has anyone else, ever come across this problem? Does anyone have any ideas to help work around it? Is it possible to write some HTML code around the issue? I am open to any suggestions. Kind regards, Josh from Gelatin health
  6. Hi SquareSpace Community, I hope everyone is safe and well. I wanted to put a quick note out that is hopefully helpful to some. GetSwift has a rough integration with SquareSpace as of today. (Full Disclosure this is not supported or endorsed by SquareSpace). We have recently on-boarded a few SquareSpace customers to our platform who have wanted to do local delivery (not shipping). These clients have any number of locations and/or drivers. You can sign up here for a 30 day free trial: https://app.getswift.co/signup If you have any questions please feel free to reach out directly: Ryan Pershad - Global Operations Manager: rpershad@getswift.co Tommy Cooper - Manager of Global Sales & Growth: tcooper@getswift.co Best, Ryan
  7. I would like to change the language of my shop in 7.1. Buttons like "quantity" or "add to cart" should be displayed in German. How can I do that?
  8. Site URL: https://turbot-armadillo-ja5c.squarespace.com/ Hi Folks, I wonder if anyone can help. I am working on a shop on this site https://turbot-armadillo-ja5c.squarespace.com/ p/word: SandraCB. If you click on the UK flag, then wine shop and any of the listed wines, you will see the bottle images are 3.4, however if you go back to the main page and click on Gifting options/Theatre Box Collectors set the images need to be at 16.9. So the two issues I have are: 1) change the size of the images on one page to 16.9. 2) turn the image-zoom off on the individual wine bottle pages as it is not required but leave it for the theatre box page where it is beneficial. Thank you for your time. Many thanks, Sandra
  9. Site URL: https://www.bommestudio.com/shop/protective-face-mask-reusable-fabric I am offering a product that is available for purchase and to donate. I have both buttons set up on the product page but I'd like to add the donation button directly next to the add to cart button (labeled Pre-Order). Is it possible to do this with custom css?
  10. Site URL: https://docs.sellfy.com/article/132-how-to-customize-buy-now-buttons-for-my-website#customize_embed_code_to_have_custom_button Sellfy provides code for a “Buy Now” button. There are also instructions that you can use to have an image act as your Buy Now button. That is what I am trying to do. See below for Sellfy instructions. I uploaded my image to My Custom Files. I added my Product Key and my image URL to their code and put that new code in a code block. It doesn’t work. Is that CSS below Squarespace-compatible? Any suggestions? Thank you for any and all responses. From Sellfy: Custom button or image Here's an example of how your button and code may look like with custom class. In the code below, the link to the button image is https://example.com/images/button.png, which is just an illustration of what the image link can be. You can generate such a link for your custom buttons by uploading the button image onto a server. You may also use a reliable online button generator that will produce such a link for you. <a href="https://sellfy.com/p/[PRODUCT-KEY]/" id="[PRODUCT-KEY]" class="sellfy-buy-button sellfy-buy-button-custom"><img src="https://example.com/images/button.png"></a> <script src="https://sellfy.com/js/api_buttons.js"></script> Cut and pasted from: https://docs.sellfy.com/article/132-how-to-customize-buy-now-buttons-for-my-website#customize_embed_code_to_have_custom_button

  13. Hi! So I have a customer that wants to sell products online and receive orders, but is not interested in accepting payments (I could not do it if I wanted to, Stripe and Square are not available in my country). 14. Site URL: https://www.luxandleaf.com/ Hello everyone! I have a question regarding selling CBD products in Squarespace. So I created a website for a client who sells skincare beauty products that contain CBD oil (https://www.luxandleaf.com/). However, I wasn't able to connect Stripe or Paypal because they do not allow transactions that are for CBD. I'm looking into third-party payment processors like Foxy.io (https://www.foxy.io/squarespace) Does anyone have experience with them? and how it works? or any other suggestions?!

  16. Hello, I'm currently building out an e-commerce website for our fashion boutique and we're finalizing some technicalities. We currently use Shopify as our inventory database (because Stripe sucks) and we display our product via Squarespace. I've linked each product with an individual Shopify buy button, adding the code to the product's "Additional Information" section. Everything is smooth and the checkout process has no problems, but the biggest problem is the spacing between the description of the product & the positioning of the buy button. You can clearly see it in the screenshots. Is there a way I can pad the code to move it up or add the code in a way to have the Shopify buy button directly under the product description? Adding spacers and other blocks do not help. Thank you!
  17. For a B2B company it is necessary to start with just a pay on account payment option. So not necessarily a connection with 'stripe' . Clients in Holland and UK should be able to order the product online. Is there a possibility for this within Squarespace? We are new to Squarespace so welcoming some help on this topic. Thx
  18. Site URL: http://observatoryeyes.com Hi all, Looking for a way to build a function where a potential customer can select a product to reserve for in store try-on - a similar function from Shopify exists called “Reserve In Store”. Any help is appreciated!!

  20. Hi Friends, Looking for help and recommendations from fellow store owners, who sell both online and through a brick and mortar shop. I have a small business located in Boston, where we utilize square POS for our inventory and payments. We are interested in utilizing Squarespace e-commerce, but would like to integrate the two platforms in order to have one master inventory list. As Squarespace and square are not compatible, we will need a third party inventory management system to merge the two platforms. We essentially want to ensure that if a customer purchases an item in our store, that the inventory count automatically reflects the count in Squarespace. Are there any business owners who can recommend a third party software system, or method they have used to create a seamless and efficient merger of online and in person sales? The last thing we want to do is have to manually adjust our online inventory every evening to match our in store inventory. Thanks in advance!
  21. Site URL: https://www.mybikeplan.ch Hi guys, I am quite urgently looking for a solution to my problem. I sell E-Bike subscriptions online, however have a external financial partner where I need to do credit applications through. Currently I have products (manually added) on my website and the checkout process is simply a form that customer have to fill out. I want to switch to make it more scalable by using the product features and the actual checkout process. The problem is that I dont want to take in credit card info and payments from the customer as this will only need to happen with my financial partner IF they even get approved. Therefore I would like to: -Complete the checkout process without the use of Credit Card Information Does someone know if this is possible? Squarespace officials have already said they dont have a feature, but I thought maybe someone out there does. Best, Fabian
  22. Site URL: https://www.apexgearco.com I am seeking site feedback for my site, apexgearco.com. We have a conversion problem from social media to checkout. Namely, what we're doing online delivers people to the site, yet we're not seeing the sales. Why are people leaving? What is your experience when you land? Are you compelled to move through the sales funnel? Are you motivated to buy? If not, why not? Any insight and feedback is appreciated!

    Help on set up

Hi All, Looking to get started in the correct place so after some basic advice (hopefully). I want to create a website which will contain several areas. 1st off the website needs to allow users to sign up to it using social media accounts (i.e. facebook) - easy enough? I then want my site to allow users to list their products for sale on my site (abit like amazon) and let them achieve sales on my community - possible? I would then like to add another section where users can share content between each other - can this be done? Sorry its vague but I need to be at this stage until I know the best place to go to set up this type of site. Are website builders like this one capable of creating this type of website? Thanks
  24. Is there a way to create a paginated shop page? Much in the same way the CMS allows you to choose how many thumbs display per row, it'd be great if the same feature applied to how many product rows display vertically. That way we'd be able to paginate or infinite scroll shop pages and help reduce load times, etc..
  25. Site URL: https://julesmarius.com/ Hello everyone, Well, we have an issue with Stripe, they won't accept our website because they say we have a high risk of disputes on payment. -Which is not true at all- I want to precise our website is in french and i highly doubt the american staff from Stripe understood what we really do. Already have more than 20 clients via paypal and still no disputes, we know everyone of them physically, if there's a problem, they will call us. Anyways, my question is : Can we connect another payment system than Stripe to accept VISA / MasterCards / AMEX etc... On our website ?? If so, how to do it ? Thanks for your help
