  1. Hi guys, fairly new to squarespace! I run an eCommerce store and a few of my products come in different colour options! I have seen on a few sites (not 100% theyre squarespace) That under the initial product image in the store page they have coloured dots which are click able and display the different colour options! Is this something I can do here? I'm currently running the Jones template! Thanks in advance! Josh
  2. Wondering if anyone uses (or has clients) that use Contrado to drop ship and/or print their products for them? They now integrate with Shopify and even better...because they do everything within their own warehouse, they have not been hit as hard by the COVID-related supply shortages like many other PODs like Printful. It would be great to see if Squarespace would consider integrating with Contrado like it did with Printful...there are just so many pluses now for going with Shopify.
  3. Site URL: https://www.thedustyknuckle.com/ Hi there, We have a popular bakery website: https://www.thedustyknuckle.com/ We sell Cafe & Bakery products for either Delivery, or Click and Collect. I have created a hack way to do this by using Shipping Options and updating them on a daily basis: But what we really need is 2 have 2 different delivery options, which have a different checkout process; 1 Click and Collect, 2 Delivery. Because for example, Click and Collect customers shouldn't need to add their shipping address. And we don't really want to show 'Click and Collect' options for people who want Home Delivery. Can we have different checkout processes for different products? Image attached Can we offer Click and Collect or Delivery slots in a more user friendly way e.g. drop downs? I'm really struggling and considering using an online payments service, but would prefer to keep everything in Squarespace. Thanks for anyone who can offer some advice, even if it's confirmation that this stuff cannot be done in Squarespace and needs to be done outside of it.
  4. Site URL: https://www.soulwines.ch Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway of adding line breaks to product titles? Here is my site www.soulwines.ch Thanks for your help Sean
  5. Site URL: https://indigo-hexahedron-khcs.squarespace.com/shop Hi all, I'd like to be able to offer the ability for the customer to make savings if they buy multiple items. There is some cured meats and cheese's priced at £5 each, is it possible to have 3 for £12, which would also work 6 for £24 etc etc. https://indigo-hexahedron-khcs.squarespace.com/shop password boscotogo Thanks, Kyle
  6. Hi, I'm hoping to create a product that is made up of multiple options not variants. More like a combo of products, and you can choose the quantity of each product you want, then it's added up to one total and that is added to your cart. For example, if I have a wedding package form with bouquets, buttonholes, table vases etc. and I want the customer to be able to choose how many of each they want to make up the total bundle of products. Is there a way to modify a product template to do this? Or can I hack together a bundle of products somehow? I've attached a wireframe example to illustrate what I am hoping to achieve. Thanks!
  7. Site URL: https://partysloth.co I would love feedback on this site we just launched. It has a lot of custom CSS, including: custom cursor (sometimes this flickers upon hovering, any ideas?) moving images (using custom CSS) custom mobile flyout menu (does anyone know how to change the colors of the burger and cart icon when the menu is open?) Thanks in advance!
  8. Site URL: https://julesmarius.com/ Hello everyone, Well, we have an issue with Stripe, they won't accept our website because they say we have a high risk of disputes on payment. -Which is not true at all- I want to precise our website is in french and i highly doubt the american staff from Stripe understood what we really do. Already have more than 20 clients via paypal and still no disputes, we know everyone of them physically, if there's a problem, they will call us. Anyways, my question is : Can we connect another payment system than Stripe to accept VISA / MasterCards / AMEX etc... On our website ?? If so, how to do it ? Thanks for your help
  9. Site URL: https://sunbug.info/shop Hi there- trying to figure out how to reorder these categories. Surely there's a way since that's a significant decision as far as how to present one's shop? Not seeing the option anywhere though. Thanks in advance!
  10. Site URL: http://regeneratechange.com Is it possible to send payment from different products on my site towards separate accounts? My business partner and I sell registration to our workshops and classes on our site, and the income from these is directed to our business account. However, we also sell copies of books that we've written, and we'd like to set things up so that book revenue gets sent to our personal accounts. From what I can tell, Squarespace can take either Stripe or Paypal as the payment processor, but not both at the same time. And once payments reach the Stripe or Paypal interface, there's no way to tag them so that they can be sent to the appropriate account. Am I missing something?
  11. Hi, I was wondering whether someone happens to know, how I can add a category or a tag below the price in the product list (not product details). Thanks a lot
  12. My client wants to only show the 'Login' button on certain pages. Is there a simple way to hide it in the header on select pages (most pages on the site - it only actually appears on ~5 pages out of hundreds).
  13. Site URL: http://www.spbotanicals.com Hello SquareSpace community! I am new to operating on SquareSpace, and am hoping to receive some constructive criticism. I have transferred over from WordPress, and so far I enjoy the transition. The learning curve is not so steep, and that makes the design process fun. If there is any feedback that you can give me I would greatly appreciate it! Another pair of eyes is always helpful. Thanks in advanced! Kindest Regards, Leslie Sun Pure Botanicals www.spbotanicals.com
  14. Site URL: https://broccoli-parrotfish-lhd7.squarespace.com/config/design/product-items Hello, I'm trying to remove the "Select" that is coded into the drop down button on variants so that I can use my own branded language. please see the image attached - I'd like to delete the "Select" right before "Pick A Place Setting Style." Any help would be so appreciated!
  15. Site URL: https://www.luxandleaf.com/ Hello everyone! I have a question regarding selling CBD products in Squarespace. So I created a website for a client who sells skincare beauty products that contain CBD oil (https://www.luxandleaf.com/). However, I wasn't able to connect Stripe or Paypal because they do not allow transactions that are for CBD. I'm looking into third-party payment processors like Foxy.io (https://www.foxy.io/squarespace) Does anyone have experience with them? and how it works? or any other suggestions?!
  16. Hello, I'm currently building out an e-commerce website for our fashion boutique and we're finalizing some technicalities. We currently use Shopify as our inventory database (because Stripe sucks) and we display our product via Squarespace. I've linked each product with an individual Shopify buy button, adding the code to the product's "Additional Information" section. Everything is smooth and the checkout process has no problems, but the biggest problem is the spacing between the description of the product & the positioning of the buy button. You can clearly see it in the screenshots. Is there a way I can pad the code to move it up or add the code in a way to have the Shopify buy button directly under the product description? Adding spacers and other blocks do not help. Thank you!
  17. Site URL: https://www.curltruth.love/home Hi, I am closing down my shop permanently, but I need to keep my website up, how do I disable commerce and shop completely. I am finding it frustrating that all the answers seem to end up being, leave it on cuz its good for your SEO, this is of no concern, I just want the basket and search icon gone with no trace and I cant seem to find the option. Help is much appreciated!
  18. Hello SquareSpace Community, I'm looking for guidance from experienced SquareSpace users. I have basic level of website design experience. (less than 3 years) A company reached out and asked for me to build a site designed to allow schools the ability to offer a single software product to their students at a discounted rate. I don't have an issue building the original site. However they want to be able to duplicate the original site, make small changes (Use a different domain, add the school logo, add an email address to be notified when a purchase is made at each individual school and change theme colors) for it to be used by multiple different schools. I understand that SquareSpace allows for the management of multiple sites under a single console and for the duplication of an original site. The only catch being, if you want E-Commerce capabilities (Payment Processing) you have to pay for a SquareSpace subscription on each individual site. Here are my questions. Is it possible to assign an email address of someone at the school to be notified when a purchase is made and low inventory for the single product on each individual site? Is it possible to route the funds from each individual site to each individual school? In other words can I link an individual Stripe account to each individual site under the same SquareSpace Console? Any insight that could be provided would be incredibly beneficial! Thank you all for your help and support! Josh
  19. Hey guys, I'm trying to decide which website builder better suits me so I do need to know if there is an option to "build your bundle" so the customer will be able to combine up to 3 (or whatever) digital products to save money and if I can set how much the discount would be. Also, if I will be able to turn on or off this feature anytime. If this feature is available, could you recommend me a step by step guide teaching how to do that? Thanks in advance
  20. Hello everyone, I'm shopping around at different web hosting companies and platforms like Squarespace for our new platform for hosting customer websites, and I'd love to get some feedback from anyone who has used the Squarespace eCommerce tools, and compare what they have to offer with the tools being offered by Duda (https://www.duda.co/website-builder/ecommerce) We've been using DNN (DotNetNuke) for the past 16 years for hosting school websites, but after MANY, MANY, MANY fails and frustrations, we're finally giving it up completely and are in search of a new website hosting platform on which to build school and community websites. After MUCH research and analysis of more than 80 different platforms, we've almost settled on the Duda platform and their white label package, and we’ve even built out our new primary marketing website as well as a few small test customer websites, which can be seen at https://www.iwantawebsite.com. The issue is that, although we're already underway with our new Duda reseller package, we're just not feeling 100% sure that we've made the right platform choice, and would love to get some true and unbiased opinions of our new site, the Duda platform as a whole, and how it might compare to what we could get and/or do with the Squarespace platform in direct comparison to what Duda has to offer, especially with regards to the Duda eCommerce tools VS. the Squarespace eCommerce tools. We still have not actively promoted the new website, out of fear that we might not be heading the right direction, so we need to really commit to it and launch it, or we need to jump onto the right platform (Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, something else???) immediately before we dig ourselves a deeper hole in the Duda world! Thanks for any help and insight y'all could give us, and don't be afraid to give any critiques or comments about our new site, any of our new test client sites, or any other advise that might help push us in the right platform direction before we get too far along and discover that we’ve made the wrong choice! Rob
  21. Hi, I have a prospective client who wants to sell a 30-day video rental; basically, she wants her customers to purchase access to individual video content for 30-day periods. Is there a way to set this up with Squarespace or with any integrations or other services? Thanks in advance for any guidance. I don't have much experience with ecommerce on Squarespace!
  22. Is there a way to add the same multi-currency function that exists on the Squarespace Plans page (see screenshot below)? I did find a plugin (https://sf.digital/squarespace-multicurrency) but that only works on the store front and but not at check-out and I think that would confuse customers... Has anyone found a solution for this? Or is this something that Squarespace is planning to offer soon? Thank you 🙂
  23. We have 3 apparel types (T-shirt, Hoodie, Sweater), in these types we have 3 colours (white, Grey, Black) in each we have various sizes (S,M,L,XL). We then have 70 various image designs which we would like to allow the client to select from which is added to the back of the selected apparel. Where the problem comes in is we are looking for the most fluid checkout as possible. In a perfect world we would like client to select apparel type they like (T-shirt, Hoodie, Sweater), then have a variant selection of Size and quantity required and additionally be able to VIEW an image of and then select the artwork they would like. The big reason is to not have client viewing artwork on a separate page and then having to memorise the art work ref. they like (1-70) and then on checkout selecting a drop down of (1 - 70).

  25. Hi all, The Google Analytics integration between Squarespace has been working fine for a long time - we get all the relevant user data without issue. Recently we've added an ecommerce offering to our website. I've activated E-Commerce in Settings for the relevant View in Google Analytics but I'm not getting any data on the E-commerce tab. The Squarespace support page seems to imply that I won't need to do anything from this end, but am I missing something? https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815608-Using-Google-Analytics-with-Squarespace The Google Documentation says: enable Ecommerce in your reports and <---DONE add code to your site/app to collect ecommerce data. To complete this task, you'll need to be comfortable editing HTML and coding in JavaScript, or have help from an experienced web developer. <--- I assume this is handled by Squarespace? Not sure though. https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1037249?hl=en Thanks very much for the help!
