  1. Site URL: https://collie-oriole-x7fl.squarespace.com/ I'd like to style the product title as they're currently too big. I've tried the solutions below that I found online with no success. I'm not sure what the issue is. Help would be much appreciated :) .ProductList .ProductList-title { font-size: 30px; } Failed <style> .product-title { font-size: 4rem !important; } </style> Failed /* Product Block Titles */ .product-block .productDetails .product-title { font-size: 1.8em; } /* Product Block Prices */ .product-block .productDetails .product-price { font-size: 1.5em; } Failed
  2. Site URL: https://www.thedesignconference.com.au/merchandise Hey fam. I am trying to limit the number of products my SQSP store displays on load. For example: If I had 100 products in my SQSP store, can I limit the store to show 10 per page, and have the store have 10 pages of products? I assumed this was a relatively normal function and cannot figure out how to set the parameters. Site Password: SQSP2020
  3. Hi, all! I'm a relatively new member to Squarespace Circle but cannot rave enough about this supportive community! I have a client (a small coffeeshop/roastery with one physical location) who loves Squarespace and would like me to build a website (with online store) using the Squarespace platform. However, they use Square as their POS in store, and they would like to use Square to process all of their payments (both online and in-store). I understand that, as of now, Squarespace only accepts online payments using Stripe and/or PayPal, and they do not want to pay additional for any third-party integrations (like Ecwid or Trunk). To accommodate these requests, the only solution I can think of is to (1) build the "core" of their website on Squarespace, (2) set up their online store through Square's "Online Store," and then (3) have the "Shop" button on the navigation menu on their Squarespace website redirect to their online store in Square. Obviously, this is not the most ideal situation, but do you any of you have suggestions on a better solution/workaround (or, better yet, any idea if/when Squarespace will integrate with Square and accept Square payments for online transactions)? Please forgive me if I've misused any terminology--I've been building websites for years but am a bit of a novice in the ecommerce world. Thank you in advance for any insight you can shed on this situation! Jordyn
  4. Site URL: https://bgbodygoals.com/boot-camp Hi I’m having problem adding 3 Paypal Buttons (each is a different price option) to a page on a site. I’m making a website for a client (it is set up to a Business Plan). We/she have connected the site to her PayPal account. She has sent me 3 separate pieces of code for 3 different price levels of her service (personal fitness training). However hard I try though, In her Payment/booking section I can only get ONE of the 3 code blocks to show a PayPal button. I've found that if I remove any 2, the remaining one then appears. I’ve also found that I CAN get all 3 of the prices onto the site.... but only as long as they're on separate Index pages(!) - but I can't seem to get 3 to show on the same page. I MUST be doing something wrong somewhere. I've tried searching every forum thread, Googling etc but I cannot find anybody with a similar problem and there's no mention of "multiple Paypal button" issues on the SqSpace website. Can you tell me where I'm going wrong? I’ve asked a Squarespace technician on the Live Chat, but it has stumped them too, and they’ve pointed me here. (There is also a suggestion that it may be a PayPal problem…) Thank you.
  5. Site URL: https://www.rowensdresser.com/shop I helped design a e commerce site for a client. On their shop page, when I am on my mobile only shows one item at a time vs when I am on a laptop it shows three items at a time. Is there a way to add code to the site to have the mobile page show three items across instead of just one item at a time where you have to scroll and scroll to see the products for sale? It just seems so tedious there has to be a better way. I am guessing since it is a mobile responsive design that is how it is laid out but I am wanting something that showcases more items than one. The website is rowensdresser.com Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Abby
  6. Site URL: https://www.soulwines.ch Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway of adding line breaks to product titles? Here is my site www.soulwines.ch Thanks for your help Sean
  7. Site URL: https://supernatlparks.com I am building my first 7.1 site, and I used an Auto Layout list to organize content on my home page. Mostly, I like how this works: It seems like will make editing the page easier, and make it easier to keep the layout working between desktop and mobile, while using cards. However, I have realized that the images in an Auto Layout card aren't clickable, only the button. That's a pretty big problem for an e-commerce site. I want people to be able to get to the products as easily as possible. Does anyone have a solution for linking each image to a URL? (The same as the button would be nice, but manual is no problem.) I don't mind using CSS and/or scripts to accomplish this.
  8. Site URL: http://www.garagedesignstudio.com I'm trying to add a cart symbol for the new small store section I'm adding to my site. Any ideas on how I could do this? Here's the address: www.garagedesignstudio.com
  9. Site URL: https://tambourine-oarfish-c28h.squarespace.com/ Wondering if there's a way to add a block of text above the form elements in the custom product forms? I want to add a some instructional copy. Right now I'm using the "Line" form field element to add the copy, but I'm unable to add line breaks or include hyperlinks. https://tambourine-oarfish-c28h.squarespace.com/ password: Bestcannoli2021! Here's a screenshot of what I was able to accomplish. What I'm hoping to do is add a line break/space after "bring your order number with you for pick-up", and also hyperlink "store hours" to the Contact page.
  10. Site URL: https://falcon-avocado-k4w3.squarespace.com/ Hello! I'm working on setting up a photography print shop site. Currently using the Palmera template. I want to be able to add a second line of text (subtitle with artist name) under each item, both in the grid and the product detail pages if possible. It should look like the attached images. Ideally should also be able to lightly style this line of text, so it's smaller and a different color/opacity than the title. Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance!
  11. Im trying to sell digital products that will all be over 300mb in size even when zipped. Is there a workaround so I can sell a link to a google drive or outside source? It only accepts files not links. If I cant find a workaround Im most likely going to have to cancel my squarespace ging forward. Any help would be appreciated!
  12. This was my first time running into this bug, but maybe it's not new. • I edited a variant option title. (Changed it from “Add Additional…” to “Additional…”) • It re-added 45 variant combinations I had deleted. • It wouldn’t let me delete them and it wouldn’t let me save my changes— it said I had duplicate sku’s. • I tried to edit the sku’s — couldn’t do that either. • I exited out of everything, logged out, logged back in, closed the browser, reopened... same results no matter what I did. I was going to have to delete the whole variant option and manually reenter all 155 prices and sku’s just because I wanted to take a word off the option title. Thankfully I thought to open it in Classic Editor and I fixed the title in 5 seconds without it re-adding the 45 deleted variants or changing the sku’s or any of that mess. It was baffling.
  13. Site URL: https://www.roa.com.sg/ Hello, A client of mine is looking to connect SecurePay to their website. I reached out to Squarespace and they said it might be possible using custom code. My client has sent me API documents that was sent from SecurePay and I have no knowledge or programming or using APIs. I am just wondering where to start and if its even possible to connect it to Squarespace. Do we need to get an external developer to help set this up?
  14. Site URL: https://vakgraun.com Hi there all! Im finally trying the commerce functions on Squarespace (used SS mostly for portfolios until now). I would like to have page, lets call it “Product Detail Extra Info”. This page will have IMG blocks and Text Blocks. And what i wanna do is insert that page at the end of every product page, is this possible?? I only could find 1 solution but isn’t rendering the IMGs from some reason that excepts me (My background is more Graphic Design related) Password site: Akumi1793
  15. Site URL: http://www.prairieresto.com Hello, My company currently uses Netsuite to keep create bids and manage inventory. We are looking at switching accounting software and I am wondering what people have found integrates with Squarespace most easily. My company does not currently offer ecommerce, but I would like to get us rolling in conjunction with switching programs. We are a native landscaping company that does both commercial/residential projects and retail sales, so so both sides of the company currently pull from the same inventory pool, and Squarespace won't make sense as a tool for tracking inventory for commercial projects. Anyone have suggestions? The owner of the company has been interested in Quickbooks, and I see that there are Squarespace Extension options for integrating, I'm just curious if the extension works well and if people have easier options they recommend. Thanks! Mat
  16. Site URL: https://www.abitorange.com/ Hi every one! I have this website where i sell my digital designs, I offer free downloadble files as well but I want to keep limit on it so that one client doesn't download all the files in a few seconds. I want to put a limit of 24 hours per email one product. This should only apply to free products and not the other pages. I will be so glad if someone help me out. Looking forward.
  17. Site URL: https://www.freestonsdirect.co.uk/ Hi, looking to adapt some of our products to sell them by weight, i.e. 500g of carrots. I can only find quantity as the selling option, and this has to be a whole number. I could adapt this to sell in Kilos or Pounds, but typically this requires fractions, i.e. 1.5Kg or 2.5Lb. I haven't found a way to enable fractions, currently the quantity product box only accepts whole numbers. I could use grams but that's not very customer friendly, 2000g of potatoes is more commonly known as 2Kg and would cause some serious issues for the customer trying to shop like this. Wondering if I can inject some header code to the product template, but it's not for every product, we'd still want to sell some in quantity. Help! Thanks in advance.
  18. I have a client (a local farm) looking to set-up e-commerce on Squarespace. They sell/price products based on weight. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve for this with Squarespace/Stripe? Perhaps setting up a fixed cost that acts as a 'hold' price, that can be adjusted later when the produce/meat is picked up in person on a POS? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
  19. Site URL: https://alliancepackaging.ie Hi Please have a look over the site I've put together and let me know what you think. I'm at the stage where I have looked at it so often I find it hard to be objective! Going to start adding in more text (do you think it's missing a 'mission statement' on the Homepage?). LarryAP
  20. Hi, It seems there is a lack of payment integration options especially around BNPL like Klarna or Clearpay. Is anyone able to answer if Sqaurespace plan to expand on these or not, it seems Sqaurespace are very tight lipped around their roadmap. There also appears to be some confusion around Clearpay, Sqaurespace say that it is not available whilst Clearpay themselves say it is..... Squarespace has worked well for me but the limiting of payment options is restricting sales (based on feedback) I would like to see Klarna, Clearpay and Google Pay (all of which Stripe accept) Thanks, Alex
  21. Site URL: https://www.trulycleandrycleaners.com/ I am working on a website for a client who has two separate brands in one website. I've coded his product pages to look different than the rest of the site, but I'm having trouble matching this aesthetic on the shopping cart page before checkout. On the cart page, I need to: - Change the font to white roma-inline. - Change the logo to the shopping brands logo - Change the header + footer font style and color^ for navigation and cart icon, OR delete header and footer altogether if not possible. - Change the cart background color to black.
  22. Site URL: https://wrasse-copper-bn8s.squarespace.com/config/pages Im trying to add a Recently viewed Products section on the footer of the website to allow customers to see their products. Ive tried various javascripts but they all seemed tailored to shopify sites.
  23. Site URL: https://certifiedprintco.com/ I am looking for t-shirt design software that can integrate with Squarespace's eCommerce platform. Ideally, it would be DTG (direct to garment) software that has a 3d model GUI on the front end that would feed ready to print files to the back end. If it doesn't directly integrate with Squarespace, at least software/web application that can be integrated into the site via code which means it would also be it's own ecommerce platform or api to one. So far I have only found t-shit and DTG software api's for shopify and woo.
  24. Hey there, When using a product block to display one single product, is there a way to showcase the title, description, quantity/variant, and add to cart button on the right side of the product instead of the bottom? And since I am using an accordion in the product description, is there a way to limit the description to not show everything? https://clavichord-cardioid-355d.squarespace.com/artisans/wool-felt-artisan-mohamed-mashrour Pass: morrocco For example, bottom of this blog post Thanks!
  25. I am looking for advice for the best workflow for selling and scheduling service products on Squarespace while using Acuity. I would like to be able to sell and schedule directing from the store (because I feel it is the most intuitive) but it seems in order for that to work, I would need to send an email with a link to schedule (which we run into ensuring they don't exceed appointments paid for). The other option would be to embed the scheduler within a page about the service and let them pay and book from the embedded portion. Please shed some light on this and point out any other possible options or pitfalls. We just expanded to services on the site, so this is fairly new. Thanks in advance.
