  1. My site defaults to showing vertical images on my product pages. Most of my images are intended to be displayed horizontally. As a result, my product pages look horrible. I have linked an example below. I was watching a video showing that I should be able to click on EDIT DESIGN once I am in a specific products page, but that doesn't seem to exist. Where can I edit the design so I can change the aspect ratio to be horizontal instead of vertical? Example page: Metrics Classifications (numericalinsights.com)
  2. That worked great for page links but also underlined options in my header menu (which I can live with if I need to). Is there a way to exclude the top menu from that underlining?
  3. My site uses the HARRIS theme. I'm not a coder, so please excuse me if this is an easy question. I would like my site to default to underlining links. I looked in the theme settings and could not find a way to make underlining the default for all links. When visitors hover over a link, an underline certainly appears, but I would like that underlining to show all the time, not just when someone hovers over linked text. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to change the default link behaviour? If I need to do something custom, please be very specific so my non-coder brain can follow your instructions. 🙂 Thank you.
  4. I am using a member area to create a course for the first time. I have created 5 pages and they are in the member "folder" in order. When I view it though, it has no navigation to let students click between pages. No next, back or full menu. How do I create a menu inside the course (member area)? Sorry for the beginner question.
  5. So, I would store that file in a place like my OneDrive for Business and then point to that? I was hoping to store the file inside SquareSpace.
  6. I am moving courses from another platform into Squarespace using Member areas to host the course material. I will need to move existing students (names and email addresses) from the old platform into the member area. How do I manually add people to a member area since they have already paid for course access on the old platform? I see where I can add people to a mailing list but I can't see a way to add people into a member area (manually).
  7. I am moving a course from another platform into Squarespace by using a Member Area to create the course. I have all content moved EXCEPT, I cannot figure out how to make a file download available inside the member area (a data file to be used in a course lesson). This is key since the course is about data analysis so students must be able to download the data files to be able to try to data lessons for themselves. Any ideas greatly appreciated as I can't complete the move of my courses to Squarespace without this capability. Thank you.
  8. I am adding an eCommerce section to my site. In my site settings, I have a MailChimp list connected to it. When I tested an eCommerce purchase, the email address was added as a subscriber in SquareSpace, not MailChimp. Does that mean I will always have two lists? (People who subscribe to my list end up in MailChimp and eCommerce people are stored as subscribers in SquareSpace?) Any clarifications are greatly appreciated.
  9. Site URL: http://www.numericalinsights.com I would like to add online training courses to my site. Can anyone recommend an online course tool which integrates well with Squarespace? I'm hoping to make it look like part of my site rather that a disjointed add-on. Thank you for any advice you can provide.
