I have an appointment type which was set up as a CLASS with "Clients must sign up for all the times this is offered" with price set for all weekly times. I now, after a few weeks into the set of classes, which to allow others to join without having to book all but be allowed to book individual dated classes. If i change that setting will i lose any of the existing booking details?

I no longer need an appointment type and I want to delete it but it has information that a client has filled out before. If I delete the appointment type, will the forms be deleted aswell? -
I have a healing business, some clients book for face to face visits others for zoom sessions. Is there a way to set up the booking system in aquity that allows customers to choose either zoom sessions? (in which case they will receive a zoom link) or face to face in which case they receive the address?

Hey gang! I am looking for advice/best practices on setting up Scheduling for a client. Due to security codes etc., I always find it challenging to access and connect someone else's google account. Besides asking them for their google logins, and having them text you security codes as needed, am I missing an obvious way to set up and connect their google accounts? (Since I usually work in Chrome, I'll often try to use Safari for connecting someone else's accounts which is fine but still not ideal. So, I'm wondering if other folks have a better workaround.) Hi I have some classes starting in one months time. I've added them to the calendar starting 11th Jan 2023. For some reason when i go to the calendar on my site and try to do a test booking it says the message when i click book below. Does anyone know why this may be? No times are available in the next 6 months (from December 3, 2022 to June 6, 2023) -
Using webhook to integrate with paxton. But facing issue sometimes, the booking in not getting entered in DB. This case got repeated multiple times.

I have several clients who pay cash or through bank transfer for 10 sessions/classes at a time. Is there a way to add these classes to their profile and keep track of how many they have used? -

I´m working with e.g. 3 clients. With each client I have a seperate Outlook Account. I have meetings scheduled with every of these clients. The problem is now: The availabilities in my online calendar should be made dependent on these multiple Exchange/Outlook accounts re their calendars. How can this be realized? For me it looks like I can only connect one Exchange account at a time. I´m on the growing-Plan... -
Site URL: http://www.timothydavid.co.uk Looking to resolve a couple of issues with Scheduling - looking to set up multiple appointment types, but there is no clear setting for this. Essentially for a client who runs a private mobile hairdressing service, he would like to set up the ability to have multiple appoints at once depending on the services booked in; for example if someone books in for a Colour & Cut that service is 120mins long, but there is a 45min waiting period in-between where the colour dye needs to sit and wait - so he would like to be able to schedule another '45min only' booking within that time slot so that he can do multiple clients while his first is waiting. Have tried various variations and can't find a solution to this, any assistance or expertise would be highly appreciated. SQSP customer support have been useless and email is not a way to offer support.
