  1. See my answer above. Squarespace have simplified the configuration of the reCaptcha. You no longer need site specific API keys.
  2. Perhaps I've misunderstood what you want to do. If you need "simple" filtering - where you only filter by a single category like "Woodshop" - you should be able to add links that will filter the "classes-events" Events page by that category. For example, using the link "/classes-events?category=Woodshop" will filter the events by this category. However, if you need "complex" filtering, where you filter by multiple categories and/or tags, you will need a third party plugin, like the excellent Universal Filter that you mentioned. 3. If Show past events is disabled, the public version of the Events page should only show upcoming events. This will automatically update whenever the page is visited. The events are not deleted and will still be available on the backend to allow you to edit them and reuse them in the future. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  4. @otilia You'll need to resolve the error on the first line of your custom CSS panel first.
  5. Sure. My post "How to Post a Forum Question" provides guidance on how to provide a link. Once you've set a public password you can either share it here (so others can help) or send it via direct message.
  6. If it helps, Squarespace have confirmed that there is an issue with how tracking is displayed in the Order Status page, and the case has already forwarded to their Engineering and Design team.
  7. Please provide a link to the page on your site where this is happening. Have you added any other CSS that could be affecting it?
  8. Have you set the styles and added the tag(s) as I suggested in my earlier post? I checked but couldn't see the changes.
  9. These buttons are added by the Squarewebsites PRO Tool (a paid Chrome extension) but I believe SquareKicker has something similar. There isn't a tablet view built into Squarespace and i don't think they are likely to add one until Fluid Engine has a tablet breakpoint or similar solution.
  10. Squarespace Commerce requires online payment. A customer cannot checkout without payment through Stripe or PayPal.
  11. Yes, I'm seeing this problem on other sites too. This timeline is for USPS shipping within the US and should not appear unless you purchase a shipping label directly from Squarespace - which you obviously cannot do! The message should look more like this: Please report this bug to Squarespace Customer Care so they can understand the impact it is having on merchants and prioritise a fix. I've already reported it but the more people who do, the more quickly it is likely to be resolved. Let us know how you get on. Squarespace have confirmed this is currently an issue. Did this help? 12. There's nothing wrong with the site or its SSL certificate (see below). You can be confident it is working for most users. I recommend that you check which version of Firefox you are using at work. The latest version is 114.0.1. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  13. Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of Squarespace Commerce (see my list). The only workaround is to direct users to a separate service product for the embroidery element(s). Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  14. You should be able to add the code to a Code Block on the page and then position it where you would like it to appear: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  15. I have added a 7.1 version to that post. Please take another look.
  16. You'll want to use a third party forms service. Squarespace Forms have not been designed to work this way. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  17. Where will we find the documentation for this widget?
  18. The original poster is using version 7.1, but I see you are using an older template from the Skye family (2016). You can use the same principles that I described in my guide, but you'll find settings in different places: You can set the initial aspect ratio of the product images in Design > Site Styles. You can still tag your portrait images as I described - this hasn't changed. You'll need to use some amended CSS - this can be provided once you have made the necessary changes. How do you want them to appear? Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. If you need to show landscape and portrait product images on Squarespace 7.1, please see my guide: Product image aspect ratios on Squarespace 7.1 Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  20. That thread has been archived because it is out of date. If you’re using Squarespace version 7.1, please take a look at my recent post here:
  21. As this is happening when the custom code has been removed, I do recommend contacting Squarespace again to escalate the issue. They have access to you site and can troubleshoot this properly. Let us know what you find out.
