  1. I suspect the Universal Filter is overriding the "tag" URL query, although this is just a guess. I recommend reaching out via the Squarewebsites Slack support channel to check. Let us know how you get on.
  2. Have you read my post Adding a custom status badge to Squarespace Products? Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  3. I see you are using the Universal Filter plugin. If you remove this script temporarily, does the page show products tagged only with PETZL?
  4. It looks like you have enabled Product Waitlists. Sold out labels won't display beside variants in the product drop-down menu when Product Waitlists are enabled. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  5. The sale option has not been removed. You'll find it by tapping on the price like this: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  6. If you want to point the domain to a non-Squarespace site, you'll first need to delete your default records because your domain can’t point to another site when these defaults are in place. For more information, see Point to a non-Squarespace site. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  7. Customers usually appreciate receiving the "order fulfilled" notification, even if there isn't a physical product being shipped. The text in the notification can be changed for service products and should not include any shipping or tracking information. If you'd prefer not to send an "order fulfilled" notification, you can uncheck the option (on an individual order basis) when changing the status of the order to "fulfilled". Did this help? 8. Try using shift and enter after each name, instead of enter. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  9. The code you've quoted isn't CSS. It is HTML (that contains CSS and JavaScript). It must be added in the Code Injection panel, not Custom CSS. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  10. You cannot set a minimum or maximum order quantities on Squarespace, because customers can change quantities on the checkout page, and this cannot be prevented. To be clear, someone could write code (JavaScript) to set a minimum or maximum quantity on the product page, but as I mentioned above, this can be undone by the customer at the checkout stage.
  11. Your website's content cannot be embedded on another site due to security restrictions. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  12. When a product becomes a subscription product, the quantity becomes 'unlimited' as stock must always be available to fulfill each customer's subscription, each time it renews. Can you help me to understand the problem from your perspective? Are you trying to limit the number of subscribers that you have, for example due to time constraints, or are you trying to gain more control over inventory management? Did this help? 13. You can now send clients invoices using Squarespace Scheduling. Clients pay directly from the invoice through the payment processor you have integrated with Scheduling. Note that it is not designed for cash payments and is not built into Website billing plans; you'll need a Scheduling plan to use this.
  14. Please review your DNS records within gandi.net as they are incorrect. The verify 'CNAME' record is currently missing and there are four incorrect 'A' records (to be deleted). When your DNS records are correct, the SSL cert should generate within 72 hours. You'll find details of the required records in your Domains panel and in this guide DNS records for connecting third-party domains. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  15. Assuming you are on a Business billing plan or above, there are two ways to approach this: Use some code to hide the 'Subject' label and replace it with something else, prompting users to add the unique information you require, such as their name. Use some code to completely hide the subject field from users and to insert a unique value into the text box. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. Add a Product Block and uncheck all other options leaving the Add to Cart button within the block. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  17. As I've posted previously, Squarespace do not yet provide a way to approve members and this doesn't seem to be high on their priority list. There are some workarounds which, whilst they aren't 100% effective and I wouldn't recommend them to protect personal or private information, may be enough for your situation to hide a store page and the products it contains. It would certainly offer significantly more protection than any third party products like SentryLogin and MemberSpace as these don't provide any real protection for Squarespace content. If you are a Circle member, you can vote here: Require approval of members to join Member Sites. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  18. Correct, this works with two dropdown lists of options. If Squarespace enabled this feature for more than two dropdowns it would be like a logic puzzle and users would quickly become frustrated. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. Your site is not reachable because you have removed the Squarespace defaults preset, which has deleted the essential DNS records that are required for the website 🙂. To restore the records: Open the Domains panel Click your domain name Click DNS settings Select Squarespace defaults from the Add preset drop-down menu. Click Add Did this help? 20. You’re not missing anything. Fluid engine is a recent addition and is not yet available within blog posts, events or products. I imagine they are looking at ways to improve editing of blogs, but I doubt they will add Fluid Engine, at least in its current form, as it is not really suited to single-column, text based posts and does not support publisher layouts (where text wraps around images).
  21. As a starting point, please provide us with details of your primary domain and your built-in Squarespace domain. Also, it would help if you could explain in greater detail what you mean when you say “I…integrated Google Workspace into my Squarespace site…keep in mind is that I went around Squarespace”. What did you follow? What did you change? Are are you referring to the use of your domain name for Gmail, or does “integrating” refer to something else?
  22. @SV_MonNeg In your Domains panel, select the Primary domain and the check the Use www prefix checkbox. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  23. When you post a question, it's always helpful if you include a link to your site/page in the post so that we can understand the issue a little better. However to generalise, you can set the stock level of each size when you edit the product (click Edit All in the Inventory section of the editor). If some sizes will never be available, for example if the products are preloved items, it's a good idea to remove the sizes that will never be available by deleting that row. If the items are new and other sizes will be restocked, keep the row but temporarily set the stock level of that size to zero. Does this help? Did this help?
