  1. It looks like another FE element is overlapping most of the block that contains the links when they are arranged on desktop. As the links are "underneath" this other element, they cannot be clicked. Try to identify the other element by clicking each one to see the outline, or select the block containing the links and use the toolbar to move it to a higher layer. If you cannot identify the issue, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly, as they will have access to the site editor.
  2. You don't need to buy a subdomain. If you own the domain, you can simply add a subdomain by creating a new DNS record. See Pointing a Squarespace subdomain. The code is generating errors on your site so my advice is to reach out to Knack support for assistance Unhelpfully, the Knack website states "There have been issues with a handful of [Squarespace templates], be sure to test during your trial if you have a website established with a specific [Squarespace template]. Let us know what they come back with.

  10. Forum users aren’t able to give you any insight into the Squarespace roadmap but if you’d like your feature request to be seen by the right people at Squarespace, you can contact them via Squarespace Customer Care using a support ticket.
  11. Squarespace offer a free year of the Google Workspace Starter plan for one custom email address if you meet their eligibility requirements.
  12. Squarespace Commerce does support e-commerce (online purchasing) but, as you mention, it doesn’t support in-person, Point of Sale (POS) transactions outside the US. When you are outside the US, it isn’t possible to “plug Square into” Squarespace. If you use Square POS, it will be completely separate, with separate stock management, accounting and so on.
  13. Instead of having an ‘occasion’ variant for food and another ‘occasion’ variant for non-food baskets, i recommend that you have one variant where they select a food or a non-food basket, and then a second variant where they select the occasion.
  14. Forum users are unable to assist with technical issues. When you are seeing an error message, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly. If they provide you with a solution or workaround, please post it here for the benefit of other users.

If you create a page for each location, and have products that are specific to each location, you'll be able to use fulfillment profiles to specify which local pickup locations are shown for which products. 'Local pickup' was added to Squarespace in September 2021 so if the site was built before this, 'shipping' would have been the only option available. Did this help?   16. It isn't currently possible to do this securely because there isn’t a feature that allows you to approve members. Anyone can join if they know the 'join' link so you'll need to weight up the risks and determine how private this area needs to be. I've been advocating for this to be fixed since 2020 but it hasn't made it sufficiently up the priority list yet. For more information, see my guide to the top limitations of Member Areas.   19. 01 June 2023 Squarespace are currently investigating an issue where saved changes are not being shown to site visitors. This affects sites when viewed using a custom domain.   21. This isn't a built in feature on Squarespace so it will require custom code to be written, or you can buy a solution that has already been built and tested. You'll find details of our Wishlist extension here.

  24. I am not seeing those issues when I check the site (see below). However, if you are experiencing an issue after adding custom CSS then I recommend that you remove it to see if this solves the issue.
