An unfortunate work around might be to create a section styling the end notes how you want and then save that and drop it in each time you create a blog post.

For my website I'm using version 7.1 and wanting to add a section on my homepage that would have a space for a featured blog post. The only problem is that I cannot seem to find anything like an image block that will connect to the blog posts I create. HALP 🙂

So, to follow up. I added a blank page and added an Events component to the page. Which is different than using an Events page from what I'm finding. This is very confusing because the Events component uses the same layout from the events page. But to your point, yes it will show past events, if not disabled, on an events page layout.

This is a great project and nice website. At a quick glance I just have a couple pieces of feedback. 1) I would consider moving some of the stories on your homepage either to a dedicated page or reduce the amount you have shared. 1.2) I would make it clear what that section is by adding a small headline above the image tiles and maybe a background colored shape different from the white background to anchor that section a bit more. 2) I’d space out the links in your navigation on mobile and I’d consider a different font for your body copy. A sans serif possibly. hope this helps 🙂

Thank you! I ended up just using a blank page and adding a blog component. The frustrating thing is not being able to push live updates to facebook... I'll give yours a try to see if it works.

I'm working on a page similar to this. And with the standard Events Page layout there is no option to add a button under the excerpt. I know the entire area is clickable, but a button really helps visually. Can anyone help me with some custom code to add buttons to each? Additionally, it's really disappointing that I can't customize the layout of the page once I've clicked into an event. Will Fluid Engine editor be applied to that as well?
