  2. No, this is not possible. Customers can pay in person but they cannot pre-order. Online orders require payment at checkout.
  3. What is the page URL for the product? It isn't included by default when you post.
  4. Sure. Your secondary buttons are set as white text on a green background. However, variant buttons use the Secondary Button Text Color for the button text and the button border, with a transparent background when not selected and not hovered. This gives you the white variant buttons with white text on a white background. As a workaround you could change the color settings secondary buttons (green text with a green border) or use some Custom CSS to override the settings. For example, this will set the text and border to the background color (green): /************************************** Style Variant Buttons when secondary buttons use light text on a dark background. CSS fix by SF Digital **************************************/ .ProductItem-details .variant-radiobtn-wrapper label { color: var(--secondaryButtonBackgroundColor); border-color: var(--secondaryButtonBackgroundColor); } .ProductItem-details .variant-radiobtn-wrapper input[type="radio"]:checked+label { color: var(--secondaryButtonTextColor); background-color: var(--secondaryButtonBackgroundColor); } Does this help to explain? 5. The popup is generated dynamically so isn't translated when the page loads. If you're using Weglot, have you looked at how to translate dynamic content? I haven't tested this with the login so if you experience any issues, I recommend touching base with Weglot support. Please let us know how you get on. Did this help? 6. You should not try to transfer it. You will need to connect the domain.
  7. If you purchased them through Squarespace, you are encouraged to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care. Squarespace doesn’t use this forum to track bug reports.
  8. You cannot integrate this. The Squarespace checkout is locked down.
  9. Thanks for the details. Although your screenshot shows that the custom records have been added, they have not been applied to the DNS servers, so aren't live. Currently, you only have the A records and I cannot see any propagation pending so waiting is unlikely to resolve it. Sadly, I can't help to resolve this so I recommend you open a chat session with Customer Support to resolve this. Chat opened at 9am UK time. If you experience any difficulties contacting Squarespace, please read how to contact Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  10. On Squarespace page sections designed with the Fluid Engine editor you must edit the mobile view independently of the desktop view. See this video for how to arrange elements on mobile: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  11. @MattGS To offer useful suggestions, forum users will need to know the domain name 🙂
  12. Welcome to the forum Rob, and congrats on getting this far with your website. As a next step, I recommend adding some more text-based content to the site, as it currently averages around 50 words per page, which makes it difficult to index. I'd start by writing something that tells us more about the person behind the camera, appreciating that this is often the most challenging thing to do! You may also want to add some posts that demonstrate why people should hire you, your style, technique, preferred events. As you are hired, you can add more portfolios, but don't forget to include descriptions of each event, why they wanted it to be photographed, where it was, and so on, as this will help others to find you online.
  13. You can choose one currency for your store. Australian Dollars are supported. You can select this is the checkout settings. To learn more, visit Changing your store's currency.
  14. If you are asking about the cost of shipping, you must calculate (or estimate) the shipping costs and configure these in Squarespace before customers place an order. If you're using Stripe to take payments in the Squarespace checkout, the cost of the order (including shipping) will be taken when the order is placed. You cannot apply additional changes to the customer through Stripe after checkout.
  15. You can either use JS to call the User Account API to check if the user is authenticated (more secure), or look for the unauth class on the Login link which will indicate the user is not logged in (less secure).
  16. Can you clarify what you need? I didn't really understand your question. Are you trying to improve shipping on a Squarespace website? If you provide us with a link to the site and explain the issue you are experiencing, this may help to give us more context.
  17. @EQLIFESUE Google does appear to have indexed some of your site recently (see Google screenshot below), although I do believe that you need more authoritative content for it to be fully indexed and to rank in search results. For example, have you considered writing a 'blog' about equestrian life or products? See other posts about "thin content".
  18. Hi Sue. I appreciate this can be confusing but it is working correctly. You don't want this link indexed. This is because the link you've quoted (the one that ends with /sunshirts/sunshirts?tag=Sunshirt) is a link to the products tagged "Sunshirt" on the sunshirt page. Squarespace asks Google not to crawl this URL because the same content will be indexed on the sunshirts page (but without the tag) at https://www.equestrianlifestyle.ca/sunshirts. If it were indexed a second time it would be considered duplicate content, and this doesn't help SEO. I hope this makes sense. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. You have added Custom CSS that changes the color of the paragraph to #f8eee1 on mobile, effectively making it invisible. @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { section[data-section-id="634a3f4b856ed320e854d9c3"] h1,p { color:#f8eee1 !important; } } Did this help? 20. Are you using Firefox version 120.0.1? Have you tried it in a Private Window?
  21. Not at all. There are many improvements that they could make to the Gallery Block Editor to make it easier to use but, as Gallery Blocks aren't fully supported on version 7.1, they aren't receiving any love or updates to improve them.
  22. @Lucypaints Click on the Content tab in your screenshot and you'll find an icon next to each individual image that you can click to add a title to the image. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  23. Hello @TheArtist This sounds like an issue that is specific to your Mac, which means it is very difficult for remote users to assist. You said you'd chatted to support already so I imagine they have already asked you to: Remove all code from the site (from the Custom CSS panel and the Code Injection panels) Try it with Chrome Use an Incognito window Clear the cache If you've followed these steps already, my only other suggestions are to: check if another Mac user can access the Asset Library on your site start a new trial to see if you can access the Asset Library on that new site, from your Mac. This will help to confirm if the issue is specific to your site, your browser/device or both. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  24. In answer to your questions @ClareStock2023: Yes, remove the section that you quoted above. The tag is still needed for the Product List (or "Store") page. My guide is the one that you linked in your question. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
