  1. I am looking to customize an order email - specifically order confirmed & fulfilled, based on which product my customer has purchased. I have a client who is selling a subscription based package. Once the customer orders, they are to receive an email with a link to an instructional video on how to use the package. I am hoping that I can save her a step in having to manually email her customers this link by being able to add the link directly to the order confirmed and order fulfilled email. Something like: {.if hasPhysicalProductId=xxxxx} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} {.if hasPhysicalProductId=ccccc} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} There is obviously the chance that someone could buy multiple products so I need to be able to repeat the statement multiple times and would prefer to put the product name within the sentence so they know which link is specific to which product.   2. When you Ask New Question here, you get an option at the bottom to 'Notify me of replies'. If you Submit before turning that on, is there any way to get in and set it? When you Edit the quesiton, the option is no longer presented for change.
  3. Our nonprofit website sells memberships that can be purchased via a monthly subscription (built into our commerce site as a subscription service). The challenge lies in the fact that every month when each individual monthly subscription renews every month, we (as well as the purchaser) receive a "New Order" notification email. This looks exactly the same as a genuine New Order and there is no way to easily differentiate between the two. Our volunteers have to compare the name/email address within the order to our current member list to determine if this is in fact a New Order or actually a renewal disguised as one. This is tedious and time consuming... and seems so unnecessary! I'm guessing we are not the only ones frustrated by this (shocking) limitation. Squarespace does not offer us an option to modify the content of the renewal email notifications. Is there any sort of coding workaround that could accomplish this??!! I'm getting desperate over here for any sort of fix!
  4. I am having issues with receiving customer notification emails to my desired email address (hello@karastone.com.au). When an order is placed, the "new order" emails aren't coming through to this address. I think it might be because I'm not using the default no-reply email address for "from email". However when I went to change this, it won't actually let me save the address "no-reply@squarespace.com" instead of "hello@karastone.com.au". Does anyone know why that is? Also, if anyone has any other ideas about why I might not be receiving emails to this address I'm all ears. For reference, the admins on the account are all receiving the "new order" emails - they're just not coming through to the "hello@karastone.com.au" address.   5. We haven't received an order confirmation email from squarespace in 3 days. G-suite verified our MX is operating correctly. Any one else experiencing this? Squarespace says orders were blocked but Google has no record of them.
  6. Hey everyone, I'm looking for options to let users know when there's been a change to the website. Each of my clients has their own password-protected website. I use blog-pages and blank-pages on the website, and post content updates into each one. Last year I used Zapier for text notifications whenever there was a change to their unlisted blog page. This year, since I've converted to full password-protected domains for each client, I've been unable to figure out notifications. Text notifications would be ideal, but email would work fine. Anyone have experience with this? Thank you for reading.
  7. I'm looking to put a URL variable on a confirmed order email for a service. In this email I would like to insert a specific URL depending on the service ordered. I have seen JSON variables like {. if hasServiceProduct} and {Items}. Is there any trick to achieving what I want?
