  1. Price and convenience are the two major factors. Squarespace domains are not the cheapest you can find, but they're not expensive either. It can be nice to have your website and domain hosting in the same place, but shouldn't have any other major benefits or drawbacks. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205812198-Squarespace-domains-overview
  2. This isn't something that the forum can help much with, you'll be better off asking Squarespace support here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/requests/new#choose-topic
  3. Thanks for sharing the password and you website URL. I've had a look and my previous answer is exactly the problem, and should give you the solution. Go to Design -> Site Styles -> Fonts -> Headings and adjust Heading 2 to have a line height of 1.2em. Edit the page, then click on the mobile toggle (top right corner) and move the blocks to where you want them. Click and drag or click a block and use the arrows to move it up or down.
  4. Hi @Tommy22 from your screenshots it looks like you have two problems (I'll be able to tell looking at the website). First, it looks like the text has a line-height of zero, which means that each new line is simply on top of the previous line, I would recommend having a line height of between 1.2em and 1.6em. You can adjust this in the site styles and fonts. Secondly, it looks like you might be using Fluid Engine editor (with a grid pattern) but this editor requires that you adjust the layout on both mobile and desktop, the layouts are not connected, so when you add and position a new block on desktop, you then need to go into the mobile editor and position the new block (by default it will be at the bottom on mobile). Let me know if that's solved the problems you are having.
  5. Can your share your website URL and site wide password if not live?
  6. Can you share your website URL? Is it live? If not can you share a site wide password, thanks!
  7. I'm not sure about all of the custom coding that you're adding, but this CSS is causing that problem: #collection-6344ae24c67c8d00e7d624ba .summary-content { max-width: 90%; } Hope you can find that on your website and tweak it!
  8. @Chris.SE Didn't recognize that as one of yours, hence my earlier question, I was asking to recommend getting direct support if it was purchased.
  9. Hello, try adding this to Custom CSS: .tlightbox-caption { color:#fff; } .gallery-lightbox-background { opacity: 0.96; } Hope that helps!
  10. Could you be more specific? Responsive how? "Same size and pixels" is the opposite to responsive? What are you trying to achieve? Can you share your website?
  11. @Tessssssssssssssssaaaaaaaa in your CSS you have background: #00000 !important; this turns the background black, remove that and you should be okay.
  12. Try adding this Custom CSS: .form-wrapper .field-list .description { opacity:1.0; } The opacity was reduced to 0.7 causing the colour change. Hope the helps!
  13. Auto playing sounds is generally a bad idea, hardly anyone likes it, and it's a direct cause of higher bounce rates. That said you can do it, it should be an option when you create the embed or by adding allow="autoplay" to the embed code. If that isn't working it may well be because many browsers block auto-playing media with sound.
  14. This is possible, can you share your website URL? Are you trying to hide it on just certain pages?
  15. Are you using Fluid Engine? or the Classic Editor? You need Fluid Engine to have a different layout on mobile.
  16. Sounds very strange, can you share your website and give a demonstration of this so it can be looked into?
  17. Blog widths can be adjusted between Small, Medium and Large. When editing a blog article, click on Edit Section, and then adjust content width, large should match the rest of your website.
  18. Not an issue I've seen. This is probably a good question to ask Squarespace Support: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/sections/115002484087-Contact-us
  19. You can do that or start a new thread, often better if the title no longer matches the request, and you should be able to get help.
  20. Merging website is not natively something that Squarespace offers. Copying your content across into the new design is often best done not automatically anyway, why do you want the same design layout if you're starting a new design? If you do want to move across pages and drop them into a new template, you can use this tool, it's not going to perfectly recreate your pages, but it brings everything from one website to another page-by-page: https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespacewebsites-tools-extension-pro
  21. @Beninkits you need to contact Squarespace support, the forum won't be able to assist with this: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/sections/115002484087-Contact-us Good luck
  22. Of course, change padding:3vw; to padding-top:3vw;
  23. Thy this CSS: #CAFDonateWidgetContainer iframe { max-width:90vw; }
