    Hi, You mean you want to achieve current site with CSS only, no JavaScript? I haven't tried, but I think some below are possible with CSS + Menu at bottom of screen + Start icon + Time - You will need to use JavaScript, because CSS can't achieve running time + Click Start >> Show Menu bar with links + icon
