  1. I totally get it. Squarespace has this help article that may or may not be pertinent. I wish I could offer more advice but when they made changes on Facebooks end I stopped syncing my inventory and just direct people to the website. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001257067-Selling-products-on-Facebook-and-Instagram?platform=v6&websiteId=660b7de073b91420137f5589
  2. Facebook is not being completely honest with people about the problem. They change the way that Facebook and Instagram stores work and they are trying to force people to process through them instead of linking from a store and processing on your end. Frankly it's because they want a cut of the action. https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1164525704208548
  3. When you say paid basic subscription with Squarespace ae you sure you paid for your site or did you possibly just pay to transfer the domain over?
  4. Yup. I would love to have each plan move from left to right as the page is scrolled. Totally open to just having one or adding code to each block if needed. I'm on the personal plan but I will be upgrading to business shortly so if I need code injection that is good too.
  5. I edited for color but that's about it. A few years ago Google pulled Google Translate services from China so that may be the root cause. It may not be a supported language with that retreat from offering the service there.
  6. This is what I followed to get it to work on one of my sites. https://www.squarestylist.com/blog/multilanguage-squarespace The site is https://sayreambrosio.com if you want to see how it works.
  7. Does anyone know how I can animate the planes on the home page? I have a workaround in place but I would love to have them move from left to right as you scroll the page. I can figure most things out but not sure of the best way to accomplish this. @tuanphan any ideas? Site: https://www.ambrosiosjourney.casa
  8. This is my response for moving from 7.0 to 7.1 but can be done when moving to a new site as well. There isn't a way to automatically transfer Acuity from one site to another.
  9. Thank you for posting and creating this. I will for sure check it out.
  10. I love the premise and the color palette. Take a look at your footer. There's some extra space at the bottom.
  11. The only subscribers that will receive your automation or ones that sign up via the newsletter form. You will be presented with an option to send an email to an imported list but from my testing they still won't get automations if they're manually imported even if you try to trigger it with that first email
  12. This is a problem support will have to address. You can contact Squarespace Customer Care directly by clicking HERE. If you have any issues you can read more about how to contact support HERE.
  13. You can use a native form and connect it to the Google Drive for your workspace in the settings. Here are the instructions to do that. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205814638-Managing-form-and-newsletter-storage
  14. @vanrhonda appologies for forgetting to post an example. Here is how I have one of my landing pages set up. https://sayreambrosio.com/newsletter-signup
  15. Unfortunately Squarespace doesn't offer phone support.
  16. All my stuff is on my site. I hide the headers and footers to make landing pages. As soon as I get home I’ll share one with ya.
  17. Squarespace is great at integrating with your site, but it is lacking in automations, workflows, things like that. I came over from Mailchimp/Flodesk and do miss the more in depth workflows, but it also forced me to simplify my mailing strategy.
  18. There isn't at this time but it's a great idea!
  19. I sent you a quick message here in the forum.
  20. Maybe. I know with focus on the 7.1 side they are still supporting older versions but creation may be limited to 7.1 for new sites.
  21. As an author the first thing I looked for was clear communication on what authors need to know. Is it like KDP, Kobo where it's full books, just the guides (which what I got out of it after poking around). I would have a FAQ section for authors just in case their work is on there. With AI and everything else to stay on top of you may get pushback. I would hate for a cool service like this to go away due to someone not understanding and causing issues.

  23. Following. Google report actually alerted me to this. My temperature solution was to screenshot the video and link it to YouTube.
