  1. Thank you for posting and creating this. I will for sure check it out.
  2. I love the premise and the color palette. Take a look at your footer. There's some extra space at the bottom.
  3. The only subscribers that will receive your automation or ones that sign up via the newsletter form. You will be presented with an option to send an email to an imported list but from my testing they still won't get automations if they're manually imported even if you try to trigger it with that first email
  4. This is a problem support will have to address. You can contact Squarespace Customer Care directly by clicking HERE. If you have any issues you can read more about how to contact support HERE.
  5. You can use a native form and connect it to the Google Drive for your workspace in the settings. Here are the instructions to do that. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205814638-Managing-form-and-newsletter-storage
  6. @vanrhonda appologies for forgetting to post an example. Here is how I have one of my landing pages set up. https://sayreambrosio.com/newsletter-signup
  7. Unfortunately Squarespace doesn't offer phone support.
  8. All my stuff is on my site. I hide the headers and footers to make landing pages. As soon as I get home I’ll share one with ya.
  9. Squarespace is great at integrating with your site, but it is lacking in automations, workflows, things like that. I came over from Mailchimp/Flodesk and do miss the more in depth workflows, but it also forced me to simplify my mailing strategy.
  10. There isn't at this time but it's a great idea!
  11. I sent you a quick message here in the forum.
  12. Maybe. I know with focus on the 7.1 side they are still supporting older versions but creation may be limited to 7.1 for new sites.
  13. As an author the first thing I looked for was clear communication on what authors need to know. Is it like KDP, Kobo where it's full books, just the guides (which what I got out of it after poking around). I would have a FAQ section for authors just in case their work is on there. With AI and everything else to stay on top of you may get pushback. I would hate for a cool service like this to go away due to someone not understanding and causing issues.
