  1. hello! just updated my website recently but I'd love to see how yours looks as well. looking for ideas on what mine might need. I'm a landscaper in atlanta so that's our niche 🙂
  2. Hi I have to make a new website for this running club I’m a part of. And I want to convince the manager to let me do it in SquareSpace. Does anyone know of any running group which uses SquareSpace so that I might show that to him and convince him of doing something similar?
  3. I want to convert my brand new 7.0 version to a 7.1 version
  4. Site URL: http://www.herocards.us I'm well aware of Squarespace page count limits, so please don't respond with a link to that explanation. My site is approaching 100 pages and will grow by at least 12 pages per month. I'm also aware of some workarounds to game the page count limitations (using blogs, galleries, etc.). My questions are: Will Squarespace ever expand the limits so larger sites can stay on their platform? How does browser loading of pages work with Squarespace? Does it somehow need to load an entire site? Or does is load one page at a time? Are the limitations mainly because of the cost of server space…or load times (see above)? I'd gladly pay more for more server space. I do love Squarespace and am now well integrated with Commerce, Email Campaigns... and now looking at the new Custom Merch feature. I don't want to be forced to transfer everything to a different platform down the road because of page limitations! But if this will never be increased by Squarespace, I have no choice. It's best to do it now with <100 pages, rather than in a couple of years when we have much more content to redo. Advice?
  5. Hi, there! I just bought a new domain name via Squarespace and I'd like to design a new site under that domain name. I already have one domain registered with Squarespace and the site attached to it is already up and running. I'd like to get started on building the new site with the new domain name, but I'm a little confused as to how to go about it. Does that make sense? How do I make sure that the new site I want to build is created under the proper domain name?
  6. Site URL: https://www.fellowsvintage.com/ Hello! I'm nearing the end of a website that's been a lot of work (but hopefully rewarding). I did a lot of what I call digital scrapbooking—rendering old photos and magnets and textures to make for an almost tangible-feeling site. It's for a vintage store, so it's been fun and feels in-line with their brand. I think their customers will have a lot of fun interacting with the site, but I also tried to keep it simple. NOTE: I haven't adapted the site to mobile yet, so feedback is only wanted for those able to view desktop for now. 🙂 Curious about loading time, if there are seemingly any weird spacing issues on your browser, and any other feedback, design or UX, you might have! Website: http://fellowsvintage.com/ PW: SOclose22! Thanks so much!
  7. Site URL: https://enclaveatbaristo.com/ My client is a developer whose development has sold out... so the website is no longer necessary. We don't want to take it down because it will be a useful marketing tool for his next development. My client is baulking at the $490 fee to continue website accessibility with AccessiBe (a solution I use for most of my clients). What are our options? Downloading the site to a PDF that looks good doesn't seem to work... Thanks in advance for any advice or creative thinking!
  8. Site URL: https://www.bouldersgym.com/ Our gym recently switch POS systems and used the opportunity to rebuild the site. The POS system is a newer company so we are still trying to figure out how to best incorporate it's built in features. This is my first time rebuilding an entire site and I would really appreciate any feedback!
  9. Site URL: https://coyote-recorder-ae53.squarespace.com/ Hi! So I'm trying to add a line of code for my email signup form, however whenever I do the code breaks the editor so to speak and I can't open up the editor outside of safe mode. It also prevents images from showing on the site. Here is the code I'm trying to add: <script type='text/javascript' src='https://app.getresponse.com/view_webform_v2.js?u=trKMf&webforms_id=zzgFm'></script> Site password is: red Here is a video I got from Squarespace support showing the issue: https://share.squarespace.com/nOuXDxDe Thanks so much!
  10. Site URL: https://www.sjecounselling.com/ I’ve tried to keep things very simple on my new website for my counselling business. https://www.sjecounselling.com The colour blue resembles calm and trustworthiness and I’ve used this for the headline on each page. Do you think this works? Do you have any other recommendations for me, as I really want to get this right?
  11. Site URL: http://www.cafeinclusio.ca Greetings, We want to change our website, including content and template. Can some one point to a video or blog article on how to do this? Thanks in advance
  12. Site URL: https://www.celsodinizphoto.com/ Hi there, Wanted to share my new website where I mixed Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1 and I liked the results very much. I couldn't find a way to have it all build on either 7.0 or 7.1 so I ended up combining both. The way 7.0 works integrated to my Dropbox and how indexes work are unbeatable. But the way 7.1 allows for beautiful full bleed pages to be created is incomparable. So, there you go, both together: https://www.celsodinizphoto.com/ Let me know! Thanks! Celso.
  13. Site URL: https://www.harisingh.ca/ Hi Guys. Just finished my website and have posted it. Comments and feedback greatly appreciated. Thank you all
  14. Site URL: http://www.northernplainscbd.com I've recently started a CBD business, and carry smoking/vaping options. How can I ensure that my buys are 21+ in order to protect myself and my business? Based in the U.S. Thanks in advance, Phil
  15. Site URL: https://retroralph.uk My site has crashed - looks very strange. I didn't make any changes, just refreshed the page and the formatting has gone crazy. Please help.
  16. Site URL: https://www.onyxlab.com.au Hello, Password: dante123 Can i please have some feedback regarding my site A few things to note pictures are placeholders
  17. Site URL: https://birdfeederist.com/ Hi, I am thinking about to start an online store on my perfectly build blog. The blog is bird related and i am also going to target the bird items. Let me if my blog is good to do that are not.
  18. Site URL: https://www.coastalathletics.net/ I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Feedback on this site would be greatly beyond amazing. This is a youth athletic training facility. I will list some sites below which are similar in the industry that I want to eventually get the site to look like. The main image on the home page is kind of giving me issues when I do stack like it is now its a little big but when I do inline its a bit to small. Any suggestions on this? https://thedirtbags.com/ https://canesbaseball.net/ http://grandslamusa.biz/ Thank you in advance!
  19. I'm looking at our proposed site information architecture, and wondering if I need more than one Squarespace account to accomplish the goals. Essentially, this is the layout: 3-4 pages of information about the company as a whole (mission, values, contact, etc.) 3-5 sub-department sections (with 10-15 pages each) The department sections would have a completely different look/feel than the company section (probably a different template altogether), but the department sections CAN look the same as each other. I guess the question boils down to: can I use different templates for different sections of the same website? or, do I need to set up a different account for each section (therefore with it's own controls over look/feel and creating several websites linked together (each with its own account and monthly cost!))? Thank you!
  20. Hello, I have a website on Squarespace, but I am currently working on a new version of my website as a new website (as shown in the image attached). I would like to know if it's possible to switch then from the old to new website while keeping all the datas etc.? Feel free to ask for more info if I am not clear. Thank you!
  21. Site URL: https://eric-graig.squarespace.com When I navigate to my site, my browser automatically open the site designer view ( ie site name/config/ ). It looks like a cookie issue and I can clear cookies but my guess is it will return the next time I browse to SquareSpace and op'en the site. Can this behavior be turned off? Eric
  22. Hi all. I am looking to create a portal on my website for employees and prospective employees to login to. I would like it to be similar to what photographers use when sharing photos- I create the username and password for each employee, not the other way around. The portal will link to a custom page for each employee, with training videos and or pricing information. Is this even possible on Squarespace?
  23. Site URL: http://www.samconniff.com I had a site made for me in squarespace but now it feels out of date. So, I've watched a few videos and now created my own site in Squarespace. But how do I switch them over, how do I turn the old one off, and the new on on? As per the attachment, old one vs new one, how do I flip them over? I am so grateful for any help!!? Sam
  24. Hi there I am planing to use Squarespace for a client by creating a new account. First, the client will mainly operate in China. Due to Chinese internet restrictions, is there a problem with Squarespace functionality wise eg. e-commerce, loading time, general access etc. Thank you for clarifying and/or solutions! :D Best
  25. Site URL: https://www.welshphotographer.co.uk/ Like the title says, would love some feedback on my website please. I know the 'shop' area needs work as I need to separate the services offered into different shop areas so they're not all jumbled together. I also need to get more images for sale but having to do it one at a time fills me with dread with the time scale to undertake this! Thanks
