  1. If you share your website url, the community can try and have a look for you.
  2. Select your topics, the closest matching ones, they won't be perfect, on the last page, scroll to the bottom, there will be the option for live chat. If not, choose another topic that does. Bare in mind live chat is only available during working hours, check their times and time zone.
  3. Nice, glad it's working for you! That is step 1 in @paul2009 's answer, for others reading. It doesn't happen all the time, but if/when it doesn't load for me, I just close and reopen, that always works. Just in my normal browser window. Windows, chrome.
  4. There are still errors in your CSS. Have you looked at my screenshots above and rectify those as a start? Your CSS won't work as expected if there are errors. You need to fix all the errors before investigating individual issues. If you are still struggling, I suggest hiring a developer to help you. Unfortunately code needs maintaining, not just SquareSpace but all software code regardless on what platform, so if you can't maintain yourself then this won't be the last time you run into issues.
  5. Hi, you can submit your new sitemap to google search console. Or ask google search console to remove those 2 pages, and manually crawl the 2 new pages.
  6. You are very welcome 🙂 glad it's working for you. Do mark my post as solution to help others, thanks.
  7. I would say so yes! If you're not familiar with custom code then I would suggest just using the same font for both. This would mean you will be able to manage everything easily yourself. Otherwise there are a number of ways you can achieve this with custom code, e.g. my suggestion or @tuanphan being some of them.
  8. Hi @maya_m if you share your website url or provide more details, then we can help easier. Is it a custom font or one of the 2 fonts you setup to use on your website? Without more information, I would guess you're missing quotes. 'orpheus pro'
  9. At the bottom of your CSS panel, is there an error message in red? CSS won't work if there is an error. This line here doesn't look right. It's missing a semi-colon. It's best to always use a semi-colon, even if it is not needed for the last CSS style. To avoid this like this from happening. Edit: this looks suspicious also. Think you are referring to the class, if so, you are missing a dot for the class name. (see the line below which is selecting the class name with a dot)
  10. Hi @KimBarron if this is a SquareSpace issue, then you will have to resolve it with them. They do have a live chat option as well as email. In terms of what you could do now. Has your client logged in before the transfer? And that their account was all working and could access the site? Double check the accounts are the same, the one you've transferred to and your client's log in. You could try to add the email they are using as a new contributor to see if it allows you, that might tell you if it's the same account or a different one. Your client could try opening in incognito or a different browser/computer, see if that changes anything? Let me know how it goes.
  11. Hi, do you want to: 1) squish your video to fit a square? 2) crop your video to fit a square? Do you want to keep the aspect ratio of your video? If not, it will look distorted. Edit: probably best if you crop your video to a square before uploading? The code snippets you've tried above are to modify how much space a video block takes up, rather than editing a video.
  12. Update your post title to include that. The clearer you make a post, the easier other users can help! As we are all just volunteering our time on the forum to help each other out.
  13. Thanks for sharing. I am not familiar with that template, nor more generally 7.0 templates to be honest. But maybe there is a 7.0 template that provides this functionality that you are looking, that you can try? The template is setting the banner to work that way you see with a bunch of different settings, we could use code to set it o 100% viewport , but without more a thorough look, I don't feel comfortable that it doesn't affect other things. Either see if another SquareSpace user responds to you, or I suggest posting another forum question with your template name in the title. e.g. Bedford 7.0 - set banner section to 100vh. Sorry couldn't help more!
  14. You're very welcome 🙂 Glad I was able to help
  15. Hi please share your website url so the community can check and see if we can help.
  16. No, don't paste it back in... Copy them from custom css, save somewhere as back up. Then in custom css, remove all the code, click save and refresh the page. I would suggest hiring a developer if you are still struggling. If you can't maintain your own Custom CSS then this won't be the last time you'll run into issues unfortunately.
  17. Hi @autismpsychology is that a text block or a code block? If text block, check there are no unwanted newlines. Do please share your website url and the location of the issue so the community can check and see if we can help.
  18. Hi please share website url and where the video is located so the community can check and see how to help you?
  19. Go to accounts.squarespace, do you see 2 sites? 1 for your live site, and 1 for the one you are currently working on? The code doesn't work because it looks like you only have 1 section? Ideally you should have the hero banner as 1 section, then I would have the logo as a different section, then Our Approach a different section etc. We would need a link to your website to really see what's going on and help you. It is really hard without, hence just guessing with code that should work based on the information you have provided.
  20. Copy all your code from Custom CSS panel, paste into word (edit: notepad) or something, save that so you can access it again. Then remove all your code from Custom CSS panel, click Save, and refresh the page. Check to see if this resolves your issues. If yes, then your code is causing the issues.
  21. Sounds like you have two sites. One is live, one is the one you are building. Set a password to the one you are building with the instructions from paul. Do you only have 1 section on that page? If so, you can add page-section to your code. Try and let me know how it goes. #collection-6579abe8eb3505138ea56434 .page-section { height: 100vh !important; }
  22. You need the one that's called section ID from the ID Finder Or please see @paul2009 's post above for how to share your website url.
