  1. Thank you @creedon appreciate you help on this. I have been able to work it out, thankfully theres not too many options I need to make variants for!
  2. I have set up two anchor links on both 'learn more' buttons on this page, as it's a landing page whilst we build out the remaining site. I have added some css to make the scroll to the anchors nice and smooth, but I'm finding that when I link on the button, the page loads to the top quickly then scrolls down? Is there a way that I can add some more code to make it scroll smoothly from where the button is to the anchor? Can someone take a look at my site please and see if it's happening to them? https://www.thetoothstudio.au password: jesleacreative Thank you 🙂
  3. Actually sorry, nevermind I think I have worked it out 🙂 haha it's such a simple thing - I think i need another coffee 🤣
  4. Thank you for the quick reply, that seems like the solution. Although they aren't the same sizings for each material, as in the A4 size is only available in the Metal option, and the 60x90 is only available in the Print Only option.
  5. I am trying to work out how to do this, I feel like it's a simple task but for the life of me can't work it out, So my client sells photographic prints, and has 2 types of prints for each image see below on how I had envisioned it to work : Print Only Size (choose an option) 12x18in $160 16x24in $200 20x30in $250 60x90in $360 Quantity (choose) Metal Print Size (choose an option) A4 $190 12x18in $250 16x24in $365 20x30in $500 Quantity (choose) When I am inputting the different variants into the product, in the Edit Variants section, where you change the pricing for each, I am getting both print options blended together with the one price (see screenshots below). Am I being silly and this can't be achieved? Is there a way around it other than creating a seperate product for the different print options? Thank you, Jess
  6. Trying to make my category title centre aligned on mobile, and have some space in between it and the first row of products, but I'm thinking some of the code I have currently on my site is preventing it from working, is someone able to help with a solution please? Site is https://www.cocoandlen.com.au/postpartum-beyond
  7. Hi! I'm looking for some help with the same code, I had it working for my client for a long time, but it's since changed and shows it like this see attached image Any way to get them to be in two rows again?
  8. I am looking for this exact solution and it pains me to see that it's not available 😞 My clients customers are getting confused when looking for their local delivery option and being charged for postage, because on mobile, the shipping options are cut off at the top of the page, and people don't scroll up again after inputting their address. I will submit a support ticket for this also!
  9. @codeandtonic I'm looking to do exactly what you're describing, with a store I'm starting to build in September. It's a Grazing Box/Gift Hamper business that requires local pickup / delivery with certain times. I think I can make it work within Acuity/SQSP - but I'd love to have the option to allow customers to pick their delivery or pick up date and time before checkout. I noticed on your website you have a Beta version available? Can you give me some more information on this please would love to try it out. Thanks!
  10. Thanks so much for your help @sayreambrosio that eases my mind a little! So they will give her a partial refund for the remainder of her subscription? That would be amazing if they do so that her current website isn't down whilst we build out the new one.
  11. I've never encountered this issue before and I'd appreciate some advice please! I'm about to begin a site migration for a client who was originally on Wordpress. This is the site: https://www.emmajohnson.com.au/ Her site and domain is hosted by Site Ground - and was due to expire this week, but the site hosting has renewed automatically and charged her for an annual fee. Does this affect what I'm about to do with Squarespace - seeing as you need to essentially subscribe to a plan with Squarespace to make it live? Or can we somehow connect the hosting from Siteground to her new site once i've built it? So that she doesn't waste the $500+ siteground have just charged her for another year. I will mention we are keeping her domain hosted with SiteGround. Any advice would be appreciated!
  12. Hi @DesignPearl I managed to fix it for my client by making sure that they were completely logged out on their computer from instagram, and then doing it that way, they were able to 'switch user' and log in that way. Sorry I can't be of more help !
  13. @Beyondspace I have added it to my site now, still not working at all
  14. Hi @tuanphan I'm looking for a solution to this same problem, are you able to help please?
