  1. Excellent. Thank you so much for your quick reply @paul2009 Gives me an impetus to learn Jquery 😉
  2. @creedonI see! It worked. Thank you! I was using the Section ID I think. Thank you very much!
  3. Thanks @paul2009. The example would be when a client purchases a mentoring session they would then be directed to a scheduling page where they could schedule their sessions. We don't want to make this public or front facing on the site because we don't want people to sign up without having first purchased. We are using an external calendar source (calendly) and have it embedded on a page because we are selling multiple services (some of which are more products than service and don't require a scheduled time) and I haven't yet found a way to allow someone to buy one of each in the same purchase. Currently, we have put the scheduling link into the notification email they receive upon purchase, but that also goes to people who purchase items that don't need scheduling. Ideally we would like the scheduling option to only be accessible to those that purchase mentoring. Hope that makes sense. The site is mixingmasteringmentoring.com. Thank you!
  4. @StaceyR I don't know if this would be helpful but I have used the 'add forms to checkout' option to attach specific terms and conditions as well as get additional information from customers when they select a product. You can also create a little check box that confirms they have read the terms and conditions (which you can also put a link to in it). It can be assigned to one specific product or several products. Its in the commerce section in your inventory. Click into the product to edit and then go to Form (if using the old editor) or scroll down to Customize then custom forms in the new editor. Or, you could add a form during the checkout process that you can make required so they have to fill it out before completing their purchase. Go to Commerce> Checkout then scroll down to Additional Fields or Checkout Page: Store Policies. I'm not exactly sure what you need but may be helpful for a solution without using code.
  5. @creedonThank you for responding 🙂 I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong so i did a workaround instead. I just added one text box for first name and another for last name. My goal was to take off all the titles so it just had the direction of what to type as the placeholder (like it is now) but I was having trouble with the phone and name areas as they seem to be only programmed with the title with no option for putting a place holder. Here is the site: https://lodeware.squarespace.com/ Pass: lodeware I tried it on this page (at the bottom) but can't seem to get it to work: https://lodeware.squarespace.com/design-page Thanks so much.
  6. @MarcWatson I too would love to know your workaround as I'm in need of this solution as well. I'm trying to get the client to go to a scheduling page but ONLY for certain products that require it. I'm trying to make it so people who haven't bought the product can't access the scheduling page (and not all products on my site require scheduling).
  7. Hm. Didn't work for me for some reason. Am I correct that I enter the jquery code into Advanced>Header then put on the page Advanced code area the code? Nothing is coming up in the boxes. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. 🤔
  8. Any answers to this yet? I am also looking for a client to be able to take payments online without the footer saying "Donation Summary" and "Donation Amount". I'd rather it say Payment Summary and Payment Amount.
  9. @sansari I found this article and it helped me a lot (even though it's for 7.0 and I'm using 7.1) https://beatrizcaraballo.com/blog/loading-background. I was using all black backgrounds and even though i wasn't using any of the light ones at all it was still flashing white when changing pages. I changed the Main color and Overlay color on all the light background options to black and it fixed my problem. I'm not sure if that will work for all issues but perhaps it will help with yours too.
  10. I am having this exact same issue. Thank you for asking @sansari. Would love to know the solution to this if anyone has one. Thanks!
  11. tuanphan I would love to be able to know how to do a sidebar menu if you are able to share how it's done. I've been trying to use the above tutorial as well but having challenges too. Thank you!
  12. I'll check that out. Thanks @tuanphan 🙂
  13. I saw that Ghost plugins use this Chrome extension as a workaround, but it's pricey: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/squarespacewebsites-tools/iklfaeffcjjbpoholableanfikgndnhc https://www.ghostplugins.com/steps/9ehnk49g
  14. I found a way to do this using the lightbox popup from Ghost Plugins for anyone who might be looking for a similar option.
  15. Hello, I am working on a website where I am trying to create a lightbox that opens when you click a link (an image) that will display a bunch of information about a certain music artist including images, text and some audio tracks. I have figured out how to create the lightbox and add text, images and add audio blocks but can't figure out how to get the audio blocks to play. When I press the play button nothing happens. Any ideas on what I've not done? Here's an example of the code I entered into the code block for the audio block: <div class="sqs-audio-embed" data-url="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/545402f7e4b06d59faa5eb07/t/5dbd66f1bcfc042fbcb4b3f2/1572693797459/Simon+Shackleton+-+Constellations.mp3/original/Simon+Shackleton+-+Constellations.mp3" data-mime-type="" data-title="Constellations" data-author="Simon Shackleton" data-show-download="false" data-design-style="minimal" data-duration-in-ms="428000" data-color-theme="dark" > </div> Thank you!
