I keep receiving reports from Google Search Console that many of pages (225) on my site (mostly Blogs) are not being Indexed due to "Alternate Page With Proper Canonical Tag" and it relates to the AMP Setting. What would happen if I turn AMP off? As it stands with the new Fluid Engine Update I have to build/design each page first for Desktop and then go back to Mobile view and redesign/reformat. I am NOT a fan of the Fluid Engine because I specifically am using Squarespace because it had auto-responsiveness for Mobile. It also says an error for "Video Page Indexing" that I do not understand why. All screenshots attached, any guidance is appreciated! Anyone having the same issues/concerns? It'll take hours to go through each URL and request Google to Reindex. Thank you!!!

If we are unable to access that data, which is captured and used by SS for the automated follow up email, than why shouldn't there be a way to get access to this data; after all it is our data that we are paying for. It just doesn't make sense and seems like such a simple switch to flip and implement.

I am trying to figure out how to contact anyone who has Abandoned Cart, but is Recoverable. Squarespace only allows you to send 1 automated email 24 hours after someone Abandons Cart, so they have the Contact Info; they just choose not to share it with paying clients. This is a MUST HAVE feature, there are dozens of API's capable of doing this, but Squarespace does not integrate with any. Can this be done through a Custom API or Developer? I find it hard to believe that this feature is not available/accessible. This data is the CLIENTS data and as a paying client we should have access to any contact action taking place across our site. If an email can go out to these Recoverable Contacts than Squarespace MUST have the contact information in their system, but refuses to allow the client to access/view. Does anyone have a workaround? We have several Contact Forms on our website, each with their own Form Name. We currently use Hubspot for our CRM and have noticed that the Form Names are not showing up properly in Hubspot. After speaking with a rep they advised that we need a Static Form ID created for each Contact Form. Squarespace does not offer this function and it was recommended that I submit a Help Topic in the Forum for any advice/guidance/suggestions. Message from Hubspot: ----- I was able to take a further look at the issue you've been experiencing with non-hubspot forms, which are creating "new" Hubspot forms after each submission. The technical explanation is, this is due to dynamic form IDs. The form ID is changing on each page load. For example, if you visit the site, the form ID could be "ID = form_123" but when I visit, it is "ID = form_456" Since the website is creating new form IDs on each page load, and we use form IDs as identifiers we are recognising these as different forms, therefore it creates a new form in Hubspot. To prevent this, you would need to ensure your form uses a static form ID. ----- Has anyone else had a similar issue? Thank you! Josh

Hi There! This is frustrating, does anyone know how to link a Folder in the Top Navigation to a specific Web Page? Apparently Squarespace does not have this function available yet. Does anyone know how to set this up in CSS? Which type of Gallery to use? I'd like to basically create an infinite carousel that continues to scroll across the page, logos should all be the same size and responsive on mobile. Any assistance/guidance is greatly appreciated!
