  5. Hi, I am selling workshops in Netherlands but when an order is placed, no sales tax is shown (it says zero) in their order confirmation. How can I apply the tax on the product I'm selling? I cannot find the guideline for non-us site owners.
  6. Hello, I made a useful calculation formula in excel and want to make it available for all my friends so they can use it. Is there any function that I can add such thing to my square space website? The formula I made looks like this: =(C23+D23)*D9/E9 On my website, I would like to make it in such a way that people can fill in numbers in some columns so the tool calculates it automatically.

  8. Hi, I am from Holland and am selling two different items on my website: a physical product and the other service (online class). For the (service) online class, I need to include 21% dutch tax included in the price, but currently 9% tax that I set up for a physical product is applied for all products including the service product. How can I set up another tax rule on Squarespace to apply to the service product and have it included in the price and shown at checkout?
  9. Hi, I am selling both physical and digital products on store. For selling physical products, I set the VAT for some countries in such a way that includes the tax for shipping cost. However, that is not needed for the digital, and I want to stop my tax rule for physical products appearing for the digital product when checkout. This is how it's shown for all products now. I want to set a separate tax rule for physical and digital product each. Is that possible at all?
  10. Hi, I am giving away a data product and uploaded PDF in the product page but when I click open it, it shows a different INDD file. It is true that this INDD is the source file that I printed the PDF, but it is the PDF that I am uploading and not INDD. SQSP does not allow PDF to upload? I don't understand why it takes the INDD while I'm definitely uploading the PDF...

  13. Thanks, I understand. One more question, some of the shipping address are garbled on the exported excel file, thought they are displayed correctly in the commerce. Is there any way to fix this?
  14. Hello, I have started to receive some orders to the store that I just opened (for the first time), but is there any way to display the quantity of order in the list of orders? Currently there are only order number, customer name, email, total amount, payment and status. I could not find anywhere to add a quantity column.

Ok, I read "If customers place orders in test mode" on the below link https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205811368#toc-delete-or-hide-test-orders I had already disabled the test mode, deleted the test orders, and skipped the stock as that's no problem, and contacted customers that their orders were on the test mode and I cancelled them. But how can I be sure that their payment did not get through? I want to make sure that they won't pay double, and also inform them that their credit card won't be billed but I have no information to prove that. Could you please let me know how to make my customers relieved?
  17. Hello, an urgent question here. I have opened the site with a product on the store. I did not know that I had to turn off the Test mode when the site is published! Some orders already came in, and it says "TEST" on the confirmation emails I received. Does this mean the orders are not through, or are they still processed, but just the confirmation emails say "TEST"? The credit card number in the confirmation emails I received all end with 4242, but if I click on "View in Stripe", it does say "Succeeded". What is the status of these orders and how do I fix if there is any problem? I already turned off the "TEST" mode, so the confirmation emails do not say "TEST" anymore, but I need to know what to do for all the previous orders before turning off the mode.

  19. I'm sorry I don't understand what the section ID is.... I started using Squarespace because I thought it was a easy website builder without those knowledge. Now it seems it's meant for semi-pro. Still I tried downloading the extension but really don't know how to use it..

  23. Dear @paul2009, Many thanks for your reply! ( did not get any notification on you reply... is there any way to have that?) I did set up 21% VAT as in the screenshot below, tried both options of including in the price or added at the checkout, but either way it just shows hyphen at the checkout.
