  1. Site URL: https://bluebird-porcupine-yzdg.squarespace.com/store/p/studio-overhead-jacket Hello, is it possible to remove the space/gap between the last product and footer on my all my Product pages? Please see attached image. Page = https://bluebird-porcupine-yzdg.squarespace.com/store/p/studio-overhead-jacket Pword = bluebird Many thanks, Best, Faiz
  2. Site URL: https://grey-springtail-9z3s.squarespace.com/ Hi! I'm trying to reduce the upper and lower paddings of the lime green spacer. Attached is my current code and I'm not sue why its still so large in height. Please help 🙂
  3. Site URL: https://primrose-perch-4j4p.squarespace.com/ Hi there, For my portfolio site I have used a gallery in 2 columns. I only use 7 images that are all square format. 1 column has 4 images and the other has 3. I wish to offset the side that has 3 images by adding a spacer or padding to the top so it feels masonry. I attempted to build manually with images and spacers however the grid did not size how I wanted it to this way. I would also love to make the column of 4 default to the left but for some reason on desktop it sits to the right? Would love some help! Many thanks Red
  4. Site URL: https://www.graceventurawrites.com Does anyone have any suggestions on how to add padding to the top and bottom of ALL sections on a website on MOBILE ONLY? For some reason on the desktop versions the spacing is great. But on mobile the spacing disappears and I don't like how tight all the sections are to one another. Advice will be appreciated!
  5. Hello! Is there a way to remove the minimum width of a spacer block? I've found a lot of guides to remove the minimum height of a spacer, but not the with. Thanks in advance
  6. Site URL: https://www.steveacedo.com/ Hi, I wanted to try doing something kinda silly for my website and recreate the old Space Jam site (https://www.spacejam.com/1996/) for my landing page. I've created the images for each planet and linked them to their respective pages, but I can only seem to arrange them aligned with one another. Is it possible to have them in a circular formation, like on the original site? Thanks
  7. Sorry, reframing the question. Because of the specific requirements of a client's gallery, I can't use the built-in galleries so I am simply using image blocks. And again, because of specific requirements, I have to adjust the size of some of the images to appear larger or smaller - even when their dimensions are close enough that they naturally align perfectly. I need to create a small visual difference in size, so I'm either sizing a spacer between two side by side images or sizing the image blocks horizontally. But this does not fine tune - the size jumps either too big or too small. I know that SP uses a column layout and that's what the spacer and images block is snapping to. Ideally what I want to do is to resize image blocks while constraining the image. I can resize the image block horizontally, but it jumps. Sizing vertically is the minute function I want, but it does not resize the image container horizontally at the same time so I lose the outer edges of the image and that is a no go. Is there any css code I can use to enable more minute adjustments to the image blocks OR spacers? Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://green-lobster-ggnk.squarespace.com/ https://green-lobster-ggnk.squarespace.com/ Site Acess code is 1234 I need to reduce the space between header 3, and paragrph across the site. (See example image) Setting the h3 verticale spacing lower makes it look bad when there are 2 lines that are h3. I want to reduce the sapcing JUST when there is a paragraph below it, I've tried everythign I could find online! Any help is really appreciated, Thanks, Justin
  9. Site URL: http://www.roniselects.com Hello- After so much tweaking for the life of me I am unable to remove the space between my nav menu and my video block. I want to specifically bump up the video block - it is widescreen and is automatically centered on the block. Is there a way to align the video to the top of the block?
  10. Site URL: https://voiceofalexander.com Hey, I have checked on the forums for this and yes there is a solution utilizing custom code, which is great except it requires either a Commerce or Business plan. Is there any way to add this addition without upgrading to either? I feel it's a simple thing that shouldn't require upgrading to Commerce/Business plans. Thank you in advance.
  11. Site URL: http://www.friendsofrecoveryneo.com I added a vertical spacer between 2 columns, but when I resize the vertical spacer block to the narrowest size it will allow (it will only resize in increments), I am not able to center it. Current state: columns are equal width but there is too much space between columns. If I make the spacer block narrower, I am not able to center it so the columns are not equal width: So, how can I. . . 1. Resize the width of the block to a custom size (override the forced increments). and 2. Center the spacer block so the columns on either size are the same width. Thanks!
  12. Site URL: https://dorotaporebska.com Hi Do you know how to change spacers between images on image page (its now gallery page ) in supply template. There is no option for that in this template. I want spacers to be smaller. Thank you
  13. Hi, I was wondering... How can I reduce the space (red box)? (See image) Thanks.
  14. Site URL: https://www.riverstonechurch.net I am unable to make the adjustment to move the title heading closer to the top of the screen. Right now, it is too much space on a standard computer screen between the logo / menu bar and the title. I'd like to reduce the space so the button shows on the screen when it is loaded.
  15. Site URL: https://ladybug-chicken-2tp4.squarespace.com/ Hi there, My issue is with the footer, I'm trying to achieve a responsive design where the footer items take up the negative space defined by the spacer block instead of breaking at random point to accomodate the spacer as the browser window size changes responsively. Explained much more clearly in images attached to this post. Site: https://ladybug-chicken-2tp4.squarespace.com/ pass: *3iRgpCKJ-8@bBZ7 Any help would be greatly appreciated as its a little bit out of my league in terms of knowledge. Thanks in advance, Jack
  16. Site URL: https://www.richardsaltermusic.com/ Hi all. Hoping someone can help me with this please? All looking good on my desktop site but mobile seems to cut off headings on a couple of the sections. See screenshot. Anybody got a fix for this please? Thanks in advance! x
  17. Hey guys :) I made my portfolio on a 4k display with a scaling factor of 175% in the windows 10 display settings* - no browser zoom. On that display, it looks like I want it to look (look at image 1). When I look at it on a 1920px display with a zoom of 100% it looks quite similar, though a little bit bigger. But when I saw it on a 1920px laptop screen that was on 125% scaling during a portfolio review, the proportions of the text and images were way too large while the white space was too small (look at image 2 - imagine this being full screen 🙈). *If it is unclear what I mean by the scaling factor, I mean this: https://youtu.be/t9xIbkD6XjQ?t=30 What do I do in such a case? I cannot decide the screen size of the HR person I send the portfolio to, so it should look good on every screen size, no matter if 4k or 1920px, and no matter the windows scaling factor (at least it is quite normal to have a scaling of 125% on a 1920 laptop screen and 150-175% on a 4k display). Is it possible & smart to set a zoom level of the browser depending on the screen size and windows zoom level? Or can I add additional breakpoints? Thank you so much for your support in advance! :D Image 1 (on 4k full screen): Image 2 (looks terrible on a laptop in full screen):
  18. As I'm building a new website using one of templates, I encounter a lot of times that there is a huge white gap between text and images. There is no spacer frame that I can delete, neither can I move the text and/or image close to each other. is there any way to remove all the huge gaps?
  19. Site URL: https://lukespindler.com/ Hi. I'm hoping someone could help me to reduce the size of my portfolio project tiles on my home page. There are two projects on my portfolio (Work) page and I would like both to be fully visible in desktop view without having to scroll. I'm happy with the ratio and want to keep both tiles close together. I'm happy with how it views in phone view. Sorry if there is a simple solution to this that I have missed. Thanks for your help!
  20. Site URL: http://www.amovintage.com Hi all, Wondering if anyone can help. I have no problems adjusting the fonts on my website but cannot for the life of me find out how to change the text for the categories menu, I also have a heap of white space above it which isnt a 'spacer' block, its just something thats already there. Please can I get some advice? Thanks
  21. Site URL: http://cube-clover-ac3f.squarespace.com Hi there, Does anyone know if it's possible to add blank space between sections? My sections have different coloured banners and I don't want them to flow into each other. Currently I have put a new page in there but I would like an alternative solution if there is one? Many Thanks, Eppie
  22. Site URL: https://www.goodtimegals.co.uk/shows Hi! I would like to know if it is possible to have the spacer automatically adjust but remain in a straight line as you change the size of you browser window. I would like the 3 buttons to remain in a straight line but have no idea how to do that. Would anyone please be able to assist? Thank you! https://www.goodtimegals.co.uk/shows
  23. My website: https://thrustinteractive.squarespace.com This sire looks good and has the appropriate white space on the sides of content on desktop, however when I look at the site in a mobile view elements are bunched together and the spacer blocks are lost. I am using the Brine template, is there any way to add code or have the spacer blocks that keep my site clean show up on mobile. It is keeping my website from being responsive and looking as good on mobile as it does on desktop. Thank you for your help!
  24. Site: Johnholford.me - (portfolio site, still very much a WIP). I'm a bit frustrated by some behavior of the spacer blocks... what I'm seeing in the edit/preview window is not translating to the actual website. For instance, in the preview window I see:https://ibb.co/wzq6nmL And on the actual site I see:https://ibb.co/W2dQpgW I don't have any custom CSS dictating image spacing or margins... I'm going crazy, just not sure if there's something wrong or if this is the intended experience... any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.
