  1. @Aashini oh my bad, forgot to add something. Try this: <script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.0/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(document).ready(function() { $('#sqs-cart-container').after('<div class="tuan"> By continuing to checkout, you have<br/>read and agreed to our <strong><a style="color: #7a6e65;" href="https://frillup.ch/terms-and-conditions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terms and Conditions</a></strong></div>'); }); </script> <style> .tuan { display: block; height: auto; text-align: left; color: #FFFFFF; background-color: transparent; font-size: 1.1rem; line-height: 1.5em; margin-top: -82px; margin-bottom: 300px; } </style>
  2. If you add a new topic in "Feedback on Your Site", we can take a look at it😊
  3. Nice website! I like the typography, it fits well with the purpose. Also, spacing and layout looks great😊 This is what I would improve: As someone else said, some of the images are very low resolution. I use Let's Enhance to increase resolution, you can try it here: https://letsenhance.io "DID YOU SEARCH “PERSONAL TRAINERS NEAR ME”?" This text is a bit weird so I would change it to something else. Or do most of your visitors come from this search term?
  4. @Aashini The code I posted is not the same, I updated it😃 $('.sqs-cart-container').after 👆This change is where the magic happen.
  5. I think your thoughts are good @JoseP, this is pretty much what I try to do too. For personal sites, I try to focusing on personality and on businesses a "how we came to be" story is good. What I can add to this is that images are very important. Good images greatly amplifies the message.
  6. It depends on where you want the text to display, but try this😊 <script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.0/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(document).ready(function() { $('.sqs-cart-container').after('<div class="tuan"> By continuing to checkout, you have<br/>read and agreed to our <strong><a style="color: #7a6e65;" href="https://frillup.ch/terms-and-conditions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terms and Conditions</a></strong></div>'); }); </script> <style> .tuan { display: block; height: auto; text-align: left; color: #FFFFFF; background-color: transparent; font-size: 1.1rem; line-height: 1.5em; margin-top: -82px; margin-bottom: 300px; } </style>
  7. Good explanation from @GlynMusica. Getting traffic from Google is hard and takes time. Just one thing I can add: Since you are new, focus on optimizing your homepage with phrases. The homepage has a much higher chance to rank high. I managed to get on top 10 with my websites homepage, but only top 100 with the same strategies on other pages. Good luck!😃
  8. I have found using a live chat is a great way to connect with your customers. There are so many things I have learned just by chatting with my customers. Most of them are very nice and tend to give you useful information if you ask them😊 The tool I use for live chat is Helpcrunch.
  9. The standard (free) way to do this in Squarespace is to have the navigation on the top. I'm afraid you need the business plan and a plugin to do this, for example this: https://www.sqspthemes.com/plugins/sidebar-plugin
  10. Blogs is much more than just writing. I wish I read more about marketing before starting my first blog. Specifically these two things: SEO - What phrases to use, how to structure the blog posts, etc. There are lots of information on this is you search for "Best tips for blog post SEO". Sharing blog posts - Facebook groups and Reddit subreddits are great places to share your blog posts.
  11. Here are some websites that I had as inspiration on my last project: Draftbit - https://draftbit.com Overflow - https://overflow.io Moov - https://www.moovlabs.com Brave Wings - https://bravewings.io Also, Awwwards is great for inspiration - https://www.awwwards.com
  12. Good job with your website, especially for being your first one! 👌 Two improvements: Replace your instagram feed with actual products from your shop. Visitors are on your website to see your products. It you add the products, you can still have the instagram feed, but make it much smaller (one row). Make the navigation bar on top more narrow (maybe half of what it is right now.
  13. Great question! For my website, I used only illustrations (not a single photo). Photos are great for setting the tone, but so are illustrations. They just have to fit your websites purpose. The advantage of just using illustrations is simply that it looks great! When done right. Below are some screenshots of one of my websites. What are your thought on just using illustrations?✨ Full site here: sparkplugin.com
  14. This is the logo that I made for my Squarespace plugin, named Spark. Spark is a way to boost your websites design in a few clicks. That is why I thought the "k" in Spark should stick out, to show that any website can get this improvement too. sparkplugin.com
