My site colors have changed to all black.

Just received a status update from them to say that "The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented."......

I recieve their reply: "They are aware and are working on a fix. You can check the status page here: https://status.squarespace.com"

I went into site styles on desktop and manually changed it back to white and it appears to have worked this time. 

It looks like the issue has been resolved now! I will keep you posted if it changes back!

Fix looks like it has been put in place, hopefully we're almost back to normal!

Chat is available on the support page. After answering a few basic questions, you'll see the option:

Same here. It seems to be related to Design/Color palettes somehow. On the other hand I'm glad it's not only me but a wider issue.. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon.

Still no fix on our site. Black background throughout all the pages.

Be sure to try a reload and/or hard reload. It may not help but it doesn't hurt to try! 🙂

Colors are finally good, but css fonts aren't working.

Seriously, this is unacceptable. A completely Black palette that is unchangeable. What is this?!?

Why is it taken so long to resolve this issue? It's been thirteen hours. I just connected the site to my Instagram shop and it's just ridiculous for people to arrive on our page with a completely black screen. You are making us look like idiots. It's infuriating.

It is now more than 13 hours our website is black in background. No fix works. Our subscribers are not able to read. We are not able to edit drafts before publishing new articles. I see nothing has changed since we reported the problem. Are you a global company or just working US central office hours? Totally inacceptable
