My site colors have changed to all black.

You can subscribe to updates here, so you know when there's an issue, though I do find that the status system can be a little slow to update.

I'm working on site with very specific color palette requirements. Things had been working fine, but all of the sudden when I saved some minor edits to a text block, the sites color palette changed all colors to #030303. I thought weird, but easy enough fix. Went back through and reset the color palette, clicked save, and it reverted everything back #030303. I've tried using the preset palette's and as soon as I click save it reverts again to #030303. No matter what I do I can't seem to get it to stick with the custom palette. What am I missing?

Yep, it's happening for all of my sites too. There are several other feeds and a huge wait in chat for this issue. Someone else shared that you can follow the update here on the status listing. https://status.squarespace.com/

Same here... even when I go in and try to reset the pallet the colors will not stick and reverting back to black. =( Eeek. Need a fix! 

I am having this problem too. All text is black, all options for the colour theme is black on black on black...

Can't read anything on my site right now!!!

Ok well sorry for everyone - I was having a panic attack - same with me. Hopefully Squarespace resolve ASAP

I've tried changing the palette and it would show the correct colour initially, but when I press save and done it just reverses to pitch black after reloading the page. Really frustrating issue, hope it gets resolved soon.

The same thing happened to me. I am so frustrated. I can't figure out how to call Squarespace and talk to someone. Everything is black except for photos.

This has also happened to our website forcing people to be able to add anything to the cart as the text and background is black. I am hoping adjustments are made I have tried every way to fix it myself 

This happened to me too while I was editing about 45 minutes ago. Any solutions?

First time we've had a problem with Squarespace in 2 years?!?  All three of our websites have the same problem.  The background is suddenly black.  Only pictures can be seen.  Please fix it quick, dear Squarespace team

Hi, having the same problem... Black background colour on my public websites. Any fix? Need this asap

Today after I changed the color in site styles, all of the colors automatically changed to black in the viewport, no matter I saved it or not. But when I clicked the style section and to see what color I chose for the website, it was the correct color.
