My site colors have changed to all black.

All my site color pallets have been removed and changes to black. When I try to fix the problem, the colors go back to black. It has effected multiple websites I have.

I am having the same issue too and came here to try to find an answer. I need people to be able to navigate my website. Here to follow.

Do you expect to know when this will be resolved?

I just noticed this after I pressed save after making changes on a client's site. I had a mini panic attack, but now I see it's not just me. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon. Super frustrating.

I just had the same issue!!!!! 😞 Spent so much time designing and I'm worried I'm going to lose all my work form today!

Everything is gone! Besides my images, all written content is gone!

How to reach help on Squarespace?!?!?! 

I am also having this issue, I hope this issue resolves but perhaps since it is happening to all of us within the last hour or so it will get worked out and square space is working to fix it ASAP. Thank you!

Same issue here.  Must be a glitch across Squarespace. 

This appears to be a common issue across numerous Squarespace websites right now. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Also running into the same issue - seems to be system wide! I'm sure it should be fixed soon - must be a bug in relation to Site Themes.

Same problem. Really frustrating! Now I spent another hour trying to recreate my color palette, which probably means my original one is lost.

Same thing here. I was just about to launch my website and everything turned black. NOT a happy camper. I, like others, have spent months trying to get the right look.  I tried messing with the color settings, but everything remains black.  So how are we going to get our colors back the way they were set????

I might add...if this is joke because it's Halloween, it's definitely NOT FUNNY.
