My site colors have changed to all black.

Color palette is completely blacked out on the editing site and I cannot change it. It does not appear this way on the actual live site, only on when I try to edit. I have multiple sites and they're all doing this. Squarespace just having an issue right now?

I was working in my website this morning ... no problem. Now an hour later I go to edit and black background on everything. So far the browser version looks normal and okay. Not good, because I want to make some edits.

Thank you so much for your response. I'm so worried about my website. How do send a report about this issue? I'm still trying to figure out how to submit a ticket because Squarespace doesn't have an option to call the customer service directly

Not sure, have never need to contact support before, I'm just going to leave it to tomorrow and check if it's working again. Very annoying as I create a custom palette with custom themes.

Please help - for some reason all of the websites I am currently working on have all turned to black - see screenshot attached. When I try to change the colours back to normal, it reverts immediately back to black. Is this a bug?

Just to confirm, we have just noticed the same issue - everything is black on black. Colour palettes are all wrong. Content still looks like it's there, albeit barely visible.

Anyone know of a way to notify a real support person - this is a pain!

Wonder if it's squarespace-wide? Perhaps it's a halloween prank! 

I should add that my header has also turned black as well as all text blocks - the only thing still showing on my site are photos.

Just to add, same here. I thought it might be an issue with the Palette setting and changed it to the right one. It works until you reload the page. 

I'm having this issue as well. I even went in and tried to reset the design settings, but it went back to black as soon as I saved. 

I clearly chose an unfortunate day to design a palette, and I'm assuming the chance of it reverting is near zero now that I've fiddled around after it went black.

I am also experiencing the Black out and came here for answers :(

I'm having the same issue. I was editing my site last night and everything was fine. This morning, everything went black. Even after changes, when I save everything turns back to black again.

Same, since the site design update, everything goes black despite the color pallette you've picked
