My site colors have changed to all black.

Black colour - black background is still there

We are a restaurant and are still unable to take reservations online.  Is there a time horizon when the problem will definitely be solved?  Thanks very much!

We're down too..... subscribing to the updates does nothing.... 16 hours later, still black.

Mine is back to normal now. Lets hope it stays

Most sites seem to be fixed, I realise that doesn't help you, have you reported this to Squarespace support recently?

My site is also still black and another site I look after for a friend. I have subscribed to the issue at status.squarespace.com but this ticket is still unresolved.

My site has been broken since last night.

Notating here that blackened site is still an issue.

Just so you are aware, the forum is very useful for many things, but it is not primarily where Squarespace technical staff are monitoring posts for issues. In this case reporting that the issue still has not been fixed for your website to the support page is important.

Mine is still Black as of today 11/1, since yesterday.

how do we sign OUT of getting the status updates on txt and email once the issue we were worried about is resolved?!

You should be able to click "unsubscribe" on any emails you are receiving, and on text messages they should have sent you a message with an unsubscribe link (looking like this: https://stspg.io/hz8441mqgk59)
