Ability to blacklist a customer from a client's store?
gdmartino replied to dezziddine's topic in Commerce
Maybe for you because you’re a circle member and online stuff is easy for you but for the majority of people it would be a considered effort to create a new email. Does anybody know if Squarespace offers banning someone’s email address? -
Thank you. As can see in the attachment below. It looks nice when there are buttons for the date and time if there are more than one. When there's a single screening film, it will look different to the rest of the movies on the website unless I add a blank option as a variance, then it will come up as a button. I just want it to be fluid across the whole site so everything looks the same.

I run a cinema and sell tickets through my squarespace site: www.rewindcinema.net When I have a movie that has a "one night only" run, in the variant options I put "Date" & "Time" for the session. But I have to put a variant option as "blank" in each field along with the day and screening time so that the date and time options are on the product page, otherwise I have to put these details in the product's title, which doesn't flow with the rest of the movie sessions. Does anyone know if there's a way to just have one option for each variant? Thanks for any help

Hi @tuanphan, when I add that code it just puts 4 "0"s with "days hours" etc underneath them. How do you set duration and make it countdown? Thank you

Send unique QR after client purchases a product
gdmartino replied to Jack_Stuart's topic in Commerce
I run a boutique cinema and would love the qr code functionality so that when customers arrive with their email confirmation i could scan the email and have their details come up somehow. I can't imagine the logistics of the details coming up but would love the functionality for my customers -
Does anyone know how to add API to Squarespace?
gdmartino replied to gdmartino's topic in Customize with code
I'd like to add a new movie for example Wayne's World for sale on my site. So the functionality would be that information and media for the movie from TMDB would autofill on my site. I only ask as this function is possible on wordpress and I hoped it would be a possibility on sqsp somehow. -
I run a cinema and built my website with squarespace. Some of the functions of sqsp were lacking for what I needed so I went with a company built wordpress site. I'm not happy with it and want to come back to sqsp and my own built site. There is a function that Wordpress uses with TMDB (the movie database, an open source database). I want to know if I can use The Movie Database integration with my site to automate movie details when adding a movie for sale. Does anyone know anything about this in the Squarespace platform world? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Added 2 new products to a visible store. Made the products visible. Everything is live. Product has a date and time variant. Customer cannot purchase ticket as when clicking "add to card" the error message: UNABLE TO ADD ITEM Please select the Time option" comes up even though time option has been selected. PLEASE HELP Edit: I removed this code from the header in the code injection and it fixed the problem. Not sure what the code is for though: <meta name="facebook-domain-verification" content="9yo1x640q1h4kvn1g2rezsndnpvc0x" /> <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.4.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(window).on('load', function() { $("select").each(function() { var variabletext = $(this).attr("aria-label"); variabletext = variabletext.replace("Select ", ""); $(this).attr("aria-label",variabletext); $(this).find("option:first-child").val(variabletext); $(this).parent().attr("data-text",variabletext); }) }); </script> I added that a while ago and I'm not sure what it does.

Okay! Well that's strange! Thank you so much again for taking the time to reply and for the video. I'll stress less now knowing most likely it's only my browsers. Looks fine on my other computer too checking after you sent that. Thank you!
