  1. I have only found an option to "view in browser" available in a limited number of templates, and there does not seem to be any way to add this to a blank or custom template. I can't find any option in the templates or styles that would enable this option; some predesigned Squarespace templates seem to simply have it in place when they are released. Please help!
  2. It's incredibly frustrating, and the lack of responses tells me we're stuck with it. I just moved my client's newsletter to Squarespace and am already considering another system because of this issue. Has anyone else run into this or found a solution?
  3. I'm having the same problem in Chrome, and when I try with Safari (which I never use and have no cahed content in) I get a "can't establish a secure connection" message. BUT it works if I reload a few times. Yet I always get the error messages on the first attempt. The site is here: https://www.diablofiresafe.com/ (It's protected by a password, but the error is happening before that landing page.) This has been happening for a week while testing the new site. The domain and certificate are both set up through Squarespace, and nothing seems amiss. Any help is appreciated!
  4. I need to feature 2-3 recent blog posts on the homepage, but I can't find any way to add the blog or selected posts on any page but the blog page itself. Basically, the blog page should be the full blog as usual (probably displaying 6-12 posts at once), while the homepage should display only 2-3 posts sorted by date or tag. Is there a block, section, or content type that I'm not understanding? If not, what is the workaround? Any guidance would be appreciated!
  5. My understanding is that there is no way to receive referral or affiliate payments if I don't have enough traffic on my professional site, or if I build less than six sites for clients each year? Is that the case? Is there any way for consultants like me to benefit from driving clients to Squarespace? Thanks, Rob
  6. No luck yet, and kind of unacceptable that we need to mess with custom CSS to fix a pretty straightforward systemic issue. Attached here is a comparison of the crisp white image I see in the editor interface vs the grayed image on the site itself. File format, color profile, adjustments in the editor don't matter, and I haven't gotten CSS changes to take hold either.
