It should change colour slightly, but that black box goes in front for some unknown reason

As you can see , I added some custom css to it and it works an the back of the button but gets covered with black foreground. 20221031_231556.mp4

So the global buttons have same hover effect, cant be changed , the ony thing i can do is to change color and thats not good . what do you think causes that , i even made the site to 0 no java, no css and same problem, cant change the design/effect.

No matter what code i use, targgeted specificaly, doesnt work. You can see a fraction for example i make the background transparent when hove, it does go transparent but its like it has a foreground that covers the background, the button itself. its all over the site and i dont know how to fix it. I am using fluid engine unfortunitely as well. Please let me know if you had this problem and how you fixed it. Thank you.
