Hi there! I have run into an issue that squarespace support was not able to fix. Hoping fellow users can help me out with this head scratcher. I am trying to move my client's squarespace hosted domain from a past users account to mine. The domain is live and attached to a defunct 7.0 squarespace account. I have the login and contributing permissions on this account, but I am unable to transfer the domain to my dashboard where the new 7.1 site is ready and waiting to go live. Domain here: https://www.tunstallconstruction.com/ I have communicated with squarespace support on this matter and they have effectively shut down the email correspondence (after passing me through multiple squarespace support members) without providing a solution. (see screenshots) Below are the steps I have taken. invited myself to be a contributor to the client's squarespace account (screenshot 1) changed the ownership of the domain to myself (the previous owner gave me permission to do so and is not involved in this process). (screenshot 2) Attempt to "move domain" to a new website. The options available to me are only websites within the past owners account dashboard. (screenshot 3) last communication with squarespace support. (transcript attached) The issue remains. I can't see a way to move the domain from one site to another. I would be eternally grateful for any guidance or suggestions on this issue! Thank you!

Hello! I am a photographer with limited edition art prints looking to sell them framed and unframed. (my site is currently under-construction and i have a landing page live) I understand how to create variants within the product page. However, where I am running into issues is defining the quantity. (see screenshot) If I list unframed quantity as 10 and framed quantity as 10 it will appear that I have a total of 20 art prints available when I only have 10. What I would like to see is a feature to "add-on" framing to the product and have it not effect the quantity. Imagining it as a dropdown option? The price also changes from framed to unframed so the feature would also have to take that into account. I have chatted with Squarespace support and they confirmed this request is not available for products at this time. They submitted a feature request on my behalf. I'm wondering if anyone here has any idea on how to achieve this option (plugin, coding, etc...) Thanks!
