Hi - moving my e-commerce site from another provider to Squarespace with Square as the payment processor. I'm trying to figure out how to manage inventory. I have a Square Register and not sure how inventory from an Square sale on a register button updates the Squarespace inventory. Where is the inventory managed? thanks!

I'm having trouble accessing my account dashboard. I'm getting the following message (see attached image also -- I blocked out some numbers from the URLs listed, wasn't sure if they were private): Unexpected Application Error! undefined is not an object (evaluating 'bL.e[t].active') This error message isn't listed in their common error messages page either: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206545697-Common-error-messages-in-Squarespace I tried on Safari, Chrome and incognito. I also tried clearing my cache and restarting my computer (which is up to date). My account page does work when logging in on my phone (just not my computer). Anyone else have this issue or know some troubleshooting magic to try?

I have a site on Squarespace and am trying to move a trial site to my primary domain. I have a site on Squarespace built a few years ago using Version 7.0 (York family Jasper Jin template) that recently crashed. Images and content went missing. I am building a new site using 7.1 trial version and can't seem to find how to move the trial site to my existing domain. I have followed the "help" links that follow a circular path back to the same page. I cannot find the "disconnect" site to disconnect the existing site to allow the move of my trial site. I cannot move the trial page to my existing site because I already own that site????

Is there a way to customize the order tab to include the product name of the item purchased (as opposed to just a picture)? And add the payment processing amount (or after processing fee amount)?! Alternatively, is there a way to download the accounting data for just one product? Similar to how you can do it in the order/inventory tab?! If not, is is possible to add the product description to the same tab that shows payment processing fees?

Is there a way to edit the "Member Since" Date for Member Areas? Or even change the label to read "Member Since"? My organization just recently switched to Squarespace and added Member Areas as a way to provide a portal for our organization's members. However, when members view their accounts, they are shown a "Member Since" date, with the date being the date they set up their membership account on the new website. Yet, we have members who have belonged to the organization since 2014. It seems strange that we wouldn't be able to update their join date on their profile or, at the very least, edit the label to read differently. I've tried using custom code (both CSS and Javascript) to edit the label, but because it is coded in an iframe, I can't override the label. Any other ideas?

I have no doubt this has been covered numerous times before - I apologise for repeating it before all those forum knights mount their steeds and point their sharpened lances in the direction of topic 1 of 1827. I have neither the time nor inclination to search - I have ILD, am on oxygen therapy and literally have limited time. My domain has been transferred to Squarespace, in my dashboard its shows as being published and yet it doesn't appear on the internet. Squarespace provides no means of contacting them directly, unless you can answer a question in a drop down list which doesn't include my problem. I find this totally unacceptable in 2023. Although it seems to be more and more the way. Do you guys out there feel you should be paying for a service one the one hand and then providing the customer support for free? I don't! Any answers to me query would be gratefully received.

I am an admin on one site and mistakenly created a new website on the same dashboard. However all the email traffic to the new site is going to the Owner's email address on the first site. The Owner is the website that I manage so can make any changes that are required. I have tried "Transfer Ownership" with no luck - there are no options available when I click on the Transfer Ownership button. Can anyone advise how to move the second website (lizsmithtextiles.com) to a separate account? Thanks!
