  1. Having the same issue, and so far, I don't think there is an easy way to fix this based on what I have read here. Looks like a permanent Squarespace flaw. Other builders I tried do not mess up the website if being accessed in a different screen resolution. 😕Anyone had any luck for a fix?
  2. @tuanphanresolutions having the same problem. My boss and I have different screen resolution and when I edit a page, it shows up differently to him with a lot of spaces in between.
  3. Hi @LucyBoston. I found the culprit which is having a Personal plan instead of a Business plan. I contacted Squarespace and they told me that the Mailchimp feature is only for Business plan subscribers. Check your plan subscription if it's Personal or Business. If it's Personal then you have to upgrade, but if it's already Business with no Mailchimp option, you might need to email Squarespace.
  4. Has anyone else encountered this? People suddenly see this error when trying to sign up on our form: "Unable to send form. No storage service is configured. Configure one using the 'Storage' tab from the configuration area for this block." Checked any problem but everything seemed to be fine, have the correct storage and all but then I tried to sign up and saw the same error. I tried to just replicate the form but when I'm about to add storage, Mailchimp is not showing up. Can anyone help? Is this an issue on Squarespace's side or Mailchimp's?
  5. I'm close on creating the same thing here but for some reason, when I clicked Wednesday, I can't click anything on the Wednesday block. Code I used is https://pastebin.com/Wkn3bKRb.
  6. Hello! Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am going with something similar, but do the emails go directly to Squarespace storage? And can I have the option to pick both (ex. both mailing lists)? Thank you in advance.
  7. I would like to ask if anyone knows how I can add check boxes where if that box is checked (#1), they will be added to a certain mailing list (#1 list) if checked #2 then they will get added to #2 list and if they check both, they will be added to both mailing lists. Something like the image I attached below. Any help appreciated! Thanks. *this is using Squarespace email campaigns, not Mailchimp, etc.
