Mailchimp not showing up as a storage option for sign up forms

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else encountered this? People suddenly see this error when trying to sign up on our form: "Unable to send form. No storage service is configured. Configure one using the 'Storage' tab from the configuration area for this block."

Checked any problem but everything seemed to be fine, have the correct storage and all but then I tried to sign up and saw the same error.

I tried to just replicate the form but when I'm about to add storage, Mailchimp is not showing up. Can anyone help? Is this an issue on Squarespace's side or Mailchimp's?

I am dealing with this same situation, HELP @squarespace!!!!!

Hi @LucyBoston. I found the culprit which is having a Personal plan instead of a Business plan. I contacted Squarespace and they told me that the Mailchimp feature is only for Business plan subscribers. Check your plan subscription if it's Personal or Business. If it's Personal then you have to upgrade, but if it's already Business with no Mailchimp option, you might need to email Squarespace.
