  1. https://tarpon-bronze-kzg4.squarespace.com/about password: 12345 Hi! I am editing a site for my client. They would like their Instagram social icon on the way to the left side of the header. As you can see, it's in default position. Any help with this?
  2. @Ziggy shoot didn't work. I have the code installed, take a look (password: festif2024)
  3. @Ziggy That seemed to fix the weird gapping issue- thank you! However, I'm wondering now if you could help get rid of the slight container color you can now see at the corners of each image.
  4. https://david-bly-nevg.squarespace.com/amaro password: festif2024 Hi! The arrows on my gallery slideshow are hard to see due to the busy photos I am using. I'm hoping to upload my own arrow image, or alternatively make the existing arrow bolder, bigger, and this shape → as opposed to > Whatever is easier!
  5. https://david-bly-nevg.squarespace.com/choux password: festif2024 Hi! I'm having a weird spacing (?) issue on a gallery slideshow, where my images are being cropped ("automatically crop photos" is toggled off) . What's weird is that it's not happening on my other gallery slideshow on this page. So not sure what's going on?
  6. @tuanphan THANK YOU SO MUCH!
  7. @ZiggyThanks for the resource, I used all of the codes, replacing the block ID number, but did not see a change.
  8. https://synthesizer-sphere-deh5.squarespace.com/ password: nydp Hi! I am working on a client site. They would like for the Newsletter input fields to read "Your Dog's Name" as opposed to "First Name". I already have some code that took away the "Last Name" field. Could anyone help me change the "First Name" to "Your Dog's Name"? Thank you!
  9. @Ziggy I just went through all of my CSS and I don't see anything directed towards the buttons - besides the custom font which you can see below. Hmmmm 😣 .sqs-block-button-container a{ font-family: Gonero!important; }
  10. @Ziggy Dang! Nothing! Should I repost and see if someone else would like to try their hand at figuring it out?
  11. @Ziggy shoot, this didn't work either. Maybe it's because I'm using a custom font?
  12. @Ziggy Thanks for providing that CSS, unfortunately it did not work. I tried adjusting the number, saving, refreshing, but nothing. Would you happen to have another code that could work?
  13. @Ziggy I tried the line height in the text settings, but no luck 🤨 what the heck. Would love that CSS
  14. @Ziggy thanks for the quick response. Where can I find the line height for the buttons? I adjusted the options you see in the screenshot, but that did nothing.
  15. https://david-bly-nevg.squarespace.com/ password: festif2024 Hi! I am building this website for a client. The pointed how the buttons, which you can see if you scroll down the homepage are slightly off-centered, vertically. I assume this is happening because I am using a custom font. Is there coding that will scoot the text down just a hair? Thank you!
  16. @Ziggy I am open to fixing however you think is best! Here is one site built in Squarespace that seems to prevent stacking really well.
  17. https://david-bly-nevg.squarespace.com/home-6 password: festif2024 Hi! I currently have a split navigation - it looks great on my 16-inch Mac. However, it is stacked and misaligned on my client's 13-inch Mac, which is the smallest size Mac. Can someone help me make sure it stays unstacked - at least up to 13 inches? Thank you! (Attached you can see what I see vs my clients computer)
  18. https://perch-sparrow-5acs.squarespace.com/ password: 12345 Hi! My clients would like for the navigation (pill shaped buttons) to be moved under the first section ("Murrells Gone Wild! Andrew and Emily are getting married")- and remained fix as you scroll. Can someone help me with this? Thank you
  19. https://perch-sparrow-5acs.squarespace.com/ password: 12345 Hi! I'm working on a site for a client. They requested their nav be underneath the first section- I was able to accomplish this using the code below, it looks great. However, when I open the website to view it (both Safari and Chrome) it doesn't look the way I'm seeing it in "edit" mode. I've attached what it suppose to look like (and what it does look like in edit mode). @media only screen and (min-width:768px) { #header { position: absolute; top: 220px; /* This value determines the distance from the top of the page */ left: 0; } section[data-section-id="6590b4f2b9df3b451a5cae89"] { position: absolute; bottom: 120px; /* This value determines the distance from the top of the page */ left: 0; } }
  20. https://perch-sparrow-5acs.squarespace.com/ password: 12345 Hi! Is it possible to turn my scrollbar track transparent? I attempted to do it using the code below, but it just turns the scrollbar track white. I would like to make it truly transparent, because as you can see by viewing the site, it cuts off shapes and images. But I have a suspicion it may be not be possible to override this. Thank you !! ::-webkit-scrollbar-track { background: transparent; }
  21. https://perch-sparrow-5acs.squarespace.com/home password: 12435 Hi! I have used the code below to undo the automatic stacking of nav links that happens. The code fixes this issue, however, the nav links are now not centered. Any help? // UNSTACK NAV LINK// nav.header-nav-list { flex-wrap: nowrap !important; }
  22. https://eagle-sepia-5laj.squarespace.com/home password: 12345 Hi! I've created some custom edits on the mobile links, which you can see if you click on the hamburger menu. However - I can not figure how to create some space between the pill shapes (simply adjusting the link spacing doesn't work here). I would like to create some between each link and make the pill shapes shorter so they are flush with the edge of the screen. Any help? Thanks!
