My other question is that on the same website, I love the Search symbol to the right on the header. When you click on the magnifying glass symbol, the whole menu disappears and is replaced by a search bar. Does anyone have a code for that?

Don't know how to implement it but wanted to suggest if you do it to have it where the person manipulating the site has to start it instead of stop it. Autoplay anything isn't great accessibility practices.

I use my PayPal debit all the time for all the Squarespace services. I would check on PayPal's end and see if the problem is there.

Just checked my account (I'm also Pro) and was able to toggle on and off the watermark. The only thing I can think of is did you accidentally sign into the wrong account?

@flywheel Go in like you are editing the site and click Edit Header. Then in the box that pops up click Site Title & Logo. You can change it there.

As someone who is HoH and will eventually fall into the Deaf world I love this idea. As I'm learning sign language I'm also learning that it always left out in the business world. Well, not always but it sure does feel like it sometimes.

I just uploaded a HEVC file to my site no problem. It converted it to a .mov file when it was uploaded. Had no issues doing it from desktop or my iPhone.

Domains can’t be transferred until 60 days after purchase. You can connect it with DNS though.

It’s not a Squarespace issue. It’s a Safari issue. You need to contact Apple.

If you’re a Circle member you won’t get the promo field. What I did when I wanted to use my student discount is I created a temporary Squarespace account I started the site on that one added my Circle account as a contributor upgraded through the temporary account so I got the promo field and the discount and then transferred the site to my Circle account.

There's really nothing Squarespace can do. As @Lesum said below. It's not just Squarespace sites that are having issues. I ran into it on Wix and a couple of other platforms today when looking at sites for clients. All in Safari. Used Chrome to check them as well and so far all the anchors work in Chrome on all the sites I checked.

It's a safari thing and not a Squarespace thing. I noticed it on my own site when Apple pushed out an update to Safari. They released a beta build of Safari for Ventura in the last week or so and every time they do that it breaks something. Not sure why it breaks the stable build but it does.

Is all the content going to be on the same website? You can have as many domains pointing to your website as you want, it gets tricky when you start getting specific.

I know this post is three months old but yes you can clone it. If you haven't already you can click on the three dots next to any site in your dashboard and go down to Duplicate. That will give you a copy of that site to work with.

I would love to know how to do this. I need something where they can tick boxes for multiple lists if possible. For example I have a list for writing tips for other authors, my main newsletter list, and my author empire design builds list. Is there a way for us to view who marked a campaign as spam. Someone in the Facebook group is curious as to if that could be the reason her campaign was marked for review before sending and I told her I’d check.

It's not available natively but there are plugins and probably code that can get ya what you want.

SF Digital plugin https://sf.digital/squarespace-product-wishlist is the one I see recommended the most often.

I agree that does look like an iPad as said prior. The only thing I could think they would be talking about is the logo looks like it should be rounded out and is squished due to header size.

You can try to have Google crawl your website again, but it can be a waiting game. Google is also fickle. I have heard of people who have theirs show up and then one day it's just been set to a default image on Google's end.

To find info on crawling do a quick search for forcing Google to recrawl website.
