(I'm the website designer/administrator) The store owner only gets a notification from PayPal with a total. He doesn't know what was ordered. What settings do I need to change to correct this? The store owner can go to their Account Dashboard using this link to see whether they are signed up to receive Store notifications: https://account.squarespace.com/settings/notifications If they scroll down past the toggles, they should see a section titled Individual Settings where their websites should be listed.
