Hello,

I am having issues with my website, for some off reason we are having to have our visitors REFRESH the page to have our beer list pop up. I had emailed Squarespace for guidance & no luck.

What do you all recommend?

Squarespace is having another outage today, but they won't update the status page.

They had a three-hour outage yesterday and were very late in updating the status page (conveniently not until I complained to support about the status page).

This is happening way too frequently, I constantly get complaints from my clients about unreported outages.

I just posted a different thread, but I had 297 pages mysteriously moved out of their indexes and garbled up into a mostly random order (on 7.0). Support told me to "simply" move them all back myself. Good times.

"We’re currently investigating an issue with pages being removed from their indexes—thanks for reporting this to us. Our Engineering teams are prioritizing a fix for this as we speak. To fix this, you can simply move the pages back into their respective index."

This is happening again.

This appears to be an ongoing issue, despite the incident showing as resolved. I have reported it again to Customer Care and I recommend you do the same because Squarespace teams don't routinely monitor this forum for feedback (see the guidelines - item 6).

Paul2009, I did report to customer care. But since Squarespace was been very slow and/or neglectful in updating the status page, it needs to be reported to the community somewhere.

At this moment the status page is still showing all green, even though there have been multiple reports.
