  1. Site URL: https://www.awakenwithdarren.com/ I am using the images as the bullet points and the squarespace deletes those image on it's own after some time. eventhough i use those image on other pages as well. o
  2. Site URL: http://www.simpleclearhelpful.com.au I think I am happy I have found Squarespace. I have registered my domain name and like a Squarespace template. I want to know can I use the image how do I publish the template? I guess the rest like is it easy to edit the template and publish it to my domain name will come later.
  3. I'm trying to insert an animation to a specific codeblock on my Squarespace website (the codeblock is at the top of my page, I want it to be the hero) I'm using an animation from Codepen: https://codepen.io/MAKIO135/pen/BbqLgRbackyard-smoking However when I try to insert it into a specific codeblock (at the top of my website) it just ends up on the bottom of my website instead of instead the block. Seen here, the animation goes below the footer: Question: How would I restrict it to the block? Example: #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1653608474127_6581 My code is below <script id="vertexShader" type="x-shader/x-vertex"> #ifdef GL_ES precision mediump float; #endif attribute vec3 aPosition; void main() { gl_Position = vec4(aPosition, 1.0); } </script> <script id="fragmentShader" type="x-shader/x-fragment"> #define BLACK vec3(0.,0.,0.) #define WHITE vec3(1.,1.,1.) uniform vec2 u_resolution; uniform vec2 u_mouse; uniform float u_time; const float patternSize = 60.;   4. Site URL: https://jodistewartart.com My recaptcha button was showing after the submit button on the newsletter sign up. I added code I found on one of the forums to correct it, which it did, but now the button won't centre, even after adding more code to correct it. Can anyone have a look at what I've got and suggest a solution because I don't understand code at all - I'm just copying and pasting. Squarespace 'help' has been unhelpful. Any advice would be appreciated at this stage because I'm losing my mind. This is the code I have /* reCaptcha position */ .newsletter-form-body { display: flex; flex-direction: column; justify-content: center !important; align-items: center; } .captcha-container { order: 2; margin-top: 20px; } .newsletter-form-button-wrapper.submit-wrapper { order: 3; margin-top: 0; } .captcha-container.align-left.rendered { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; }
  5. I need to talk with live help to learn how SquareSpace can help me. I currently use scheduling (via Acuity) and looking to upgrade my sales processing.
  6. Site URL: https://www.gorgeousgelato.com Hello everybody, I'm writing you because we'd like to find an expert help for our beloved website, built with SquareSpace a couple of years ago :www.GorgeousGelato.comUnfortunately, the smart guy who did it switched to a completely different job and he's no more able to take care of it.We'd like to introduce some very simple changes but, unfortunately, it's not my job. I just sell The Best Gelato West of Italy!In the future, we would like also to introduce other features so we need someone to help us in the long term, as well.I love technology and computers (first one the ZX80!), but this is not my job. Our business is located in Portland, Maine and Boston, Mass (USA).Thanks a lot,Donato
  7. Site URL: https://www.stuartbarfoot.com Hi, I hope this is okay to post here as this section was closest to my issue: I recently transferred a domain from IONOS to squarespace, the process has been completed but I now have issues accessing the website. When I use my mac or iPhone when connected to my Wi-Fi I cannot open the website in any browser (Error message: Server not found). Once I disconnect the Wi-Fi the issue doesn't occur. On my work laptop which is windows I don't have any issues when connected to the Wi-Fi. I asked a friend to test it on their apple device connected to their Wi-Fi and again, the same problem. I don't really know where to start with solving this so any help is appreciated. Thanks
  8. Hi--Is it possible to setup more that one location in a calendar? I only see the ability to setup one location in the following: Availability > Calendars > Calendar Settings > Location. Thanks
  9. Site URL: https://www.parkkitchen.co.nz/home-pk Hey Guys, This is my first site I have built on Squarespace and I have used index pages with content sections as this added an easier way of achieving the design that I wanted. I wanted to find out if layout out the pages as shown in the attached image is correct or if this would cause issues? Please be gentle as this is my first time doing an entire website on my own. ๐Ÿ™‚
  10. Hi, I used to be able to view weeks of activity on my page, using the analytics page on Squarespace, but now it will only show me a week's worth. Is anyone else having this issue too? Does anyone know how to fix it so I can see all the activity on my website again? Many Thanks. CharlieBrown
  11. Does anyone have experience creating an SMS to Squarespace feed? The goal is to be able to text a number and have it post to a Squarespace site, for instance to a blog. Unfortunately it seems like IFTTT and Zapier are not options given Squarespace limitations. Thank you so much!
  12. Hello I was just wondering/hoping if anyone knew if Squarespace are working on a Webflow/X Editor builder? It would be a wonderful thing for us designers who want the flexibility and design freedom these web builders give. I really really hope Squarespace are working on something like this as its very much needed. I kind of feel Squarespace is lagging behind...sad face.
  13. @raphaelfontes @Jo_G @MatthewSinger Hello Squarespace-helpers! I have looked around quite a bit, and unfortunately could not find instructions on how to properly fix the issue of aligning items in different columns for mobile. Many posts like the following address it, but the solutions are only individual fixes and not general information! If we have to use the CSS property min-height to align objects horizontally for all screen-widths, please supply sufficient documentation how the relevant blocks are to be identified via inspector/chrome extension/...! Same goes for addressing column-reverse! How is it standard practice, that every single squarespace user basically has to contact one (really nice) guy from Vietnam in order to fix this very common problem? -> instead of having proper documentation for DIY? https://forum.squarespace.com/search/?q=column reverse&quick=1 This is ridiculous for a billion dollar enterpriseโ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ˜! Thanks very much for your help in advance Best your community member
  14. Hi everyone, I'm running a small film / tv / nerdy blog with different contributors. I note that I'm not interested in monetisation (my site has no ads); I'm a student doing this as a passion project for free trying to inculcate a passion for the arts in my community and give new writers a platform to share their work. I'd like to allow other similar websites to share / post our content on their respective websites, but if I did I would like to know how many views each of our articles gets on their website. Letting other sites post our content may also let our writers get paid too, which would be great! I understand using a 'tracking pixel' is a great way to go about this. However, I don't want to use the Facebook tracking pixel due to ethical reasons but also, as of today, Facebook has banned news in Australia and so they're becoming increasingly unreliable and I don't want to implement something that will go bust later. Are there any affordable alternatives I could use (again, I'm a poor student just getting by)? OR is there some sort of code I could inject to achieve the same thing? I'm a big believer in privacy and am not interested in any information beyond pageviews, so I could really use any advice / suggestions I could get. I need something easy to implement and reliable. Please help me tech geniuses! Thank you in advance!
  15. Site URL: http://thelocalgrowers.com http://thelocalgrowers.com was started a couple of years ago. I never monetized at that time, but would like to now. If possible, I would like to stay away from selling actual products. Am wondering, after viewing the site, what you might suggest for monetization. books? affiliate links?
  16. Having troubles here with a Squarespace 7.1 template! I've installed Font Awesome by adding kit code to Code Injection and CSS for an i class. Where I need symbols I have created code blocks. All goes well in editing and preview modes โ€“ I can see icons and they look perfect. View in production though and the icons are gone. On mobile they show up as broken symbols. For the last few hours I've tried all sorts of possibilities including installing the .ttf but I always end up with the same result. Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong will be gratefully received!
