Do shipping restrictions apply to digital products?

Hello! We are going to be selling a Digital book. We don't currently ship physical products to the EU or Great Britain due to VAT regulations. Will customers there be able to purchase this digital book if these countries are not in our selected shipping regions? Thanks!

Yes, you should be able to do this. I sell both physical and digital products -- and ship physical products only to US and Canada customers. Customers from all other countries are able to buy my digital products with no issues. They are just prompted for the billing address.
