Force header onto one line

Hello! 

Hoping someone might be able to help me with some code. I want to force my site title to stay on one line on all pages, instead of being pushed over into two (see pic).

I have tried various bits of code found on other people's similar questions but nothing has worked yet. 

Any help much appreciated!

Hey,

I used the HESTER template and would like to show the logo in the middle and have the page links in one row. There is more space but they always show in two rows.

Can this be changed with CSS?

I recommend reducing the number of navigation items, as nine is a lot for visitors to process, which means they are likely to scan past some important ones. 

'Home' can be moved to UNLINKED, as clicking the site logo will take visitors home.

A folder in the navigation bar called "more" with drop down menu could be an option to link the other pages to the menu.
