  3. Having this same issue!!! Need to find a solution or workaround ASAP!! Any and all suggestions appreciated. My client didn't disclose that they had a negotiated rate and the store is now live... so we are in trouble right now until we can figure this out. Is there even any third party solution that could be tied in somehow?
  4. Does anyone have any idea how much smaller (like exactly.... .25"? .5"?) products need to be than the available box sizes in carrier calculated shipping (Advanced Commerce)? I have a client who ships some items in their own packaging... so the product size is technically the same as the custom box size that I input in the Shipping tab. We've discovered that we're having issues getting the system to recognize that a 10x10x2 product can fit in a 10x10x2 box... let alone combining 2 or more smaller products with dimensions adding up to any of the 10x10x2... but I can't just run trial and error on this as the store is live, so I can't put it on test mode and spend a couple hours trying whacky product order combos. I also don't want to go through and change hundreds of products' dimensions to an arbitrarily smaller number just to have it not work. We're basically going to have to go in and fudge the sizes to make them smaller than they actually are so the system will think that the items will fit in the boxes (can't change the box sizes since that will impact shipping fees)... which may be an issue for when it packages multiple items into one of the boxes. Whew. I contacted SS via chat and they didn't have an answer. Has anyone encountered this? Any info would be appreciated.

  6. @tuanphan I see that you have helped many people reorder their product categories. I have been trying to do this on a SS 7.0 Brine site with 3 different product pages and I need to reorder for each. I have tried all of the different variations that I have seen throughout these forums, and have added to page header as you have explained, but have been unable to make anything work. As an example, on the Accessories page I am trying to have the categories read: All (1), Ribbons (2), Elastic Loops (3), Mailers (4), Gift Inserts (5), SALE (6) I would appreciate any assistance as I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong.   7. Thanks so much for this as I am doing the same for a client. I had gotten this far already but would like to take it a step further -- is there a way to indicate Active state in the navigation links when a) someone scrolls manually to the next 'page' section, or b) clicks on the anchor link navigation item and then it scrolls to it, as described above?
